Didn’t get the vehicle I wanted, not exactly sure why as it wasn’t much more then what I ended up with. Was only offered a few to choose from. Noticed today the seal around the front window is not even attached in several places and under the mate in the trunk is all torn up. Will have to contact them about those things. Gave 3 stars because I’m grateful to have a car but looks like it will have to be already taken in because I don’t feel safe with the window like that so I will be back to the struggle of finding a ride. Ugh!!!!

We got off on a rocky road. But as long as there is communication they will always work with you. I got covid and Lauri absolutely did her best to stretch my payments out, so I wouldnt be behind other payments ( rent, electric, etc). Mike is always available to talk to. Truly wonderful.

I would NOT buy a car from here the only good thing is that they pay for your plates . The only reason they are paying for the plates is because you are going to be paying on everything else . I bought a car from there before 30 days it was in the shop. Every month I have to take it to get fixed. They are more of an inconvenience than help. They gave me a loaner car in the summer one time with no ac and told me I had to wait a week to get another loaner car . Honestly wouldnt waste my time, money and energy. Mike is only person in that building that has good customer service .

Got a car from them and less than a month in the alternator goes out, so I take it in to have them look at it. They replaced the alternator... Twice because after the first time it went out it went out again. Having a working car is what I went to them for and it is not what I got. That car made me late for work, cost me a promotion, and had me stuck at a streetlight multiple times because the car just dies randomly. Eventually I traded the car in through a different dealership and even after my trade-in they still took their biweekly money from me one last time, for a car that never ran.If you have the money to pay them biweekly (that means if you have three paychecks a month they will take money out of every check) then you should be looking at a better establishment. If you have bad credit then get someone to cosign for you somewhere better.Its not just me that this happened to either. Look around and youll see a pattern with them. They want your money not to help you. If youre really in a desperate situation and miss a payment then guess what.. they gonna take your car no questions.

Great service. My car had some issues after a family trip. I took it in and they put almost 1000 dollars worth of parts and work into my vehicle all under my warranty, so no cost to me!!That’s a great feeling!

Don’t waste your time if you work for a temp agency, waiting to go full time with a company (temp to hire). They will tell you, you are approved with employment verification but then turn around and ask for a permanency letter as well. I needed a car to travel back and forth to the office until I transferred from the temp company to permanently with the state to get the permanency letter, I now don’t have a job instead because I was told I was approved and even had a car picked out. Thanks JD Byrider for wasting my time.

Follow Up From First Review:  NO BUSINESS ETHICS OR INTEGRITY!!Okay, immediately after I posted my first review, JD Byrider called me and offered to let me out of my contract. We scheduled a day for me to come in and review the agreement and to get a better understanding of what that agreement would look like. I went in on a Friday & basically the agreement was them getting the car back, me getting out of a bad situation. Over the phone, I was told that Id have a paid-off car on my credit, but in person, it was explained that It would not reflect paid off until they sold the vehicle. I then asked if I could get a copy of the contract to get some legal advice before making a decision and if I could have until the next week to find another car. Mike, whove been working with, is your typical car salesman who is friendly until in a situation where he has the opportunity to demonstrate good business ethics and integrity which he then chooses dishonesty and absolutely no integrity at all. He informed that Friday (the day I was there) was the deadline but he would talk to the owners, which turned into him not getting back to me until today and telling me that the owners withdrew the offer.My car was covered under warranty which they choose to honor and I have documented invoices of that. The reason for them continuing to work on my car was because they could never fix the issue my car was having in the first place which I think is fair, my car should have never have come back to me until that issue was fixed. Each visit (documented on invoices) is relating to the same issue but now they are saying they kept working on it out of goodwill and now I can pay $45 hr if I want a working vehicle.I have not received a call from the owners, I wonder why that is? I thought Mike was someone with integrity, but obviously I misjudged him. I really just want to be done with this company and never have to deal with them again.

They were honest about what my payments would be how much I would actually end of paying and answered any question I had. The service team at JD Byrider is outstanding. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure the vehicle is taken care of in every aspect before it is released back to the customer. They take the time to explain what is going on and what they are doing to correct it. I would most definitely recommend them. The sales, however, is a different story. I was not impressed with them, and I felt pressured. I was given about 3 or 4 choices to choose from, none of them very good, but I had to have a new car, so I chose the best of the lot. One of the cars I test drove had the check engine light on, and when I told the salesperson, she said it was just because the gas cap wasn’t on well. Whatever. I did not purchase that car!! But at least the service guys are honest!!

Took longer than I really wanted to be there, thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. I got a nice car, shout out to Mike and Jordan you guys were super helpful, eased alot of the stress that comes with buying a car.

The two stars is pretty much just for the kindness of being turned down. Came in a month after work, waited about 2.5 hours just to hear the news that I cannot be financed without being at my job for no less than 6 months. I come back 9 months later and got turned down again after waiting 3.5 hours because of a wage garnishment. While somewhat understand the turn downs, I feel like my time would have been spent looking elsewhere if each time I have been in took alot less time to do all this

But on the other hand the person who we had the appointment with Joel was no longer working there and my husband and I did not have no idea he was no longer a part of the company. I couldn’t give the whole experience a 5 star rating though because I asked a few times how much certain cars were and they would deflect and not say. I had to go through the complete application and credit process to get a price. I was told repeatedly that they could work things out to fit my budget and the end price was almost $100 more per month then I wanted.
