I cant say enough good things about Barneys. I brought my car here for a second opinion after another garage told me my 7 year old car with a great maintainence history needed a whole new engine. Barneys made time to look at my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. I felt like they were very forthcoming and realistic with me about the problems and options. They have a customer for life.

Ignorant owner. Left waiting an hour for my appointment last time, while he was standing around talking to someone about random BS while I sat in the sun on a 87 degree day. Went specifically at that time so I wasn’t late to work. Ended up 45 mins late. Tried to give them another try this time. Since you have to call even though you have an appointment, I called to let them know i was coming in. Told me ‘my guy isn’t in until 12 today, nothing I can do about it.’ When again, I scheduled that time so I wouldn’t be late to work. Just ignorant and unprofessional customer service. Definitely not returning.
