The office manager Santana is extremely RUDE, Disrespectful, and completely nasty just by the way she speaks. She takes her camera out and records almost anything she sees, not even if a person is doing no wrong. I was a visitor visiting for a about two weeks, and I watched the office manager Santana Harrass many residents on a daily basis. We came in and I saw her verbally attacking another woman, then pulled out her camera to record the woman’s response. She is very unprofessional! I was thinking about moving to Columbia, and considered Palmetto Garden as option being that I am a vet and it’s not far from The VA hospital. But observing the community and how it’s being ran by this lady. I will go elsewhere. I wrote a review because somebody should do something about this, it clearly is a direct violation of someone’s privacy. I watched her discriminate on people by her own race. It’s sad. She is sad. To have someone like her running that property is a direct reflection of whoever owns it, because they hired HER! She is disgusting. Please consider a new manager ... indeed has ready, willing, nice, respectful and professional applicants ready to take her place!!!
