I had a check in hand, filled out, ready to buy this exact same truck at a GMC dealership two minutes away from where I live. The truck was in the lot ready to go and I walked out of that dealership because of how rude and deceiving they were. Instead I drove two hours and waited over a week for delivery to buy this truck from Bob McCosh simply because of Pam Bickhaus. Talk about someone that is so nice and so informative. As corny as it sounds, she truly made the car buying experience a fun and exciting one. Ive never felt so important to a total stranger but she sure makes you feel like a friend. When I buy another vehicle, I will drive two hours and pass several dealerships to go back to this one and see Pam.

I dont think Ill take my car back to this place. I requested a phone call about any estimates, but was instead sent a text. The text quotes were too high priced to be believable. IE. $500.00 for 2 tires is ridiculous!! I bought my car at Bob McCosh 3 years ago. I drive it to my Drs. offices 10 minutes away. My tires are NOT bald. Various other things in the estimate are just maintenance, but way overpriced. My husbands truck maintenance items werent as much. I took my Buick to Bob McCosh because I bought it there and they were wonderful with my Malibu. Im a retired teacher on a state pension. I dont... cant get around due to health issues. I order my groceries, medicine, and anything else I need, to be delivered. How is it that I need $1450.00 work on my car when I took it in for a tire plug and oil change. Very disappointed.
McCosh never fails to provide top notch service! Dealerships have a reputation of being more expensive than independent auto repair shops but that simply is not the case with Bob McCosh. I have priced checked them many times and they always deliver on price and service. Highly recommend for service or a vehicle purchase!

We were traveling through on I-70 and experienced car trouble. The car seemed to be running fine, but TWO brake lights were on with a βdingingβ noise from the dash. I am so thankful you were there! I pulled into the service bay. I was warmly greeted. She understood the predicament that I was in. She talk to what appeared to be two bosses. She told me she would move me in front of 70 people who were already there and waiting. It was only a few hours before close. She wasnβt sure if they could fix it that day or have to wait until the next. But they would look at it and diagnose the problem. She came back a while later and told me what the issue was, explained my options, and told me they could fix it that day. It was such a blessing to have so many people work together to get me back on the road. I am very grateful for the service team at your store. Thank you!

I was certainly in a predicament. My mom had just gone on life support in the hospital. I was headed to the hospital to see her for the next day and I sensed that something just wasnt quite right with my car. I was seeing error lights, feeling vibrations, and smelling hot that I had never sensed before. Rather than calling, I just found myself driving Pearl into the garage of the sales department and telling them that I thought something was wrong. They gave me a rental car to allow me to get straight to the hospital. The team there that day took the worry of Pearl right off my shoulders! They also looked into my extended warranty, when it was all said and done, they made the entire process as easy as could be. I will always be grateful for their help during this most challenging time of my life!
Not happy with Chevrolet/GM at themoment. I took my 2018 Traverse in for service and a broken hatch. The Hatch wasnt fixed because the car is 2 months out of warranty. But still a couple hundred miles under 30,000. I got the car back yesterday and today its starts acting up cutting out... Getting warning messages, check engine light, not running right... Because cause its 2 months out of warranty they wont cover it. So Im stuck with a $150 Service Diagnostic fee just to find something they should have noticed yesterday. I dont believe in coincidences so it has me on unhappy with the whole situation. I cant leave because its a safety issue, the cars stirring is acting up, and its also cutting out. Odd I just drove it to FL and back with no issue and the day after service this happens. Sad GM wont stand by there product shortly after warranty. Its a 40K + vehicle not a $400 PS5. They should work with you. Not say; Im sorry thats my job and just following the rules. . Plus the car ran fine before I dropped it off. I do have to say staff has been polite and respectful. But unable to help due the warranty issue. So I imagine Ill have a repair bill on top of the Service Diagnostic fee.

Always helpful, informative, and I love to use the website to make appointments/ buy accessories. I appreciate they never push me to buy/spend more than I have...Sometimes they can get pretty busy and the appointments book up quickly but that happens anywhere.
Good communication and good work done but the technician who drove my vehicle left oil stains all over the inside of my car.
If you have options, do yourself a favor, and donβt choose Bob McCosh.I purchased a car from out of state. It was the car we wanted, and they had it, but it is a relief to know geography wonβt require dealing with their incompetent, unhelpful, and discourteous staff for warranty and maintenance issues. The car is new but had a different number of miles than was listed on the title and did not pass inspection in Texas. When I asked for help with extended temporary tags, fees charged from going past the expiration of the tags they provided, or what we might do, I was met with little response and eventually confrontation. The salesperson I worked with left the company at some point during the process and, after conversations with his managers, Bert and Jeff, I can completely understand why.I should also say, Finance Manager Brian Bailey was exceptionally good.

Leased a brand new 2021 Equinox at the end of March. Now check engine light is on & getting GM diagnostic emails to have the vehicle serviced in 1 day. Dealerships service dept (2 different dealership locations) are booked up for over a week. No one has loaners to provide in the mean time.Will be going back to Nissan after the lease is up.... no vehicle is fail proof but at least Nissan always provided a vehicle for use when there was an issue.

We traveled from KC to purchase a vehicle that was in transit from the factory. Our sales team answered all of our questions that we had about a car that wasnβt there. They did a great job and we will continue to make the trek to Columbia to do business and support this dealership. We came under the impression that we were eligible for a GM employee discount and after an hour of phone calls we figured out that that eligibility period ended in 2019. At no fault to the dealership, this was a customer induced problem. Jim Ford was very understanding and worked with us through this issue. Made an appointment a week in advance, still had to wait 3.5 hours for an oil change. Looked at vehicles while waiting, no sales rep asked if we needed help or even seemed interested in us. Selection has greatly decreased. Several techs in service department were standing around or goofing off. Never had a problem previously, I hope things improve for the next visit

I was passing thru town and had a break down. The local auto part store couldnt seem to give me the correct part, and I showed up 30 mins b4 they opened at the dealership. Philip (manager?) in the parts department was able to get me the part I needed, and after I unsuccessfully attempted to install it myself I called him back and he was able to link me up with a local mechanic (AJs, they were all booked out at the dealer) who gave me a ride and fixed my truck in just a couple hours. Hope Philips bosses know what great customer service their employees are giving their community!
I appreciated the honesty and upfront possibilities and concerns when conducting repairs. The maintenance staff was upfront in explaining when conducting the tune-up the possibility of certain parts, which were typical and/or know to break advising us of that possibility and the costs associated. Fortunately for us the maintenance staff were rock stars and managed to conduct the tune-up without any additional repairs

I had driven and picked out a 2020 Buick Envision that was white. When we sat down to finalize the paperwork I said that my only let down was the color. Pam went and talked to another sales person who had the same vehicle in black on hold for their client and let them know that I wanted it. In the end, Pam was able to get me the black vehicle. I am very pleased.

Stole my friends money. They were supposed to reprogram his security system because he installed new sensors. They failed to do so and still charged him 250. Complete rip off. Thats as far as the mechanic side. I wouldnt do business with them.

Friendly salesperson. Knowledgable delivery and technology specialist was very helpful. I was able to have the vehicle for two days to see if we wanted to purchase it. Drawback was that we had scheduled an appointment with the salesperson on Friday night to purchase the vehicle, he confirmed it, but then wasnt in the sales area at the time of the appointment and no one knew where he was. Turns out he was prepping another vehicle for another customer. A different salesperson started out the sale for him, until our salesperson came back to the sales area.
I arrived at service without an appointment because if a tire issue. Service person showed me problem with two of my tires. He had already priced them out and showed which one had rebate. Recommended alignment. Had shuttle take me to my daughters. Told me it would take 4 hrs and that is exactly what happened.

We weβre traveling from Chicago and our car decided to have transmission issues. Mike was able to squeeze us in and have our car reviewed and fixed all in one day! We were so thankful that they were able to make and opening to allow our car to be fixed so quickly... The team there was extremely nice and helpful!
First off, the service is stellar. Very friendly staff. Ive purchased numerous vehicles in my lifetime and this was single handedly the easiest its ever been. About 3 hours from start to finish. I remember spending almost full days at other dealerships.
I literally hate car shopping, but this was a great experience all the way around, from our salesperson (we started our first visit with Roger, but he got sick, so we did the rest with Pam -- Love her -- to our finance guy, Brian -- he is great -- and going the extra mile to show us around the service department and meet the service manager, to having a lot of training inside the car before leaving the dealership!!! And I cant leave out that the receptionist is really nice, also! The beginning of a great relationship!!!

My son took his car in for repair (2nd time for the same issue) and the backup lights stopped working when he left. He took it back in and they said he needed an under hood fuse block for $500. We took it to another dealership and they replaced a blown fuse. The backup lights work now. Donβt use this dealership!

I brought my car in to replace my brakes which would have been costly. Service Rep suggested that they do a check up and make sure that is what I needed. And it didnt need new brakes but needed to flush out and replace my brake fluid. Also did some cleaning on the back brakes. It wasnt nearly as expensive as I would have paid for new brakes. Staff is always so professional and caring. They could have just replaced my brakes even thought I didnt need them and I wouldnt have know the difference. What a great team at Bob McCosh....

Went there for a battery under warranty. Started off with a good experience of them working me in for the day. The service advisor was rude, never got a call of the car ending finished, when arriving still had to wait, and didnβt explain expenses before hand. I will not be returning or referring to this dealership ever again.
