My car broke down in Cascade, CO. For two days I have been trying to find someone to tow it to Springs to get it looked at-nobody could do it EXCEPT Bugs Towing. I live near Alma, CO and they picked up and towed my vehicle to the shop without having to physically be there and accepted payment over the phone. Quick and courteous service from the moment we called to the driver who towed the vehicle. We had already been waiting over 3 hours for roadside assistance when I started calling around for quicker service. My day took a turn for the worst yesterday when I hit a pothole and popped a tire.. Adrian was wonderful on the phone and put me right at ease. I called 4 different towing companies and no one was available for multiple hours out. I called Bugs towing and they had someone out in 45 minutes! Drew was my tow truck driver and he was great! He was patient with me and made everything go smooth. I would highly recommend Bugs towing!

Customer service over the phone wasn’t great. Expect nothing less they sit at computers all day and have no face to face interaction with customers. Not very helpful seemed like a bother to be on the phone. BUT the tow truck driver I spoke with (Brandon) was professional, on time, wanting to make sure I got taken care of the right way. Definitely made up for inconvenience of the lady on the phone. I was out of town while car was towed, I got pictures along the way and updates at every “checkpoint”. Brandon was personable, understanding, polite, and just wanted to help me out and get the job taken care of. He even helped clear up the miscommunication between me and the dispatcher! Only reason I gave this review was to point out how much I appreciated Brandon!

Bugs towing has consistently towed cars from my place of residence away without warning. Multiple times, people I have known have had their car in a guest spot for one night (which is 100% allowed where I live), and it got towed away without warning. Why the f*** are they just hooking up peoples cars and taking them? Thats freaking auto theft. Not towing.

I hit a dip in the road and my front passenger wheel broke off. I called and the driver showed up exactly when they said he would and he was super nice. He got my car loaded quickly and was very skilful getting it back off the bed, which was tricky since the wheel kept trying to come out of the well. Will definitely use them again if I ever need towing services.

They took my car I bought the night before and was unable to get a pass for my apartment due to me not getting it till after the office closed. Charging me 250 to towe it 5 miles. They also hung up on me cuz obviously I am and was upset since they just towed my car I bought the night prior. VULCHERS thats what these companys are. Now I have to wait 20 min for them to even show up cuz quote their busey now I have to wait even longer for my car because their incompatance.

Mean rude and unprofessional! Daughters car was towed for being parked in a no visitor spot at her friend’s apt. Bugs towing refused to show a picture of her car being parked wrong because she disputed that her car was not parked wrong. Then Bugs towing claimed her bank called and was coming to pick up the vehicle and send it to an auction. We called her finance company and they verified no call was made and they don’t do business in that manner. We filed a police report and the BBB report. What horrible people to try and take advantage of a single mom of 3 small children one of which is a newborn. She works full time and has health issues. Why are these people still in business???

I have never had faster towing response.These guys are the real deal. Id rather call Bugs when I need towing than to pay my insurance company for roadside. Twice for me Bugs has been on site within 30 mins. You cant even finish a roadside request phone call that quick! Driver/operator was great. A true local business.

Honestly they towed my buddies vehicle by mistake with his parking tag in the window. If they didnt cruise parking lots at 3am maybe they would have seen it displayed. He still payed almost 270 dollars to get his vehicle at youre drivers mistake

Driver hit the curb with my car while pulling out of the parking lot. He had to stop and put it up on dollies which should have happened in the first place. When I talked to the boss the next day he had terrible customer service and was very rude, wasnt concerned at all about possible damage to my vehicle. Wouldnt use this place if there is any other choice.

When I wreck my next car, and if Im still alive again, this is the companys number who Ill have saved.Really though, I could not have asked for a better experience during a very difficult time. This company cares not just about the job they are doing but also the people they are helping. I had my vehicle stuck for over 2hrs in the snow at my apartment complex trying to park coming home from work. I called numerous tow services to which only a couple answered the phone but would not service my area. Bugs towing not only returned my call, but came out to help me. These men are rude, unprofessional, & shady. Do not approach them when it would be “getting in the way of their job” or they are towing your car in a dark parking lot. They will not use their appropriate flashing lights, will not let you verify your parking pass and may even refuse to let you pay a drop fee. When my car broke down, I called my favorite shop. They arranged for Bugs Towing to pick me up. The driver called to tell me he was 15 minutes away, and arrived in 10! Very nice guy, got me on his flatbed in no time and drove me to the shop. Considering my unfortunate circumstances, this part of the day was at least uncomplicated and pleasant.

Bugs towing is the place to call they took pictures and even called me before they got to my car then gave me a update about my window getting busted out by someone. Didnt change there prices when I called back and made the process easier then any other companies I called in springs.

I was stuck on I25 with a blown tire and no spare ( I know )at night, with my 3 week old . Between the initial phone call and my brother picking up my 3 week old, Bugs showed. The customer service is awful. It definitely feels a lot like a business that takes advantage of other’s misfortune. My car was stolen and when they towed it, they were going to charge $340 for just the towing. It was a 3 mile tow. Unreal. The only reason we didn’t pay was because an officer stepped in and took care of everything for us. Not only was the person I worked with rude to me, he was rude to the officer as well. Definitely doesn’t feel like an above board business.

My car broke down 45 miles from nowhere. The response time they had was incredible. 1.5 hrs whoa! The other companies I called told me it was going to be at least 3, possibly as much as 6hrs before they could serve someone out. The driver was courteous, he even gave me a ride back to town. Bugs Towing is amazing! They helped me to recover a vehicle that had been stolen back when I lived in Colorado. I have been going through the legals channels to recover it for the past few months. I had the driver Scott. He was professional, punctual, and a problem solver. Scott and I had to meet with the police at the property. They gave him the run down of the situation. I personally was not allowed on the property and so my vehicle recovery was all in Scotts hands. I heard that he had to move a van that was blocking my vehicle, as he was doing so his wench cable snapped so he had to get creative. Scott managed to get my Jeep out and off the property when other tow truck drivers probably would have stopped when that cable broke. He also did all this in a safe and timely manner. Scott was a ray of sunshine on a pretty tiresome day. He got the job done and helped to alleviate some of my stress. To top it off, it was very affordable! I definitely recommend Scott and Bugs Towing for any of your towing needs.
