Amazing property!! The manager Victoria is accommodating, and very welcoming. The maintenance team Bobby and Asa are easy to work with and complete items in a timely manner. Overall great staff and property.

Ive been a tenant for around 2 years and have seen a few changes with the management of the property. As they continue to improve two things remain constant: 1) their customer service, and 2) maintenance.On the occasions I have had to interact with the maintenance staff they have been top notch! Theyre professional, courteous, and very friendly while respecting your rental space. I get the idea that they care about taking care of your needs as if they were living with you.The property manager is equally professional, helpful, and understanding as she works to provide solid and timely service to all of the tenants. This is a relatively peaceful place to live in a bit of a secluded neighborhood. I have enjoyed my stay at the Four Winds Villages. I only wish they had a bigger pool and a playground for the kiddos. There sure are enough of em to warrant those things.

I recently moved in, and am very happy with this decision. I had been nervous about renting this as site unseen since moving from out of state. Victoria was delightful to work with. She helped ease any concerns and answered my many questions!! This continued upon move in where both she and Jordan made me feel very welcomed. The townhouse/apartment was in very good condition and clean upon moving in. A few minor fixes were needed which maintenance solved immediately. One of my favorite features is that the sound does not seem to travel through the walls despite being in a middle unit. Neighbors have also been very kind. This is a great location.

Absolutely fantastic place to live. The manager is amazing, professional and so helpful and nice. The facility is one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at, they take great care of everything. The townhomes are just as clean and kept up. Mine looked new when I moved in. Another thing I love is the overall community, I love to jog and I see so many people and I never feel unsafe in this community. Everyone is friendly and looks out for each other.. I really enjoy that. I also love that I’m close to everything!! Overall, I can’t say enough amazing things. Would recommend over and over. They really take care of you and it’s just a terrific environment and a really great community feel!

My employer moved me to Missouri and I applied and rented sight unseen. The manager was friendly and did a face time for me to see the unit. She assured me it would be cleaned. I developed a rapport and right before moving in she moved to another state (no longer manager). The first time I saw the unit was on move in day after a 14 hour drive and it was dirty and carpet was filthy. We moved in and they had another manager who was friendly but did not respond to our issues as far as the unit. Why did I give it 5 stars? Because things changed when Victoria became manager. From day one upon arrival she has been extremely responsive in correcting our issues and concerns. She is friendly, helpful always available. She makes a point to know my name and follow up. Maintenance requests are taken care of extremely quickly and professionally. The maintenance staff has always been awesome even when management wasn’t. Victoria runs a tight ship. The property is now clean and safe. It is also quiet and a wonderful community. I actually asked if she had additional units for other co-workers to rent that are being relocated here. I was so impressed by the change we renewed the lease. That is the ultimate compliment to convert an unhappy tenant in an extremely happy one in a short time. That is a testament to Victoria. There are a lot of families here it is nice to see kids actually playing outside. I highly recommend four winds and Victoria needs a raise and a bonus in my opinion.

The application process was fast and simple. Brian showed us our unit and did a great job in the customer service aspect. We had what seemed like a billion questions and if he didn’t know the answer the found it out fast. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and professionally. Victoria is always quick to answer questions. The property is clean and safe. It is a wonderful community I am glad to call home.

I currently live at Four Winds Villages and I’ve had an amazing experience here. I’ve never really had any issues and if I have Victoria our new property manager has taken care of it right away. I called her the other day and told her my carpet was coming up and she came over and looked at it and is replacing it for me with brand new tile right away as well. She told me she is here to make sure everyone is happy and that she loves taking care of her residents. She has been great. She also got new pool furniture already. She’s doing great things. I would deff recommend this property to my friends and family.

It was my first time applying to an apartment complex, and Valerie helped me. She made the process so easy and was very understanding of my situation- she gave me many options within my price range and was very detailed about the lease. She was very friendly and thorough in her tour. So far, I have had a great experience with management. They always answer the phone (even after office hours) and maintenance is always quick to be on site if anything is wrong. You can tell they really care!

Victoria was very helpful during our move in process. She answered all our questions in a timely manner whenever we called. Additionally, the place looked great when we moved in. My wife and I are more than satisfied with Four winds villages.

BED BUGS BEWARE. Ive lived here for over a year and discovered bed bugs in my apartment. I informed land lord and she instantly deems me responsible. Had pest control come do an inspection. I told landlord to make sure to inspect the other units connected to mine. They said they would. Landlord contacted me said they inspected my unit as well as the others. Victoria lied to me cause I was here and chatted with the first exterminator and he said that he was not inspecting the other units and was giving no permission to do so. I would not recommend living here. They will enter your apartment without permission. They gave my key to a different exterminator and allowed him to come into my apartment with no supervision. Which is unprofessional in my opinion.

Ill be frank. Without Levi, I am not too sure how well this place would run. Levi is the saving grace. During our stay we dealt with other staff members that did not deserve a five star rating, but every time we got to speak to Levi about any issue or process he was very polite, understanding, and knowledgeable. With that being said, the place is very quiet. Trash gets picked up 3 times a week which is nice, and the area seems very safe. The apartment was decently cleaned when we moved in, there was some obvious cleaning everyone does when they move in that needed to be done.At the end of the day, I would 100% live here again as long as Levi was the property manager.

Honestly, we really enjoyed our time here. Lots of space for the price, Levi in the office is great, maintenance was always quick (I would submit it on the portal and they would be there same day or the next day), plus a great community. This would be a great community for graduate/professional students as well.

We just moved in last week and so far have been greatly impressed by the staff. Levi and Gail at the front office are amazing and took great care of us. We moved in very quickly after our application, and Gail took the time to show us our apartment and help us with any concerns. I especially like the app that they use, which you can pay rent with and also request maintenance. The maintenance staff have been very responsive to our requests! So far, we have loved our experience here.

Four Winds is a great place to live. My townhouse was freshly painted, carpet cleaned, and beautiful! The application process was smooth, and the people working in the office made me feel welcome and part of a community. My area is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly, plenty of parking for the residents and visitors. The parking lots and environment are kept clean, landscaping is nice, plenty of lighting at night, as well as sidewalks surrounding the area for safe walking. The area is a wonderful access to shopping, gas stations, and restaurants, only a five minute drive.

Gale has been great! Moving from another city, I really appreciated her ability to work with my move in schedule. She’s even followed up by email to make sure the move was going okay.

4 Winds Village is a great place to hang your hat! Grounds are safe for young females. Gail is top notch in helping you with all your needs. She goes above and beyond. I have lived at many places but this is one of the best places I have ever lived. The staff is amazing. They are quick to resolve any issues you have and maintenance is super fast which was refreshing. You can tell they really care about the residents and the property. Ive been living here almost a year. Im really impressed with the family environment. There are always so many kids outside playing, younger and older. Compared to when we lived in a house neighborhood it is much easier for my son to find playmates here! The complex has a pool the kids enjoy too. There is plenty of parking, everything is well maintained and management is responsive to the couple of maintenance requests Ive had (my front door knob and temperature of my water heater). My home feels modern and I never hear the neighbors the walls must be thick and strategically laid out!

We just moved in to Four Winds from an apartment that was $250 more per month. This apartment is bigger, quieter, and in much better condition. The neighborhood is lovely, with blooming flowers, nice trees, and well-mannered children. The people are friendly and there are always lots of folks walking their dogs or playing with their children. It makes things seem very safe. Tim and Gail, the property managers, are just wonderful. Theyve gone out of their way to make our move in as easy as possible and give us a warm welcome. Id recommend Four Winds to anyone who needed to rent an apartment in Columbia!

Starting off, we were super excited to move in! The units were great and staff seemed super friendly. Upon signing the lease, however, we were misinformed about very important parts of the lease and were misled about fees and deposits by a former employee. It really killed our trust in the company and made the whole experience bad at the time. THANKFULLY, Gale stepped in and rescued us. She made everything right and really took care of us all the way through moving in. She is absolutely amazing and deserves a 10/5 on her own. Our unit was freshly updated and super nice upon move in. It’s very cozy! The sense of community is really great and the neighbors are super friendly. Definitely would recommend Four Winds to family and friends now!

I met Gale today when I came in to get more information about upcoming available units to rent. I saw her interact with a current tenant with such kindness. I’ve never met a manager like her before, to genuinely care about residents to live at Four Winds instead of just seeing someone as a “number”. She’s so friendly and made me feel welcomed and eager to a future at Four Winds in Columbia, MO. Positive community, quiet, and beautiful units all around. My boyfriend and I are expecting our first child and so I was dreading the moving process, but Gale and Levi both made it a smooth, easy transition. I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent customer service we received (even when I had questions at 9 o’clock at night) from both members or the staff. I am very excited that we get to be apart of this wonderful neighborhood and raise our son in a very family friendly area!

Ive been very pleased with everything about living at Four Winds Villages so far. The manager, Tim has been absolutely amazing, and he went above and beyond to make coming to view apartments from out of town easy. Its a very quiet neighborhood and Ive felt very safe here. The town houses themselves are quiet, and Ive never heard any noise from neighbors on either sides. I was impressed with how nice the apartments are, with nicely painted walls and new carpet that make it feel more like a home than a rental. The price is excellent for the sq. footage and I like being so close to I-70 because its quick to get just about anywhere in town. Any maintenance requests Ive placed were dealt with/resolved in less than 24 hrs. Overall Im really pleased.

Gale at Four Winds Villages is awesome! It is unusual as a vendor of theirs to see a manager who truly wants their tenants to be happy. Her response time and attention to the concerns she sees is awesome. Oh... and she is probably one of the most organized people I have ever met. :)

Our family is so glad we moved to Four Winds! Going into our 4th year living in this community and we couldnt be happier. The property management team are beyond nice and often times maintenance requests that arent high priority at all are taken care of within a day or two! Our neighbors are amazing and have become close friends. Quiet, perfectly located in Columbia, great schools, and fun. It is a perfect spot to raise our son.

This is one of the best kept more established properties Ive seen in Columbia. The location is perfect. Its tucked away in a good, safe area and being across from Cosmo park is awesome .Even though its right by I70 you dont get the noise. Management & maintenance are top notch!
