This is the second week that my entire street hasnt had their trash picked up. I called last week thinking a payment was late, but everything was fine. They said they would put in a work order for Friday. If no one came Friday, then for sure regular pick up on Wednesday (today). Still nothing. Its the entire street!
This is the second week in a row that they failed to meet their contractual obligation. We have tried to contact someone from customer service but the electronic on line service just runs you in circles. And it’s the same with calling, you can’t get through to talk with anyone.I’ve been patient but this is ridiculous. I feel like dumping my trash in their parking lot, maybe then they would pick it up! Do not use this company!
Pretty much what everyone else said. Never answer the phone, I’ve tried to email about getting a second bin because I just moved into my house and have a lot of boxes. Never responded to anything I sent So obviously I’m gonna just put the boxes out there? Now I have Fees on the boxes I put out? I’m at a stalemate this place is so horrible IM WRITING A GOOGLE REVIEW.
I really appreciate Desiree’s exemplary customer service on Friday. She was very kind, respectful, and helpful. I know that too often people are so quick to submit complaints and very rarely share anything positive.Thank you Desiree!
EDIT: finally got ahold of them and the issue was resolved & the man I talked to was very nice and fixed the issue right away & insured pick up will be on the same date.Springs Waste customer here! Never had an issue until they switched to Waste Connections. They’ve stopped my auto payment and now won’t answer calls for me to try and get it paid in order for trash pick up. Useless.
They never answer their phone and never pick up my trash on weeks where there’s a holiday I’ll be canceling this service today
Horrible company… DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY 💰 WITH THEM. They never answer the phone calls or emails. They never pickup the garbage on time it can be weeks. HORRIBLE just domt use them….
I canceled my service with this company since May 2021 and im still waiting for my refund… Every time i call they tell me that i will receive my money and im still waiting… DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM.
My garbage has not been picked up several weeks and cant get a hold of anyone. Any other company would be best.
I was a Springs Waste Services customer but then they merged with Waste Connections. I will be cancelling service. The question is, how do you cancel when they refuse to answer your calls. I have tried and tried to call during their posted business hours and constantly have to leave a message which is never returned. They also billed me twice for July. My pickup had been inconsistent at best. Dont waste your time.
The worst company I have ever dealt with.Absolutely no way to contact them.If you call customer serviceThey will put you on hold for 20 minutes and then they will tell you to leave a message which will not be returned. Same with email. I had to drive out thete teice. Once to cancel service and again to take the can back. They were s no show picking up the can. Absolutely hideous company!
We switched because our neighbors said they were a friendly trash man but then they merged with another company and the services just gone downhill repeatedly missing delivery days and not willing to pick up the missed trash we will be searching for a new company that acts more professional and cares about their customers.
They havent picked up my trash for two weeks. Ive tried emailing and calling and have not been able to talk to anyone. You need to run away from them as fast as you can.
Terrible company! Ever since merging with Springs Waste, I can’t get a person on the phone. My calls aren’t returned, it takes weeks to respond to emails and there have been multiple issues with billing. I could understand the billing mistakes because mistakes can happen but when you automatically direct calls to voicemail at all hours of day making it impossible to speak with someone about these mistakes, it really makes you a terrible business.
Garbage company. In terms of quality, not what they do. Coming up on nearly two months now, I requested a recycling bin, still don’t have it. I’ve left voicemails and e-mails, nobody’s returning my messages. But they’ve been very diligent about billing me this whole time. So, you know, credit where credit’s due, I suppose. And don’t even bother calling. Gave up after 30 minutes on hold. If this company wasn’t mandated by my HOA, I would have dropped them a long time ago.
The woman at the entrance was kind.I was unloading my pickup. A driver of a roll-off dumpster truck was kind to give me advice for my next trip there.There is a discount for Waste Connections customers that I didnt see advertised on the website.
I have had 2 periods (8 weeks) and (4 weeks) when my trash has not been picked up. I have e-mail and called (hold for 30 mins with 3 voice mails) and have never received a response. Poor service, no service.
Always very friendly and helpful. All the way from the drivers on the routes to the staff at the transfer station. Ive been serviced by this company for two years or so and have never had an issue or complaint.
Did not even pick up our all of our trash or neighbors!!! I will be complaining to hoa and getting everyone in our neighborhood to cancel working with them!!! They don’t answer phone and next time I’ll be running outside when those guys are picking up trash in the neighborhood to make sure they do their Jobs!!!
With the inconsistent trash pick up we decided to switch companies and when they came to pick their cans up this dude emptied their cans ( which was left from they didnt pick up ) into our new ones that we bought. Horrible company and petty employees ( you were on camera guy )
Inconsistent trash pick up. They are billing for weekly pickups but only giving every other week or less of pickup service. Either start charging less or refunding people for the days no service is provided.
Hasnt picked up my recycles in over a month. After calling customer service, they said it was the weathers fault why that haven’t picked it up in over a month.

They were good the first two pick-ups but now my trash is running over noone picked upFriday which is my schedule pick-up date and now here it is Saturday after 3 pm and the wind is blowing trash all over the neighborhood thanks for nothing
Ive been a waste connection customer for 3 weeks. The first two weeks I had to call to remind them to pick up my trash, today I called and they said were running behind but well get it and its now 8pm and my trash can is still full. Ill be canceling my service first thing Monday morning.
I have used Waste Connections at home for 5 years. They have always responded quickly when I have had concerns. Because of that I feel confident using them in commercial accounts I over see. Keep up the great service Waste Connections.
Waste connections has been good to us for two years but now im not so sure. We were told trash wouldnt be picked up on friday and they will get it Saturday. They never came. It was due to bad weather which is understandable. Thought maybe they would show up Sunday but never did. Now its Tuesday and our trash is piling up. I will be calling and complaining as well. When you say you will pick it up then follow through or call and explain. May get rid of this trash service and find something new. A refund would be nice too...

Way overpriced to drop off personal trash. OUTRAGEOUS!!PLUS THEY MADE ME WEAR A ORANGE VEST AND THEY HOLD YOUR ID.
