The management is understanding and very good especially the manager understood me the way I was . And was able to handle my problem I was facing I Thankyou so much.

Don’t waste your time! I scheduled a tour at & dragged my 8m pregnant self & 2yr old there, only for nobody to pick up my calls, or even come out to take me on the tour. I should’ve took heed after reading the reviews. Clearly they don’t care about prospects. Corporate needs to look into the employees, they are paying them for nothing.

I went to the website to get information, and it sends you to the Mgmt. Company Edgewood, which has not much but tiny blurbs on many other places but no information on Columbia Commons. However, the google search gives Saturday hours until 5:00 but when I call there is just an answering machine that says to leave a message. Fine, I think they must be busy with other people because everyone know Saturday is apartment hunting day. So, I drive over there, hoping to get information or maybe even a tour, because the website has zero information, but the office is locked up and says they will be back at 8:00am. I assume they mean 8am in two days Monday, but who know because this place is turning out to be such a joke. If they are closed on Saturday, why not have the common decency to put that information on the outgoing message, even if they are too dissinterested to change the online information? Disregard for prospective tenants and total lack of professionalism. I also notice the pool is closed even though it has been 3 weeks since Memorial day, and the water and area looks unkept. It has been in the 80s and 90s, and there are happy laughing kids in the apartment pool where I live right now. This place screams go away, we dont want you. Run, dont walk. I thought maybe the reviews here were exagerations, but no, it is worse.

I just moved in from out of state and Farah was very helpful every single step of the way. We were allowed to view the apartment before signing the lease. The apartment was so clean with minor repairs that need to be done. The carpet was new and the bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean. I am impressed. Thankful for the smooth transaction.

We were excited to tour this complex as we are hoping to find a larger and more affordable apartment dor ojr growing family. We scheduled our appointment online 6 days in prior to our shared off day from work and received text updates regarding our tour up to 2 hours before our appointment. Upon arrival to our 11am appointment, we were unable to access the leasing off and decided to call the office. We spoke to a woman who informed us that she was just about to text all the upcoming appointments to cancel as they had no apartments to show. We were OUTSIDE the leasing office at our scheduled appointment time. After making a series of excuses to include being the only one working and the system being down, she informed us that we could see a 3D tour of the apartment. She was nice, however, the inconvenience of traveling to Columbia when we scheduled an appointment in advance and consequently being told we cannot tour while standing outside the leasing office was a huge turnoff.

I came across these apartments online and was anxious to get a tour. Ive received a new job offer, and Columbia is the best place to reside, as the commute is only about 20 minutes. I decided to request a tour. The next morning, I received an email that stated what size apt are you looking for. No goodmorning, no introduction. I replied GOODMORNING, and advised the size I was looking for. No response. I called literally all day and wasnt able to get an answer. I decided to send another e-mail asking if the property manager could contact me, and provided my telephone number..again. Shortly after, I received an email how can I help you. Then, I received an email that read No 1br available. We have a 2br 1.5 available at the end of this month. 2Br 2ba end of August( I was looking to move around mid-September. They would have known this if they attempted to do their job). After advising I was calling all day, I was told they were busy and to call back. WHAT!? If I am a prospective resident, and I am clearly showing interest in your community, as a leasing agent, arent you suppose to reach out to me!? Regardless if you didnt have one bedrooms available, if I could have gotten a virtual tour of the property, I wouldnt mind waiting to see if something opened up. Why would I keep trying to call and call, when I clearly asked if someone could give me one? I eventually said forget it and scratched them off the list. Unprofessional to say the least.

Mrs. Sheba in the rental office was amazing! Her customer service was impeccable and she would not let us leave until we had a place to call our own. The property manager was also terrific and was very professional and welcoming! Love it here so far!

I have lived in Columbia Commons for over 14 years and raised two children in this community. I highly recommend it for families & singles. Neighbors are nice, grounds are well-kept. The property managers are professional, trustworthy & always polite. Maintenance staff is always on-it and stellar!

I have lived here for 2 years. I love it the management team are so friendly and helpful. A great place to live.

In the 2 years we were there the complex was sold twice... with each buyout things got worse. During this past winter their snow removal crew was worthless... I have never witnessed an apartment complex give less than a single drive lane to get in and out of the place. And that wasnt the worse of it. Kids just run around doing whatever they want... obviously not the complexs fault however it is when they are given multiple complaints and they only send out letters. Recycle was reduced to once a week so by Saturday boxes, plastics, recycled items were all over the place. And the exterior walls and windows are so thin it’s ridiculous... we would be woken in the middle of night just by the sound of people walking up/down the stairs. Pretty much if you dont mind smelling urine outside your door, seeing trash all over the place, dog feces left around {again on the dog owners and not the complex completely}, disrespectful kids as young as 5, fire alarms pulled in the middle of the night, oh and let’s not forget the all most daily sight of police cars having to drive through well than its prefect for you. If you are looking for something more tasteful, quiet, and to be respected just keep looking. Good luck.

I currently live here, and for the price I have no complaints. Management has dealt with any concerns promptly. Overall they have been very responsive and easy to work with. Whenever a ticket is submitted for service, it is normally resolved with in one or two visits in my experience.

The property manager is never there and the assistance manager is nasty. The maintenance steals from your apartment and they dont do anything about it im moving out as soon as possible. Im afraid to contact you because i have been harassed by maintenance guy and eas told i will loss my apartment

I really love leaving here. The staff is very nice and will help with any problem. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointing. The unit we were shown smelled horrific! It was not tidy and the grounds were not clean where the unit was located.

Not a safe neighborhood, uncooperative staff and dont take care of their property.

Visited the property and the staff didnt even take the time to show us an apartment. staff was to busy on the phone to greet or even share a smile.
