Sean helped get us the best financing possible and make the installation happen before the holiday weekend because we were without AC. The installers- Kevin and Justin showed up when they said they would and were very courteous and explained the new unit to us. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent installation job. I live in an apartment and Air & Water Solutions was there the next day after I called. My AC went out and the technician that came in had it fixed in one hour. By far the best Heating and Cooling company I have ever worked with.

The company continues to be dishonest in its response below. I have the Trane paperwork in my name and it was transferred without issue.BEWARE! I have a 7 year old Trane AC unit from this company under that is still under warranty. It was unable to keep up with the heat recently and a technician came out to service it. AC UNITS ARE CLOSED UNITS. They SHOULD NOT leak refrigerant if the parts within are functional. HOWEVER, this tech charged me $170 to come out and add Freon, saying that it is regular maintenance and did not do any work to find the leak that is obviously the cause of the freon level going down.I called to speak to the owner as I was concerned that the tech was either too poorly trained to understand that a freon leak is NOT regular maintenance or was dishonest and purposely allowing the leak to continue so that I would have to continue to pay for service. The owner told me he did not believe that the tech told me it was regular maintenance (I was not home alone at the time and there were others who are able to verify that this is in fact what we were told) and that I was threatening him by telling him I expected to have this issue taken care of promptly or that I would be leaving an honest review. He argued extensively on the phone rather than having his first course of action be to send out a new technician to fulfill their warranty promises. The amount of effort he put in to telling me I didnt know what I was talking about could have much better been spent training the technicians.It was no threat, it is not my fault that this review is what it is. I fully believe that anyone who comes to this company needs to come aware of the fact that they will attempt to not honor their warranty and any work that gets done will need to be checked with a second group to ensure honest business practices. If my warranty was not still with this group I would happily say they would never again receive my business.

By refilling Freon without locating the source or severity of the leak, this company would appear to be in direct violation of the EPA’s Clean Air Act, section 608. This leak could also be inside my home, causing adverse health impacts.I will not be using Air&Water solutions again.

This company was recommended by a friend, so I called for an inspection and estimate. It was time to replace the furnace and ac after 25 years. What amazing service! An estimator came out the same day, had a bid for me the next morning, a great price even before the $1000 worth of rebates they will file for me from the City of Columbia and Ameren UE. Two weeks later Justin and Paul installed the system and were on my doorstep before 8am ready to work. They just left. Very pleasant, very professional, neat and tidy, and informative. I would absolutely recommend these folks.

Paul and Justin did a very thorough and detailed job fixing my heater and my heat pump even while it was snowing heavily outside.They not only made the system easy to use, they were also extremely friendly and gave us an easy to understand explanation on how to operate the system.They also put up with my dog, who is a handful!... Super fast and reliable! These are techs are heroes. Not only do we use them at my work, but I also use them on my personal home. As an owner of an old home, I’m always fixing things. However, crawling under my house and fixing a leaking gas line was not a project I was prepared for. James came over and fixed the issue in 45 minutes. I will continue use them in future.

These guys have the best equipment on HVAC and water conditioning. Their staff is top notch too. Ive bought a mini split, an air source great pump with had back up and a water softener. Dont shop anywhere else.

I called on Tuesday, he came out that day and we scheduled for his team to come out and install the very next day. The team came in and completed the entire installation that day, explained everything to me and were extremely professional. We are very happy with the product and the service!

I wanted to thank Air & Water Solutions (Paul, Charles, Rodney and office staff) for taking such good care of myself and my home when my AC stopped working. I called, and within 3 days I had a completely new HVAC installed and working wonderfully! Though the installers were confined to a tiny furnace area (while taking out old HVAC and replacing with new HVAC) on one of Missouris hottest days, they did such an awesome job! Bought from them 18 months ago and we were very satisfied! Had a service issue back in February and they did a great job. Offered several solutions when I needed a water softener, I went with a Kinetico. Amazing product, cost a bit over some of the other solutions, but it met ALL of my requirements. I will look to them when I go to replace my HVAC system or my water heater, they will be my first call.

My wife and I just wanted to express our gratitude to your business and your staff for customer service that went above and beyond in a day and age where true good business is hard to find.On Monday, August 6, 2018, we discovered that our water heater had finally met its end. I started calling several companies in the Columbia area and was told by all of them that it would be days before they could get anyone out to just do an estimate. This was not the case with Air and Water Solutions. Within an hour, Ray Jetton was at our house to evaluate the situation and give us options. Ray went out of his way to coordinate with the companys dispatcher to pull technicians off of other jobs to come help us with the singular goal of getting us hot water as soon as possible. This was extraordinary service especially after being told by everyone else that they wouldnt be able to fix anything for days! Within an hour of Ray leaving our house, Jeff, Charles, and Paul arrived and informed us that they were there to get us hot water again that day and wouldnt leave until the job was done, even if that meant working late. My wife and I couldnt believe this level of service. Jeff, Charles, and Paul were wonderful, informative, professional, and very cordial even under the circumstances of being pulled off of a normal days work and knowing theyd most likely be working later than expected. These men lived up to their word and gave us hot water that afternoon, just like they said they would.My wife and I are still blown away by the effort Ray, Jeff, Charles, and Paul made to come to our aid and we cant thank them enough, or your business enough, for having such great service. Air & Water Solutions (AWS) was awesome and provided great service. Our furnace blower went out a couple days ago and AWS was able to come out on the same day we called them, November 14, 2018. James the technician was able to complete the maintenance cleaning and repair within a limited amount of time. Also, the office staff Stacy & Christina were super friendly; however, very professional. Thank you for helping us out in a time crunch.

I have worked with Air and Water Solutions on two occasions. First to remove ducting and install two Mitsubishi Mini Split heat pumps in Columbia and now in Jefferson City to install a 2 ton central air unit and a Mitsubishi heat pump. In both instances Air and Water has listened to my needs, looked closely at the situation, and proposed a solution that fits.For the work in Jefferson City, I had 3 contractors provide bids. Air and Water was the ONLY one who measured the vents and indicated how large a compressor should go with those vents. Air and Water was the ONLY one who even had a suggestion for cooling upstairs. And while two cooling units may sound more expensive than one, the other two contractors were trying to sell me too large a compressor and so the Air and Water Solutions bid came in pretty close to the others.I strongly recommend calling Air and Water for your next bid!

About 6 months ago in summer Rodney who was the owner came to the house afater another service tech had already been here. He was very unprofessional and called me unreasonable that I want to cool the house down to 70F when its in the 90s outside. He then walked out of my house and to his car. I followed and he said Im leaving. I asked why and he replied with, Im not going to waste my time talking to someone who doesnt listen. He stated no AC Unit in Columbia could cool down a house to 70F when it is in the 90s outside. Funny thing is, it worked fine the last 2 summers in cooling house down to 70 and worked well this pass summer cooling house down to 70 in the beginning of summer but then all of a sudden it cant cool house. Air coming out of vent is only about 6 degrees cooler than ambient temperature. Anyway, this summer sucked as I was always hot in the house and sweaty. I would avoid using this company for AC related issues as they are rude, well Rodney is and they are not thiurough investigating what the cause or if a leak or just bad old equipment giving out and on its last life. My AC unit ran 24/7 for nearly 11 days straight and the house during the day never got cooler than 76 even though I had it set to cool to 70.the air coming out of vent was hardly cool. My electric bill was 80% higher that month and the every month after that for about 4 more months. Avoid them. Rodney is a rude guy and he is the owner.

Great customer service. They really stand behind their products. We are very happy with our Mitsubishi mini splits for heating and cooling our home.

They installed a Kinetico water softener in my house and did a clean install even though it was in a tight spot. I think it took longer than they expected but they didn’t rush and did the job right. My city water taste better than it ever has.

Have rented a softener from this company for over 15 years. Called in July to inquire about upgrade to remove odors from well water thats plumbed into the house. Came and did tests, stated he would call or email the following Monday. Called the office 2 weeks later to follow up why there had been no response. Told they would pass along my message. It is now September and still no response, so we had another unit installed from another company. When I inquired about a rebate for the installed unit from Air and Water, I was told that they dont rebate pre-pay and we could just keep the unit. Sooo, for many years, we rented a unit from them that is worthless. The post link will only highlight if I choose a star. If I could give a minus sign to the star rating I would. There is no way I would recommend this company to anyone!

I would not trust this company. I worked there and they are not a good company. The owner is the worst part of the business. Shop around to other companies in the area that will do a better job of customer service.
