The driver of this vehicle tailgated me until we reached that right to take Milton Proby. Then proceed to get from behind me, jump in front of me and tailgate other vehicles. This man even went as far as running through red lights. What I find really crazy is when people drive like this and you BOTH wind up in the same location around the same time. He was headed to the airport and so was I. Then had the audacity to want to look crazy when I drove pass him as if I were the one driving erratically. We are very much aware of how severe car accidents are in Colorado. Theyre often 2 factors, a distracted driver and speeding. As a taxi driver youd think these drivers would obey the rules of the road and ensure the safety of themselves and others around them. Not endanger them because theyre trying to make it to the airport on time. No wonder this company has such low ratings. Please be careful out there!

The driver that picked us up was on time and we were grateful because we had a flight to catch. My cell phone fell out of my pocket in the car. He returned promptly. Again, we were grateful because the phone system is automated and we were not sure how we would have been able to contact him otherwise. The automated phone system is the reason I did not give 5 stars. I would prefer to speak to a person.When we returned, just as the gentleman that dropped us off said, there was a driver waiting. He greeted us, promptly loaded our luggage and took us home. Once again, we were grateful because we were tired.Both drivers were courteous, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend to family and friends.
A week ago I booked a service for a 5:30am pickup to take me to the Colorado Springs airport. I called a day before to reconfirm my pickup. No car this morning. I called them and asked about my ride and was told “dispatch “ was looking for a driver and they would call back. No call. 10 minutes later I called again and was told “dispatch “ was still looking for a driver. I took my car to the airport, parking at $7 per day, 30 days = $210. On my way to the airport, 40 minutes later I got a call to tell me dispatch was looking for a driver. If you need a reliable ride heed this warning: DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH Z-TRIP. NEVER!
They are phantoms. I dont believe the cabs even exist. 1 pm on a weekday and they havent had any drivers available in 2 hours. I would have a better chance sticking my thumb out on the road. The few good reviews they have are probably blowing the owner.
I witnessed a driver for this company tailgate, pass in a no passing zone and even over a median, speeding, weaving through traffic. This was observed on Hwy 85/87 in Fountain CO around 6p.m. on Oct. 2nd 2021. I cant believe this company transports customers! Do they even have drivers licenses?Ztrips drivers are trash. Please close down and stay off public roads!
This company is the worst ever. They took a reservation from us the day before for a 5am pickup to get to the airport. When I called at 4:50am the morning of I was informed that a driver was 5 miles away. At 5am I called and was informed that a driver was 3 miles away. When I called back at 5:10am I was informed that they did not have any drivers available and was working to get us a vehicle. Mind you our flight was scheduled for a 6:15am departure. We in-turn had to pay a person that was staying at the hotel some cash to take us to the airport. I will be contacting the better business bureau on this company. This company does not care that they leave you in a bind and that you could possibly miss your flight. I will not recommend this company at all.
These people kept my disabled spouse waiting for more than an hour and half with no ride. We called for a ride because he was feeling like he was going to have a seizure and needed to get home as quickly as possible. But no Z trip kept him waiting and waiting. I feel you discriminate against your medicaid riders or allow your drivers too. I mean who is the employer? You can loose medicaid riders because they do have a choice out here. I guess tourists are your preference!!!

I dont know what happened to Z-Trip but they have definitely gone downhill I only use them as the last resort and I mean like a snowballs chance in hell Resort. Terrible service. And I feel sorry for their drivers.
Every time I have called for a cab ride in the last 5 months no one was working. I could not get a much needed ride. Its not just zTrip. Every 2 it of 3 times I checked Uber and Lyft for a ride I could not find a ride either. Its pretty sad that people dont want to go to work to earn a living this way.
Got a call to wait outside for the cab and hours went by before an Uber came to my rescue. Normally have pleasant experiences with this company and I like its one of few who still take cash but I may start using other companies.
As Im writing this post, it has now been over an hour and a half, still waiting on a cab... on a Thursday night....a weekday... normal work week... not a holiday week... called, and they said, still waiting on a cab.... on a Thursday.... normal week.... at 7pm...
Wow! My experience has been wonderful on every trip. At times there are long waiting times even with a scheduled trip.
I got very lucky when I was able to get a free cab. There is no Uber or Lyft at the Colorado Springs airport. Randy was a great driver and got me out of that chaos pretty fast.
Excellent service...competent and friendly driver...answered call within 5 minutes...very adequate car...what more can you ask...was the last one I called because of low rating comments....I give them a 5/5
Made an appointment 24 hours in advance for a ride to a medical facility. I knew that I would not be permitted to drive myself home, so I arranged for a ride back. I allowed thirty minutes for the driver to be late, and when he did not show, I drove myself to the appointment and left my car there after surgery. On the next day, with no particular urgency, I called for a ride back to the surgery center to pick up my car. After thirty minutes, I received a recorded message that they were looking for the next available driver, and asked if I wanted to wait or cancel the appointment. I waited. Fifteen minutes later, same message; again, I waited. Still no show. I cancelled the ride, and called Lyft. The driver arrived in thirty minutes, and the cost was lower than a taxi would have been. I had used zTrip and its predecessor Yellow Cab previously with no problems, but this experience has ensured that they will never hear from me again.
Scheduled at 7 AM to be picked up at 6:30 PM. No one showed up. Called back and the automated service said they were searching for a driver. I cancelled my appointment and scheduled a Lyft instead.
Yesterday I called them to transport my bicycle in a van several miles and I waited 3 hours and when I called back they said they had no record that I booked a trip with them. I rescheduled for them to pick me up today at 10 and it was all set and they’re not here yet and it’s 10:35.
This zTrip is dieing business in co springs. Now its vary rare to get ride any wear even with ordering in advance. There been couple times wear i waited for 5 to 6 hours to find a ride. No luck. If you need handicap ride good luck in finding one those are even harder to get. Im sorry but this company really went down hill. Needs to be fix.
One typically thinks of an “A” rated business as top-of-the-line. Therefore, imagine what a company called “Z” trip delivers in the way of service and quality. Sadly, ironically, this is completely accurate.From the outside they appear to be slick and competent. But apparently people who live and work in Colorado Springs all know that they are universally unreliable. I booked two separate rides, both of which were confirmed, and neither showed up. when I inquired at my hotel, I was informed, “oh we have a contract with them. They never show up.“There is no live representative option on either their phone or website. As far as I can tell, this is a rideshare app operated by 11-year-olds.Unless you are looking for a situation in which you need to elevate your blood pressure immediately and dramatically, I would steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a taxi service.
Would be a great company if you were able to get a cab on occasion. . Ridiculous how many times Ive waited hours for a taxi to just end up cancelling and walking.

Made an appointment for a ride to the airport the next morning. Got a call confirming my reservation. Next day, no car arrives. Called them, said theyre working on it. Call back 10 minutes later, still no car on its way. Now Im paying daily parking rates at the airport because ztrip isnt a professional company. Whats the point of reserving in advance if theres NO guarantee of service? Dont waste your time with ztrip.
DO NOT USE unless you want to miss your flight. This company is not reliable to be on time or find you a driver even after making a reservation way before the pick up time. This company should not be trusted unless you do not have a particular time to be at a destination.
This company hires dangerous and aggressive drivers. One tried to deliberately run me over on my bike after i waved at him when he almost backed over me. I cant imagine the lack of control and regulations of who they hire more can i imagine riding with one of these people
I have called 3 seperate times on three seperate occasions both day-and-night in different months weekends and weekdaysand not one time have I even got a driver to pick me up . This is the worst taxi service i have ever experienced! They need to be reported and put out of business, this is Disgusting!

Couldnt get a ride at 10pm in the evening with little response time. Called and talked to someone and the automated system had the address wrong which was nice of the male on the phone to fix. Just not a lot of drivers in this area at this late hour. :/

I booked an early morning trip to a local hospital where I was having a same-day surgical procedure performed. The trip was scheduled for a Monday, and I booked on Friday. Z-Trip even called me (automated service) to confirm the ride on Sunday evening. They did not show up. When I called to inquire, they said that they were looking for a car that would be available, but hadnt been able to find one. At this point, it was 25 minutes before I was suppose to be at the hospital - so I had no choice but to drive, which was a problem as I was restricted from driving home.I was very disappointed with ZTrip. Do they not realize that people make reservations that are time critical? One would think that a destination of a hospital or an airport may cue them into time sensitivity of the service. If they had reached out to me to let me know they couldnt find a car, I would have been more understanding. But they did not. I do not plan to use them again, and encourage others to find alternatives if the trip is important/time critical.
No drivers available after midnite. Thank goodness I wasnt impaired and my friend loaned me his car. Last year same thing happened to a friend after 9pm.
This is the worst cab company Ive ever come across. 5 times now the cab never showed. I dont even think they deserve the 1 star I had to give them . F$&# you Z trip....
Scheduled a pickup a few days in advance and no one showed up. When I called zTrip to find out what was going on, they said they were still trying to locate a driver which was 10 minutes after the scheduled time of pickup. This was after their reminder phone call the night before. Got a Lyft and thankfully made our flight in time.
Used this company twice. Both times through the app and both times in order to catch a flight. Each time I received a call stating my ride was confirmed, the first time they were late by 15 minutes. If I wanted to leave at a time for 15 minutes later that is the I would have reserved.The second time 5 minutes until my car was supposed to arrive I still hadnt received driver and car information. So I called the local office and was told they were still working on my ride. No, I received a call stating the ride was confirmed therefore there should be nothing further to work. They said I can call you back in 20 minutes or so with an update...which means even if they secured a car 20 minutes later it would be 30 minutes to an hour before it arrived to my house effectively causing me to miss my flight....no thanks. I ended driving my truck and using short term parking.Do NOT use this company if whatever you are doing is time sensitive. In an environment where people complain about Uber being the death of the traditional taxi operator...you would think customer service and care would he more prevalent. Use at your own risk.
After my flight was delayed, I arrived to Colorado Springs around 11pm. This was the only taxi service running. Not even uber or was Lyft was available. Forever grateful for them
The driver was really nice, but they double charged me for the ride and I can’t get hold of anyone to get a refund :( just gonna Uber next time.
I ask drivers for their business cards, so if i need a ride i will call them in advance. I called one driver at 8am for a 12p ride, then ask if would be available at 5p, said yes. Driver didn’t respond right away, but gave benefit of doubt. Finally received text at 1030a. I got to where I was going at 12p. Now the 5p ride was wasted time. I texted to make sure the time was still a go, I waited til 615p, I didn’t receive a call or text from this driver. So I decided to take bus.Going forward, i will always take the bus. Yes i want to get to where I’m going bit quicker, but ZTrip made that impossible. If drivers don’t want small fares, I get it. But that also means you drivers lose because I always give a tip more than 20%.ByeBye, apparently you don’t need this customer
After calling and talking to the automated robot (to have a driver pick me up), the automated robot called twice more asking me if I wanted to wait for the Ztrip driver. After the 3rd call from the automated robot asking if I still wanted to wait for the ride (no ETA or message about how long the wait was), I downloaded the uber app. By the time the automated robot called a 4th time, I had already entered my card info into the uber app and booked a ride (uber driver arrived in under 12 minutes). I cancelled the ztrip on the 5th call from the automated robot. I should have just used uber in the first place.....
Don’t expect fast service, but they’ll do the job. Just plan at least an hour and a half ahead if you’re trip is time sensitive.
I work with clients that are in need of transportation and our company has an account with Ztrip. The worst customer service I have ever received. Every time, and I mean EVERYTIME I call the person I have to speak to is absolutely rude and unprofessional. They sound like they are disgusted to have to schedule a ride. To top this all off, they DO NOT pick up my clients. I would say in the past four months I have had complaints from clients that they have been stranded. We didnt believe them at first because they had always worked but one day we tested it and sure enough, no one showed up. I am not entirely sure how this company is legally allowed to operate and we will be changing to a new service in the near future.

Ztrip lost our ride, after we confirmed several times. After 2 hours of waiting, they lost our ride and said it might be 45 minutes until they can find us a driver, but wouldnt know how long he might take at that point. Our original pickup was for 8:15 pm, and the distance was under 2 miles. We canceled and ordered a competitor, who arrived in 15 minutes.Following day we tried them again, confirmed MULTIPLE times, but when they failed to arrive, we called to find they lost reservation AGAIN. We canceled immediately, called the same competitor, and was picked up in under 15 minutes.The competitors driver said its very common if your travel distance is short.
Driver was a 5 Ztrip a 1 so a 3 is generous. Late and long wait for a ride that I had an appointment for.I called and they had an hour b4 it had to get all stressful. 1 1/4 mile ride, so it was short and i gave dude a 10. Next time I will just walk to save the stress

Used the app to schedule a car ride for an appointment. Reservation was accepted, and I still had to scramble to find a ride because the driver didnt start driving towards me until a half hour after my ride was scheduled. If youve got time to sit around and wait for these guys, try their service. Otherwise, just use Lyft or Uber.
If I could rate Ztrip a ZERO, I would. By far the worst customer service ever, with a big part of it having ONLY a cheap automated system. I tried to book a taxi for a flight out this morning, yesterday, and during the “reservation” process with their automated system never did it once ask where I was going, my number, my last name, etc. Waited for a taxi this morning and they never came!! I got a call from them (automated system again) just before my flight saying they were in the process of finding a ride. Are you kidding me???? By that time I would have been late for my flight. Luckily I had a family member I called at 5:45am to take me to the airport. DO NOT USE Ztrip of Colorado Springs unless you want subpar customer service and NOONE to actually pick you up. Ridiculous!!!

This taxi dervice was really good when I first started using them, but the last 5 times Ive tried to use them, Ive waited over an hour, only to call back, and find out theyd not even found me a driver yet. You could wait a very long time, for anyone to even be found by them to begin to head your way. Its not worth the anxiety and headache
They come in handy when Uber & Lyft drivers dont want to work. About the same price, cool drivers.. check them out for a ride..
They need to be more upfront with their prices. Some of the drivers are excellent and others have an attitude.

After all day flight delays, I got into COS at almost midnight. I tried to book an Uber or Lyft, but neither had cars available. zTrip was the only taxi service I could get a response from, along with about 20 other people. Yes, it took us all awhile to get rides, but the cars kept coming. After getting in a van with 5 other passengers, our driver worked out an itinerary and got us all to our destinations. He was friendly, courteous and professional, even at 2:00am. Thank youfor making me feel safe, in an unsafe situation.

This is the second time Ive attempted to use this taxi service within a year, and both times Ive been disappointed.They take way too long, almost an hour or they dont show up at all. Am sticking with Uber, they are fast and reliable.
I work here. Its a trap. You get stuck with having a daily rate and cant take time to find another job. The company will try to steal money from you and other drivers will definitely steal your rides and any money they can. The people are underhanded and not trust worthy. Their dispatch is unable to function properly.Stay away from this service both as a customer and a driver.
Their cab driver was picking up a child from my Sons elementary school and she was parked illegally blocking Me my wife and Son when we asked her to move she proceeded to ignore us until my wife started recording on her phone then she moved from the four way stop she was illegally parked at and got out of the car in front of the elementary school and started trying to fight my wife before we pulled away!
I called a cab around 9 to take me on base. They said they would have the taxi ready in 15 minutes. For 2 hours I kept calling and they said they didn’t have anyone available. The lady was being rude because I was stranded and kept asking if someone was coming. I called an Uber finally and they got me where I needed to be. I still haven’t got a call back from them. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
There were no cabs available at all. Customer service was sweet, but hard to understand. Waited 2 and a half hours for a cab. Decided to give up and try Uber.

When they didnt show up, I called and they said they were still searching for a driver, couldnt confirm if they would ever get a driver, and were of absolutely no use. Never a bad ride - However recently its been taking forever to book a ride.
The cab driver arrived on time. They also stopped the meter running when they overshot my destination. However, I did not appreciate that I had to remind them to wear a mask. Also, when they wore the mask it did not cover their nose.
Ztrip is not reliable and will keep you waiting for hours the worst company ever.
Its like having family come pick you up very professional and friendly. I enjoy how comfortable I am riding with them.

The cars are clean and comfortable, they are convenient, and on time however there computer system for ordering the ride sucks Uber offer the same with a much lower price..

I also wish this business would do us all a favor and close up shop.My time in COS was hectic as every single car rental company ran out of cars. So in my desperation, I scheduled rides with this company.Not once but twice, this company left me stranded. I scheduled a pickup when there were no ubers available but they never came.I scheduled a drop-off to the airport and they never even bothered to call. Total bull.Thank God for BCS Reservations; they were on time and courteous.

Took awhile for them to arrive and to get a second ride it was awful I waited one and a half hours and no ztrip so I had to ride city bus; was happy to get warm with metro busses. So I give 2 stars. But 5 to the hottie that drove me to my destination. 😁🥰
Ordered a ride round trip the 1st driver was 30 minutes late, missed our reservation for dinner, the return driver never showed up, called for 2 hours they were working on it. Nobody ever showed, had to get a hotel for the night with no way home. Disgusting display of horrible customer service.

Some of the drivers are really great but then you get some that are gross and just plain rude.
