Very unprofessional. Left a massage on there phone on Friday for a Monday ride for my mother in law, the Sunday dispatcher was rude had no idea where the message was. How can you run a business like that!

The driver stole the wheel chair that was paid for from my moms Medicare insurance. The owner and employee of the group home did not care to be envolved.

I dont know how this company decides who to hire, but they dont hire professional drivers.

Warning to anyone who deals with this company whether youre a vendor or a client.This company is owned by an organization listed as Aime Management LLCthis organization has not only stiffed several small businesses in the community by not paying for services rendered but they continue to pillage and steel and miss communicate to not only the vendors but the clients they serve. it is a stifling shame of how this organization operates and I recommend that we bring individuals like Christel Aime to justice and held accountable for the selfish decisions of which they display consistently time and time again. this organization as well as all others that they operate are nothing short of a burden on our great community and should be immediately removed from this great state of Colorado.

Ive been waiting to hear back from someone about non Medical Transport since March 2017. Its almost January 2018. However, they do a great job of getting me to my appointments weekly and the drivers are always really friendly. I dont like that I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a driver to come get me after my appointment time is over. I feel that reminder calls or emails should be issued out, and I also feel that a driver should automatically come to pick me up when my appointment is over so that I dont have to interrupt my appointment to call. They are always late picking me up after my appointments, way past the 30 to 45 minute window.

My father was left at the wrong apartment complex outside in 20 degree weather; for over an hour. When I called to discuss the issue I was made to feel as if his being dropped at the wrong address was my fault. Poor customer care.

Greatest Transportation Ive ever had for people who are on Colorado Medicaid. They definitely make it to and from your appointment with manageable transportation instead of having to have to walk or take other means of transportation to and from your appointments. Im talking doctor or medical appointments only.

Coach Transportation sells bad vans and the owner of Coach Transportation knows his vehicles be bad when he sales them. I purchased a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan - Sport from Coach Transportation (Christel Aime) and come to find out, I spoke to the dealership and they reported the following things on the van needing repair: the oil pan gasket, the transmission pan gasket, and the valve cover gasket, both the tire rods and the right front control arms all need attention. There’s also a coolant line that needs repair.DO NOT purchase any vehicles from Christel Aime / Coach Transportation. Hes says hes a Christian, but Christians doesnt do other people wrong.

This company has repeatedly left patients in our waiting room for 1-2 or more than 2 hours at a time after their scheduled appointment time. Patients have called 3-5 times and usually get Itll be only 10 more minutes. We have many patients that rely on transportation to get them to/from appointments. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Their CS is great. However their reliability seriously takes this review from a 5 star to a 2, they are often late.

At first the process of being picked up on time was a little bit of a pain because of my important medical issues werent being addressed properly and made it difficult for us to get on the same page but after we were able to get on the same page and changing pick up times it has gotten much smoother of a process confirming pick up and drop off.Also all the drivers have been nothing but nice and easy to talk to and very helpful. So all in all I would rate Coah started out a 0 but now a 10.

On time most of the time. Very usefull company for getting to your appointments. Drivers are respectful.

Dont be Fooled by this Lame company. The van are Ragedy. No Breaks No lights Not Registered. The office staff is Garbage. The new chick Really Garbage couldnt dispatch nothing out of a paper bag. The drivers get minimum wage. No ac no oxegyn for passengers. Ive already Reported this company to osha cdot and any other agency I can think of.

This company is awful they are extremely rude. I wish there was a negative rating. They dont strap in the clients correctly and leave them waiting for hours to be picked back up. They say one thing then when it comes to it to making an appointment way in advanced they say that they never said that. I am a home care nurse, and they claim to help people but they treat the elderly and disabled like lesser of people. Doreen is the rudes most unprofessional person i have even delt with.

Cant speak for their services, but one of the drivers (in a company van with passengers) just almost rear ended me, while screaming and peepping their horn. Road rage happens, especially in this town, but I wouldnt trust someone I love in the van with whoever was driving, especially with their driving skills and temper!

I have called twice to schedule, once was 2 weeks before the appointment was told to call back in about a week and called again and they were booked. Completely upset!

Great service wonderful drivers

Most of these negative reviews come from negative people that have bad attitudes and dont know how to treat people with common decency or they are a disgruntled employee that quit their job and then blame it on coach that they cant receive unemployment and cant figure out why they will never make more than a few cents over minimum wage their entire life.
