Megan has been responsive and has been working with me for over two years before starting a new policy with State Farm.. talk about consistent and caring. The entire staff are very kind and helpful and when Megan wasn’t in the office, the staff ensured me that she would get credit and actually encouraged me to work with her when they could have taken the credit for themselves. Cori, quoted me a policy that I paid for two months, then the price doubled. It took her 5 days to return a phone call and didnt even explain the reason. Needless to say, I cancelled my policy and received a better price from MetLife. I definitely do not recommend this particular agent. Awful experience. It was an absolute bait and switch

I called yesterday for a business quote. The individual I talked with did not seem to be very knowledgeable of my request and was going to have to make some calls to confirm they did in fact could cover the business. I knew they did because friends in the same business have policies with State Farm. The agent stated she would check on it and get back in touch with me. Twenty-four hours later I had still not heard from her. I called another State Farm agency and in an hour not only had a quote but also had a polcy.

We have had Terri as our agent since 2005. It has always been a pleasure doing business with her and her associates. We switched to SF Bank because when I added my newly purchased used truck to the insurance, Terris office offered to try and finance it for us for a lower interest rate, which they did. On August 15th we sat with Terri to refinance our home. Today on Sept 28 we closed on the mortgage. This was the smoothest and easiest mortgage process possible. I highly recommend Terri and her crew. They are the best. And we love SF Bank.

I was trying to do the online auto application and it wasnt letting me purchase online. I ended up calling a different state farm branch first and they werent much help as Im working out of state right now and couldnt make it in to sign documents. I was told I couldnt get insurance without coming in.I went back online to see if I could do the process again this time I ended up speaking with megan from the Terry brock statefarm branch and she really made a complicated situation so much more simple! I was literally on the phone maybe 30 min after hours of trying to purchase it was quick an easy. She was friendly and helpful thank you so much!
