I had a hole in my ceiling for six months the new property manager said it’s not their responsibility but they bought the property this is the worst place to live landscaping is bad you can’t talk to the property manager the only text you and this is what I was living with for six months I would not live hereMold in the apartment a charge for pest control no one comes out neighbor carpet that mold have not been replaced Carpet the last seven years maintenance guys are not certify on HVAC and not bonded to the state law

Agreed with the couple in earlier reviews. This place is suppose to be newer management but has the same exact staff. They never get back to anyone and the manager in the office is always making an excuse to not do her job.There is suppose to be a 24/7 number you can call for assistance yet I’ve spoken with a few others in the community and it totally is not available 24/7. They seem to tell you one thing but then when you get in it’s quite the opposite. It feels like the twilight zone with that office and staff.

This place is garbage. $1k/ month and you can never get anything fixed. When maintenance comes they do just enough to get by. I would advise against this place. The entire time I have been here it’s a struggle to get maintenance here and to actually properly fix issues.

I lived at this property for 5 years and I never had any problems, staff was amazing, very friendly and always willing to help in any way that they could. I loved helping them out with functions they had for the community. Really going to miss this staff!!

I only live here for a year and I love it so far. Ms. Robinson at the leasing office is very nice and helped me find a home for me and my kids. Maintenance comes when you need them and there kind as well. Great environment here. I’ll be here for many more years to come. I definitely recommend this place.

I moved here in 2 moths ago. I enjoy it here and my kids do to so far no problems. It’s quiet, peaceful, and clean. The kids seem to be respectful and play well together. Only thing I can say, is they seem to be short handed when it comes to repairs. The office staff is ok and they even have a chill room . I’ll come back later this year and let everyone I know if I still enjoy living here. Btw the kitchen is awesome

I would strongly recommend these townhomes to anyone looking for a beautiful safe environment for their family. I’ve lived here for a year now and have had nothing but great experiences. I love our home and the office staff are great. My children even love it here, l definitely be here for many more years!

For as long as Ive lived out here at the Park at Rivercrest Ive never had a problem with parking spaces up until last week when new neighbors moved into my building. From what I was told and remember, each unit has two parking spaces and if we have company theres an overflow parking lot close by. There need to be an understanding and something in writing or some type of common courtesy when youre new to the neighborhood. Im really frustrated because I just addressed this issue with the property manager.

I am extremely happy about my decision to go visit Park at River Crest. I went in to the leasing office and Ms Robinson was extremely hepful and professional and answered all of my questions. She made the experience very pleasant. The office was very clean and professional as well. If you in the market for a new place go visit Ms. Robinson at Park at River Crest.

This nasty behind apartment complex is a mess! I’ve been here a year, and in that time I hear constant shooting, cop cars pulling up dealing with drug busts, loud, ratchet and ghetto neighbors and so much more. When you pay your checks them on time, they hold your money and try to say it’s late to get an extra fee out of you which is complete bulls**t. Maintenance is constantly changing which means there’s never the same person twice to come into my home and fix up stuff. The hot water heater has dropped out more than once and it’s been several times where I’ve had to go elsewhere with my kids to get a hot shower. Don’t even get me started on the bugs. Water bugs everywhere and spiders all over the place. Not to mention outside is a freaking mess! There is trash all over the ground, walkway, outside the houses and the kids in their neighborhood leave their stuff (toys, bikes, trash etc) all over the ground. They have one compactor trash at the front of the apartment that always overflowing with disgusting smelling trash, bags all over the place where people don’t put the bags in the trashcan. The kids run around all hours of the night in the streets of the apartments. Long story shortened. Don’t live here.

When I moved in 9 months ago the unit was not ready /repaired painted /carpets electrical issues breaker box issues broken blinds closets light fixtures bathroom mirrors nothing was ready. For the first two months nick and Patrick were great getting stuff done then new people came and it’s horrible will not be renewing. Its disgusting how the property is handled and cared for they don’t respond well to issues or concerns and very disorganized. Fire department has been here several times police activity just not what I expected at all

The office staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I got a great first impression of this place from the moment I walked into the beautiful clean leasing office.

I just moved in and i love it!! Ameisha, was very patient with me and made sure i was happy from the time i started my application. Make sure to ask for her when you stop in. I would reccommend this place. The community is nice and well kept.

They lied to me and my family claiming that they would have an apartment for us to move into but when we got there they had already gave it to someone else

Was looking around in the neighborhood for apartments and visited this place. Was very professional and nice. She showed me around and offered me the information to start the application preocess. I was very pleased.

I did a tour today and was amazed! The townhomes are very nice and spacious! The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed!

Im currently a resident here at The Park at Rivercrest and have been for years!.Right now Im experiencing the worst service ever! I called in a work order back on October 5 and as of today my work order hasnt been taken care of yet! Ive called several times, stopped by and called some more. Well today I stopped by and I was told that the property manager was on lunch break, well thats usually their excuse. The lady that was there alone said she was new and when asked was there a maintenance man nearby she replied that theyre on the property. Ok, so why cant someone take care of my water leaks, the other issues arent a big deal and they should know that because I keep mentioning the fact that I pay water bill and with my water leaking for a total of 20 now, not to mention that it was leaking before then and I finally called it in...at this point I need to go above their heads at that office and speak with some one in corporate because this is ridiculous. Maintenance suck just as well as the office staff!!!!

I love the apartment visit its a very nice and clean area and the customer service was very great..Ameisha was very helpful and I cant wait to become a resident

My children love the place is beautiful and the office people are nice to my children they always have something fun all my other neighborhoods are Never As Good As this one Im I live here for a long long long time by the way they just take long to do things thats the only thing I dont like but other than that this is the best neighborhood ever

Terrible...cars broken into. Children loitering to the point where you can barely drive in or out of the complex. Adults loitering with loud music in the back of the complex. Not a place anyone should pay more than $800 to live. Dont waste your money.

Yes I went to see about getting an apartment on the broad river side of town for convenience and I stopped by quite a few after I did some research and when I came to Park at River Crest Apts my mind was made up! The meet and greet I recieved from Ms. Robinson (Ameisha) was outstanding!!! She has a great overview of the property and excellent customer service!!! She was very attenative and her whole demeanor was very pleasant, if they dont get my business I will defintely follow Ms. Robinson to wherever she goes if she leaves :)

I lived there a little over a year and the service was amazing... When my sink started clogging up it was less than 30 min b4 they had it fixed..

This place is a horrible place to live at ..I do not recommend..I am scared for me and my kids life after some one broke in to our home and stole my iPhone and went through my clothes ...nothing was done to help me be safe but tape to put on the window and I had to stay in an unsecured home for the night with a broken window..this place isn’t safe ..when I first got my apt I was told I would have one in the front because the back is bad (thieves, theives, lots of men smoking weed and shooting guns ) pleasse I do t not recommend this place if it’s just a women and her kids..me and my children are afraid to live her..the environment is ghetto and not safe ..I pray for the others who are here and hopefully I can get out of this contract ..only been here a month and had the worst ever experience ..they said they are going to put more locks on the window and door but that still isn’t enough..unless they give me an alarm system I’m not staying here no wayyy..if you are military do not stay here trust a military spouse

Area has police always in the area very quite and after 9 none is outside...shocked for this area how nice it is

If I could give it less than 1 star I would! So far we had glass smashed on our back patio and our tires slashed, and we had our dogs threatened by neighbors. I feel like we were lured here under false pretenses. We came all the way from Jersey not knowing what we were getting into.... RUN AWAY!!!!

The apartment itself wasnt all that bad. On the other hand, the neighborhood was horrible. It started off being ok but the longer we lived there the more we noticed the activities. My daughters were taunted and two days after that happened our back door was egged. Later, our back door had shoe prints around the lock as if someone was trying to kick it in. The odors around the area were awful. Our children played on the playground three times due to too much loitering! We decided to try to buy a house and we left as soon as the house was available to move in!! Once we turned in our notice, no one contacted us and when we turned in our keys, we were told that it didnt matter if we get safe or not, it wasnt a reason to break a lease. I would not recommend this area to anyone especially if you have children!

Office people are never there when you need them to be. Had a package delivered the day before Christmas Eve and they werent in the office when I came to pick it up around noon. And they were closed on Christmas Eve so I couldnt get my package until the day after Christmas. Terrible

I dont like it because it is blood over there and they have people that shots over there they crack your Windows

I though it was a nice place to live its not the apartment I lived in was infested with bedbugs.

Mice infested at an all time high very unprofessional
