Brad and team are friendly and professional. They are good to review and keep your policies up to date and current with the times. I always feel like they give me personal attention when I deal with them.

I also appreciate that the associates in the office take time out to call and let me know of any additional services or benefits that I could take advantage of. I have never been so disappointed in anything in my life. Neighbors caused a fire while I was out of town. I have never spoke with my agent, only girl in the office. This happened over a year ago and still hasn’t been resolved. I was a faithful customer way over 50 years and had 2 minor claims. I have been ignored, bullied and intimidated, completely handled by Allstate in bad faith.

Brad and everyone at Giles Allstate are very helpful, friendly and quick to respond! I feel at ease when speaking with them because I know I can trust them to take care of me. I am thankful for all that they do!

Brad Giles and staff are responsive, knowledgeable and extremely customer oriented. I call them for policy quetions and updates as well as recommendations for contractors for things I need done around my house. One example is when I realized my dryer vent needed cleaning from inside the house to the outside. They not only recommended a great company, they called them and made sure the company called me and set an appointment. I only want to work with the Giles group!

As a residential property manager, it is a requirement for our tenants to carry renters insurance. I send 100% of my tenants to Brad Giles Allstate office. His staff will contact the customer quickly and talk to them about additional options of needed coverage they hadnt considered. In addition, with an Allstate insurance review, they are usually getting better coverage then with their existing insurances and at a better price.
