They were the best! They were so patient with our questions, explained everything we needed to know as well as sent an email with all the information and instructions. When they delivered, the were respectful of our property and took precautions to ensure our driveway was not damaged from the bin. When our time was almost up, they called to ensure we were finished and scheduled a time to pick up the bin. There were no hidden fees, everything was just as they had explained. To top it off, the lady we spoke to throughout our experiences was just the sweetest!

Deedee is professional and courteous. She helped me determine what size bin would beat fit our needs to clean out our garage. Bin was dropped off on Thursday and we expected to keep it a full week. We finished the clean out sooner than expected and they came and picked it up Monday afternoon. Will be using them again if the need arises.

One of the few companies in the area that is very transparent with their bin prices on their website. The representative on the phone was good at explaining how to load the bin (some items can freeze to the bottom during winter) and what type of stuff was not allowed or would cost extra. They were on time for delivery, and called early on when they realized that the pick up would be delayed. Very straight forward, kind, professional, and communicative.

Called to confirm the sizing of the bin’s and instead of just listing off options, they gave me insight to how much they can hold, best size for the project, etc.. Extremely polite and professional, and were quick to get the bin on and off my property.

What a great help, being able to get rid of all our backyard debris (2/3) and to take away some of the dirt from digging out our new in-ground trampoline (1/3). They were patient in helping us choose the right dumpster (bigger is better!), advising on weight (dirt is heavy) and arranging the best pick-up and drop-off days. They even were able to place the bin in our driveway so that we could still get both cars in the garage. We will definitely call Al and Dee Dee again when were ready for another project.

I hired this buisness to drop a dumpster for me for a project I was working on. When I first called they were very polite and helpful. When it got closer to the day they were to drop off they called to inform me they did not have any bins available and would have to cancel. So I hired another company to drop a bin for me. Several days later i noticed that they had charged my card full price anyway. When I called to ask why, they were not so polite. Thay told me that they got a bin last minute and tried to call me but I didnt answer so they brought the dumpster out anyway. Then said that they would only give me a partial refund because they drove out there. This buisness is only polite and helpful so long as there are no issues. If a problem arises, even on their end. The experience changes drastically. I would not recommend this buisness .

I used Bin There Dump That for 2 dumpster rentals. Filled up my first dumpster in 3 days and got it picked up and a second one delivered within 48 hours. Awesome service. I cant remember her name, but the lady on the phone was amazing. I also appreciate how they verified that my final dumpster was ready to go on its scheduled pick up day. I was super busy and missed their phone call, email, etc, so I got a text, which thank you for using technology. I would highly recommend Bin There Dump That for their dumpster rentals. Just be sure you know what size you need. The largest dumpster is not as large as the standard construction dumpsters. I needed 2 full dumpsters to clear out the furniture, junk, BOXES of magazines and paper from a 2 bed, 1 car garage townhome that had lots of closet space for hoarding boxes.

Very helpful in answering my questions when I was trying to figure out what I needed. Very flexible when I realized I needed another rolloff and quick, they were able to get out ASAP and empty the one I had on site. They remained friendly, even when I had to hang up on the conversation a few times because of work. I felt valued as a very small customer.

We will always recommend this company for all residential work as theyve got rolloffs 20 yds and smaller. They dropped off Saturday morning, didnt hit our truck, great placement on the driveway. It was cool to see that just one person could do it. I think we put in a little more than 3tons in that 20yd, they took it on Tuesday. Again the service to take it away was just as stellar. Delivery was prompt, my driveway was protected, and the driver put the dumpster EXACTLY where I had requested it in my reservation, being careful to leave me room to get my car out of the other side of my garage and down the driveway. He was cordial and nice when I chatted with him letting him know that it was perfect and that I appreciated his efforts. They were amazing. They notified us of when they would be out. Asked exactly where we wanted the dumpster. Made sure to tell us to make sure that location wouldn’t block anything into our garage. They made sure the process was easy and absolutely pain free. They specified exactly what was and wasn’t allowed so you wouldn’t get surprised charges. And they also explained the charges if you did dump something not allowed. Very friendly all around and I will absolutely recommend, and use them again.

I ordered a roll-off dumpster a few weeks ago everything then went great. Today I proceeded to order another roll off dumpster at the same location. I was told the driver said its to far they wont deliver another. I really think this could have been handled a different way as I already spent money with bin there dump that. I would have expected them to send another dumpster out and then make route changes later.

I love the option of the smallest dumpster for remodel projects. I love that we can place their smallest dumpster option just about anywhere on the property. I love the customer service I received. I gave 4 stars because I did not love only being able to have the dumpster for 10 days. My remodel projects take 1-3 months and having to pay $225 every 10 days even if dumpster is not full is not cost effective for me.

Bin There went totally above and beyond my expectations. They delivered early for us and when we filled it completely, in a short time-line, they even came and picked it up and delivered another. I do not think that’s normal expectations for sure. But they exceeded our expectations by jumping in to make it happen as we had a crew doing the clean up that day.The reason I love these bins is that they are significantly shorter than normal bins and it fit into the small space we had. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.
