Business failed to fulfill service contract.Specifically, sifting/cleaning cat litter on a daily basis and topping off the fish pond. When we returned it was obvious that neither the litter nor the fish pond were attended to per our agreement. In addition the pet service employee was to spend 30 minutes twice daily to attend to these task but was observed spending as little as 5 minutes per visit. Lastly, given the poor service we requested our property keys be returned.Two weeks later after multiple phone calls and text requests--to the business owner--one of the two keys were returned. The second key was finally returned after another follow-up with the business owner. In summation, the trust I placed in this business to care for my pets was violated--which is unfortunate given the owner seemed sincere; however, actions are more telling than words. That said I cannot in good conscience recommend this business.

I just wanted to express my complete disappointment with this pet sitting services of my 3 cats this past weekend. We had to leave to MA for a funeral on short notice for 4 days. We came home to the litter robot being completely over flowed both in the container and the litter to the point where the cats could no longer use it. This should have been checked the 2 days in the middle of our trip that we asked them to come out and should have been taken out. By having a litter robot it doesn’t even require scooping so I was so upset to see that the collection container below had never been taken out. Because it wasn’t taken care of, the cats dug out some soil from a plant in the dining room and pee’d on the floor. This is a brand new house and we already have cat urine on the brand new floor that appears to have been sitting for days.The only thing the owner did was come by and give the cats a can of wet food and left.I am just so disappointed that our cats were left neglected.

We are very fortunate to have found this company. We have used lucky pet for two vacations now and both times we ran into a situation and had to extend our stay and our service. Gary was extremely responsive and made sure our pup was taken care of. Both Jessica and Gary took care of our dog while we were away and it was a relief to be able to see pictures and updates.Our dog is a rescue and she would not do well at a kennel so having the comfort of knowing we could leave her at home in her surroundings and visits through out the day makes the service more than worth it!

Have used Lucky Pet three times and very consistent outstanding serviceknowing my little furry kids are OK with water and food and being checked on! Makes a trip so much better, not having worry about our fur covered kids.

Amazing people. They really go out of their way to take care of your pets and do everything. They are a cheap way to ensure your pets are taken care of.

I worked with them all summer. i am only 12 and needed to get out of the house for a feu hours, i would call gary and he would come and get me i would help him from 7am to 11pm. all of the phone calls are sent directly to the owner. Kaye and Gary are such amazing people. 10/10 best work quality. i would 100% recommend them

I am so, so grateful to have found Lucky Pet at Home! When I was in a bind, the owners really helped me out. They were so accommodating, and have been nothing but amazing every since. The care my pets receive from Brittney (and Gary too!) is beyond exceptional, and I feel as comfortable and safe with them in my home with my fur babies as I would with my own family. The online system is so convenient too. I cant say enough good about these wonderful people and their services, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Kari is the best dog sitter in the whole world. We just moved away but she went above and beyond everyday. Highly recommend her. We miss you Kari!

Avoid using this service. If that means you have to kennel your pets, do it.On the third day of our trip, we learned that our dog had been released into the front yard to play with the sitters son. This is problematic on several levels. We had told the sitters to *not* let the dog out of the house and dog pen; its a pit bull mix and if shed gotten loose, she could well have been shot. But THE SITTER HAD HER SON HERE, her TODDLER, without our knowledge, let alone our permission. This is egregiously unprofessional; if you have a toddler with you, you are *not* attending to the pets; youre attending to your toddler. No permission had been requested and if it had, we would have definitely said no. Our home is NOT child-friendly, let alone child-proof; we do not have children and we gave no assent to have a sticky-fingered toddler in our home. When we called to express our shock and concern, we learned that the toddler had stayed overnight, too.We immediately contacted the owner to express our deep displeasure, and he ARGUED that the sitter was supposed to ask permission, meaning that he KNEW she took her toddler with her for overnight stays at strangers homes (!).You NEVER take a child into someones home without permission, but also this is a HUGE liability to us. Had something happened to that child, we could have been sued and if our dog had been involved, she would have been put down. We insisted that that sitter be removed IMMEDIATELY--and no, she could NOT come back if she agreed to not bring her toddler.When we returned, we found the front door unsecured. It had been LEFT UNLOCKED for over a week. Further, someone had been upstairs and had left the master bedroom door ajar AGAINST MY EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS because we have two cats who pee on the bed, so we found cat pee on the bed, too.We were billed $60 a night. There was no offer to compensate us for damage to our home, failure to provide services as agreed, or loss of our peace of mind.

Very great people and the owners are amazing!
