Despite getting our tax documents to Norman Taylors company incredibly late in tax season, and us having a ton of questions since we just moved to the state, our taxes were done and filed before todays tax deadline. We fully knew we would be filing an extension, so no added pressure to get them done from us, but they finished our taxes in record time.Thank you to Norman and his entire team for taking extra time to educate us on things we didnt know about state taxes (we have never lived in a state that had state taxes) even during the busiest time of the year. We appreciate your help!

I could go on for pages about Norm and staff and their amazing service, but Ill try to make it short and to the point. The staff is amazing! They answer any question and are able to explain things different ways so that I am able to understand it. Norm is an amazing man. He has an ability to put you immediately at easy, even when taxes and tax time stressed me out. He was able to provide services and understanding, that helped me get through a death in the family a lot easier. If you have any doubt about your tax professional, I would HIGHLY encourage you to visit Norm!

This place is HORRIBLE!! When they did my taxes last year, Norm moved $30,000 of business expenses over to my personal income WITHOUT CONSULTING ME, because they deemed that it was not a normal expense for my business even though I had to sign a waiver stating that they did not review my business expenses and were only filing according to the information I had given them. I contacted both Norm and his wife Mary and they maintain that they did nothing wrong. Not even an apology! If you are trying to find somebody that will minimize your tax burden, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I decided to use this CPA after being referred by Dave Ramseys ELP (Endorsed Local Provider) program, and am incredibly disappointed in the service.I contacted them on March 3rd, and did not get a response until March 7 to do my small business taxes. We met with them and was told to just drop off the paperwork and that she would handle the rest. It took the CPA until March 24 to complete the form 1065 and two Schedule K-1s. I sent regular emails asking for an update, and was rarely replied to (11 emails from her or the office, 20 from me).When we finally picked up the forms, we realized they were wrong. My name was wrong on the form, and some numbers were off. This came about because the questions we were asking during the first meeting were dismissed. I thought a Dave Ramsey ELP was supposed to have the heart of a teacher, not ignore us? Anyway, I was told to expect the updated forms in 2 days...Over the past several weeks I have made multiple calls to the office. Each time either the CPA we were working with was out of the office or I was told she was busy and would return my call. Multiple times a day, many times a week. Here it is, April 15, and I have not heard a word from either the CPA or even the secretary. I have been so worried that the taxes would not be done on time that I have spent many evenings trying to figure out how to properly fill out a 1065 and the K1 forms.I dont mind the fact that its taken forever to do the relatively simple forms. What bugs me is the complete lack of contact, either by phone or email. The stress caused by all of this, lack of communication, thought that we will be late on taxes, and the stress of me trying to figure out these taxes on my own despite paying a professional has been incredibly high. Not worth it.So I called today (April 15) and let them know that we would not be using their services. I found a different accountant that got the job done in 2 hours over her lunch break and had the heart of a teacher, making sure I understood everything on the form.Dont waste your time with Norman Taylors office.

Excellent staff and excellent service! Ive been with them for years, and Im thrilled with what they do for my small business.

I find this organization to be extremely unethical. Go elsewhere and save yourself lots of money and headaches.After Mr Taylors response of not being aware, I will also add dishonest to my review.
