My family has been staying at Lamplighter for some time now. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not follow through with maintenance requests in a timely manner and they half do the job. Every since the property manager Jayson left, things have been horrible out here. Whenever we called, he would answer and get the job done. Now, this new guy that drives a white truck is very rude and his breath always smells of alcohol. He’s supposed to be the property manager, but things haven’t been getting done at the property. I’m not pleased that my family has to live there with those conditions all while feeling unsafe.

Nice apartments but need much up grading

Jason is awesome man. My wife and I were pleased with his professionalism and the updated complex. We will definitely put Lamplighter at the top of our list.

Units are big, bathrooms & kitchens are new. I loved the stainless steel appliances!

As I searched for a new apartment, I came across Lamplighter. I spoke to Jason, the property manager who was very professional and addressed any concerns I had. Upon receiving the application, he explained the process and assured me that I was in good hands.

Just SCAMMERS you do the app and pay your money for the fee, afterwards you have a hard time reaching anyone. Theyll take your money knowing theres no vacancies.
