Company has poor customer service for sharps collection and disposal. To get out of a contract they want you to send a certified letter. Going through online programs is both cheaper, avoids add-on charges and much more hassle free

The worst company they will claim that they gave you A service and give you a bill for illegitimate charges if you don’t pay it they will attempt to sue you
