I Would just like to take the time to say that today I bought a car from Nissan! Just not this one. I drove to Cool Springs and had such a better experience from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time of signing for the car. I think it’s crazy that I was told a 24,000 dollar used SUV would end up being 30,000 after “taxes” and there was no way it would be anything less, yet In Cool springs I bought an SUV with less mileage on it, they lowered the price by 1500 dollars, and “taxes” were actually taxes. Something seems off here Benton? Keep the generic “We’re sorry the service you received today was less than the excellence we strive for.” I don’t particularly care for a reply, leaving this review amongst the others here is sufficient enough.
Amazing experience at Benton Nissan. Justin was fantastic and amazing on providing the customer service, friendly, and work amazing on getting the 2021 Nissan Rogue I was looking for. The trading in process and finance was very fast compare in past experience. Amy was amazing in fianace! Everyone was friendly, and amazing during the whole process! I would recommend anyone to go to Benton Nissan to trade or buy new car. Everyone is that small town friendly and helpful dealership that you cant get at other dealerships.
Oil and tire rotation and say brake need flush to help keep up with recommended service for warranty car only has 20000 miles and less than one year old after checking manual not needed. Dont like to be treated like l am stupid.
Stew assisted in helping us determine our new vehicle purchase. Though it was frustrating to be presented with a price that differed our emailed quote, the quote was eventually honored. The trade in and financing experience was seamless though timely, 5-6 hours with a credit score of 845. Because of the timeliness we finished too late to order the floor mats we wanted and too famished to watch the videos to learn our new vehicle. Stew did honor his promise to call for the floor mat order. Overall, I would recommend Stew as a preferred salesperson. He honored me as a woman in the purchase which was refreshing. Most salesmen I experienced make assumptions about women in car purchases. Thank you, Stew.
Everyone was very friendly and the purchase experience was great. Alex Avila was the gentleman who helped us purchase our Rogue Sport. When I first talked to him I told him what we were looking for but that I couldnt find one at this dealership. He told me that he had seen one and asked for a minute to find it. Sure enough within a couple of minutes he returned with one. He was very helpful throughout the process. Amy Brown helped us with our financing and got us a much better rate through Nissan than what I had been offered through my own bank. She was very nice and helpful. My wife and I have nothing but the best things to say about Benton Nissan of Columbia and we look forward to our next purchase with them.
I will not recommend Benton Nissan to anyone. They are deceptive about the add on $1495.00 cost of the Benton Benifits they said is on every car they sell but it does not appear any place on my paperwork as a line item or upgrade on the window sticker nor was it ever discussed at all. It is just a dollar amount that is undocumented and you dont question it afterwards. I also did not receive the $982.00 dealer discount from the advertised price but I did receive the manufactures rebate which means there is a $2477.00 discrepancy. Must be if you trade anything in you are exempt from any discounts The price was advertised as $31,238 but I paid $34.215 without the sales tax. After talking with the sales manager I realized they have a excuse for everything and that I have been tricked. Shame on me!The Dealer response to this review is priceless because I have already talked to them with no satisfactory outcome and that is the only reason it has gone this far. And this type of copy and paste generated response means they dont take each individual customers complaint seriously. BUYER BEWARE!!!

June 8, 2021 I went to have an oil change and told them about my radio touch screen and the clock and they updated it and worked fine for a few minutes but then it didnt work right still so I called Marc Cooper Assistant Manager of the service area and told him and he ordered the part and on June 9, 2021 he called and told me that my part was in and I took my Nissan kicks back up to Nissan and they replaced my radio. Marc Cooper helped me pair my phone to the radio and everything was performed perfectly. He is a great manager. He is very friendly and will take the time to tell you whats going on and he will help with your needs as best he can. I will definitely be back if I have anymore issues with my Nissan Kicks.

I used their internet site to start the buying process. I was unhappy that it would not give me an estimated trade value on site and so I dropped the quote site. Later I started getting calls to my phone leaving messages to please call and would be glad to assist you. Well after 4 new Toyota’s just in last 2 year I found they never called me to follow up, and when I said I needed to purchase another they said we will call you back. Never did! I called them; we will get back to you. Never did! So, as it happens these guys called every day to my answer machine. If it would have been just a normal buy and I was just looking around it would have been erased and forgotten. But they were very nice and gave me the impression they wanted my business. I also own a Nissan and we have owned many since 2002. So, I dropped by the dealership and was treated just as nicely. I was paying cash so after seeing they had what i wanted I completed the deal, which was very well presented and fit my criteria.
Benton Nissan is the best for customer service experience. Ive been to other Nissan dealers in the middle Tennessee area and I will only be a repeat customer with Benton nissan in Columbia Tn. Ive had 3 Titan trucks and from purchase to services, Frank, Danny and Mitch in service department is like no other. It took way to long to change my oil. I took two cars there and the first one went good but the next one took a very long time. I will go back but if it takes a long time I will need to go some other place to have the work done.
Bait and switch, prices advertised are not real. Finance team takes your down payment and then forces a higher rate and higher price on you. Salesmen was great, it’s the finance team that lies and backs you in a corner. Stay FAR away.

Great looking dealership. Very transparent and modern. Evidently they still have the same sells tactics as the stereotyped car salesman. A 17% loan on a new Nissan sentra? Crazy.. Cant believe the salesman flirted with the buyer and had her sign a 17% car loan on a brand new vehicle. Should have been 1.9%.

Ive taken my vehicle other places and its not been fixed... Ive hesitated to take it to a dealership because of the price, but these guys got it fixed and fixed quickly and went above and beyond! There was no pressure and no attempt to sell. They advised me on things I did not need to do now. And offered me a no interest payment plan for the repairs I did need, which I knew would be pricey because of the nature of the repair. Thank you Benton Nissan for your help and good work!

Everybody here was super friendly and nice! They also never made me feel like I was pressured into buying a car and walking away was an option. They kept saying Im here to service you, which is a great phrase is a sellers market to make me feel special. We also had several different people come up and check on us throughout the process.
I bought my Daughter a 2021 Nissan Kicks on Friday 7/30/2021 it was missing the rear window wiper . we have been back twice to get it installed Benton Nissan just cant seem to make it happen. I realize this is a very small issue but I just spent over 23,000.00 dollars and expected more !!!!!! What happens when I have a bigger problem ?
One month ago i started having problems with my 07 pathfinder. Didnt know where to take it. I stumbled across benton nissan always hated dealerships but i figured i would give them a try. Right away frank service manager did everything he could to help me out. Well lo and behold my car started to really fall apart so i ended seeing alot of frank over a course of 2months. Between him and mitch they tried their best to rescue my car but the final straw was on 9-9 this week my car was done. I had it towed in and frank,mitch and justin worked their magic and put me in a new car. Never have i had better service anywhere. I never right reviews but these guys deserve much more than a good review they deserve recognition for what they do. Thanks guys for everything a million times over.
Bait and switch. Sent me an email and text about a vehicle which was exactly what I wanted. Drove an hour to buy it only to find out the vehicle didn’t exist. They kept trying to push me into a more expensive vehicle that I didn’t want. Very disappointed. Really wanted my new car today

First salesman at a car lot that Ive ever talked to on purchasing a vehicle that we didnt feel pushed toward buying or attempting to get us to purchase a vehicle we didnt want. Other salesman Ive dealt with should take lessons from him on how to talk to and treat people. James in finance was great to work with as well, along with being fast. We will most certainly be return customers.
I sent my girlfriend to the service department because a check engine light was on and the vehicle would not start on Saturday. It eventually started and I told her to go to Barr Nissan to get the Check engine light. I do not want her to get stranded somewhere if it happened again. Benton Nissan could care less, they just told her to make an appointment that they could not do anything about it without an appointment. That is the kind of care you want? They are quick to sell a vehicle, but do not care about taking care of the customer afterwards. The service at Barr was much better.

Old school dealership. No pressure really, although bought the car. Not exactly what I wanted, but met my first 3 criteria, safety, fuel economy, handling. The Nissan Versa is a sled, underpowered compared to my Mitsubishi that was a rocket, but 25% better fuel economy. The Lifetime Powertrain warrantee didnt hurt either. Got me a great rate on the financing. Satisfied.
I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Walked away with new tires and alignment, oil change, cabin filter change along with transmission service . Although I somewhat expected most of this when I carried my vehicle in for servicing . I must say the Benton Team keeps me on schedule with all the maintenance on my vehicle . They guide me in the right direction when a decision has to be made for my vehicle repairs. I really appreciate that Jimmy Rowlett is always straightforward and honest with me when I ask a question Brenda in the office is always as friendly as can be when she is taking care of the financials for the services performed. I had two issues with my Rogue. A camera issue and a battery issue. It was kept overnight and I was given a rental suv. It was all under warranty and I only had to pay the deductible and new battery. Everything was explained to me before work was done and all the staff was very pleasant to work with. The only feedback to improve on would be the rental suv had an unusual odor that didn’t clear when driving with the windows open. It may have sat for a while without being aired out.I appreciate all fast and detailed work and service.

Not good. My story was so long it wouldn’t let me post it. My advice double check the paperwork before you sign. Watch out for this BentonBenefits add on for 1,495.00. and with this price you get a little container with cleaning products. Check make sure the price they told you is the price on the paperwork. And really walk around the vehicle and check for damage. We bought used but things might have been different if we saw the damage. Just a warning, told you so kind of thing

Be very careful buying from here. Our car salesman took advantage of us. It took over 3 hours and we have our 2 year old who was being fussy the entire time we were there. He knew we wouldn’t be reading every little tiny thing on the forms and ended up putting $2,000 extra onto the car’s price. Now we are forced to pay it since we signed it. Read every last detail before you buy from here.

Got my tire fixed, keeped me updated on what was going on very pleased with my visit.
Ran my credit causing a hard pull after I told them what my credit situation was and they told me they could definitely work with me. Then proceeded to not return my calls, messages or any communication for 2 weeks or even let me know that the truck I was trying to get had sold. Local folks and I try to shop local but because of terrible customer service I cant recommend at all.

Great dealership with a very professional service department!! I have now used their service team on multiple occasions and found their judgement to be very competent. I can say this because my family used to own an automotive repair shop; so while I dont work on my cars myself anymore, I am fully aware of how they are supposed to be repaired and maintained. I have found their staff to be friendly and professional at each step along the way when caring for our vehicles.
The service was ok but they didnt have car washed liked she said she would. Even called and made sure it would be washed before pickup still want washed. Waited for it to be washed and it was still dirty. Unless its major I wont be coming back. My husband was going to buy a truck from them and they never called him back. We have purchased all out vehicles from them but no longer

I went to this dealership with a service issue and because another dealer (Cool Springs Nissan) was not the least bit helpful. Not only did Marc Cooper treat me with respect, honesty and professionalism, but he got me in without an appt. He was able to access my service records from another dealer in AZ and honor the warranty the battery had. They even washed my truck and I was in and out in less than an hour.I would highly recommend this dealership and Marc Cooper. It’s nice to be treated as a valued customer the very first time you show up there. I will definitely be back.

Just purchased my new Nissan Rogue sport from this dealership. I love it!!! It has the most safety features I have ever experienced in a vehicle. I went in with horrible credit thinking no way I was going to be able to get a car let alone a brand new vehicle. This was after getting denied at our credit union.My husband and I told our salesman (hunter) our budget and he was able to get us approved with a GREAT interest rate for literally $1 over our budget. I brought my 2019 Frontier in for standard service. The service process itself was smooth and the price was right. Unfortunately, during the tire rotation some damage occurred to my wheels which I noticed a few days later. I reported the issue and once Mitch got involved with the problem it was solved very quickly. I was placed in a loaner vehicle at no charge for exactly one day before I received my truck back good as new and freshly washed. I expected a fight but instead they did the right thing and didn’t waste my valuable time in the process. I will be returning to Benton for any sales and service needs because of how Mitch handled this issue. Quality customer service lies in problem solving and he got it right.
Took my wifes Toyota Camry to Benton for full service detailing and cleaning-inside and out. The car I left is not the car I got back! The detail crew did an awesome job in removing years of grime and wear. Much of the paint has been restored back to its original appearance and shine. The interior again smells fresh and clean and is free of stains. Great job and I will consistently refer folks to this dealership for all their service needs.
