Brian was professional and courteous. He arrived just a little before we got to my broke down vehicle. He called a patiently waited for us to arrive with the key. He was super cool offered to drop off at my mechanics shop and lock it up/fill out envelope for key drop for me, so I didnt have to follow him up there. Also, gave me a call when job was completed. Great service, two thumbs up for, Brian !!!!

On 3-10-21 at 4pm I called this towing service to get my truck and trailer unstuck in Black Forest, Colorado. They told me they would be there in 45 minutes. They did not arrive till 6pm. When the gentleman arrived, he accessed the situation and pulled the trailer out of the ditch. Took him about 45 minutes. Around 7pm he gets a call from someone telling him that his son got in an accident. He said he had to leave. He was gone within 2 minutes.I was still stuck with my truck. I stayed there 2 hours by myself digging myself out of the soft dirt. The neighbors could all attest to this cause they all offered to help me out. I had to use the neighbors shovel. This company still charged me 1100 dollars and didnt even finish the job or send any back up. I understand the gentleman had to leave on an emergency but they could have sent a back up to replace him. This tow service is very unreliable and all they care about is their bottom line. They didnt finish the job and still charged me like they did TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Im very disappointed that this service is only interested in gouging people of their hard earned money. They have no clue what customer service is. BEWARE EVERYONE!!! THIS TOW SERVICE IS OUT TO GOUGE YOU AND ARE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.. I GAVE THIS SERVICE A ONE STAR CAUSE THATS THE LOWEST I COULD GIVE. Not happy, I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of and when you call to speak to a manager you get told they dont have one on site and you hear a crying baby in the background. I dont recommend them.

Worst towing company in town. Filthy and unprofessional. Not to mention they will steal items from your car. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Avoid them at all costs.

One of their drivers push me off the road to get in turning Lane and almost caused an accident with two other cars as well I called their dispatch and didnt get much of a response besides will look into it. These drivers think they own the road because they have a big truck

In trying to tow a car, damage was done to our front yard. We were told the company has loss or a lapse in insurance coverage. After several weeks of trying to get a response on fixing the issue, we received a poor take it or leave it resolution proposal. When we stated we wanted a professional landscaping company to do an assessment and replace the damaged plant - we were hung up on and havent heard from them since. Really poor customer service.

Kevin was very pleasant and accommodating. Service was fast and he took good care of my chevy. Would recommend in the future.

Had to use them 2 days in a tow to tow my diesel. Very fast. I believe the guys name was Tony that helped.

Best place to go to to get your car towed

Schedule a day to move a Rv, day of move say they never scheduled that day. I guess there loss of $250 for 10 miles. I got it moved for $20 found an angel that day because you failed me. I will never refer you to no one ever.

I called AT&T Roadside help after I hit a curb and messed up my front passenger tire and they sent out Pinky’s Towing. Shawn and Mac were quick to respond. I received update texts through the roadside service but was also called by Shawn to let me know when they’d be there. They were quick to arrive and load the car and very polite.

I needed my car towed from one shop to another back in January while I was at work. Unfortunately while unloading my car they broke part of my bumper and because they failed to take pictures or have any record of damages on the vehicle they are denying all damages they caused to my car.

The tow was 85 bucks to drive it less than 3 miles for a 91 chevy van. I get it,it was considered a heavy high profile vehicle but 85 was rediculous. I gave the driver specific instructions to place my vehicle at the curb behind my other car and the driver placed my vehicle approximately 3 feet from the curb and left it. I told the driver that my street is used as a short cut and alot of traffic comes up and down my street.Fortunately nobody hit my van. He didnt follow directions at all and couldve placed my vehicle with more consideration for the neighborhood traffic. I was a driver for several prominent tow and repossession businesses in Colorado and so I know from personal experience what it takes to place a vehicle correctly. Basic common sense and laziness isnt what I would call great service. I gave one star only for his very basic knowledge of securing my vehicle to the bed. (It was by what I assume a D.O.T. is a 5 points of securement) and another 2 stars for transporting without damage.
