Horrible company!! Never will do business with them ever again. They are pitiful if you are considering them RUN!! They are liars!!!! Car stayed breaking down!
They WILL lie to you!!!!! I had a verbal agreement with Tim that he broke, an because he didnt stand by his word he practically robbed my kids of Christmas. My wife an I was gonna buy a second car with our tax check until we seen RTOS true colors...Dont buy from them an DONT TRUST TIM
Elvis leasing is the best company when you pay on time but don’t miss a payment are they will become your worst enemy I lost my job and they would not even let me make it up they wanted two car payment plus a late charge and I had just started a new job and only got paid a llittle so I had to voluntarily give it up and even when they told me they would call when they come they don’t so when I call to see can I get the plate off the car I was told I had to still pay the two car payment and they said the car was in poor condition so I will recommend Elvis leasing to people that don’t fall on bad time and people who like to be lied to I hope this is helpful to someone
Bought a car on Friday. Was in shop Monday for bad brakes. Got car back Tuesday, back in shop on Thursday for same thing. This went on for a month. Took to another shop that was on their payroll and said car wasnt safe to drive was half fixed to get by and would be $1500 to get fixed. Called them said would pay that. If wanted fixed take it to their shop
I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANY VEHICLES FROM ELVIS LEASING
Never lease from these people!!!! Liars and scammers. Will tell you everything you want to hear until you miss a payment or need repairs.
Put a $800 down payment on a 2011 Nissan Altima 2.5s. When I first got the car, they had all the lights on the dash lit up literally like a Christmas tree. Contacted Elvis about repairs since I had a 30 day warranty . Almost 30 days to the end of my warranty, and endless calls/texts, trips to different mechanics, showing up at the location I purchased car from, showed him proof of vehicle transmission damage paperwork, only to be told to GET OFF PROPERTY,; I finally was able to get someone to pick up my car and supposedly change transmission. The mechanic wanted to fix car correctly but as he started he had to fix it how Elvis leasing told him to and was sure same problem would occur. He even offered another car to me but Elvis leasing declined it. After returning of my car, I noticed the transmission was possibly not changed. It drove different and had acceleration now, but few things I noticed was different and kept proof of them. Pretty sure all they did was reset on car by unplugging battery for a while. He preformed same thing multiple times on car and had same results. Another mechanic told me there was a trick to resetting transmission computer without actually changing it out. But eventually youd end up with same problem. Same incident happened here. 2 months go by of dealing with VERY poor acceleration, having to only drive in town locally to be safer on kids, slightsclicking soundson acceleration, right side of the car dragging sound by wheel, very jerky feeling while accelerating/braking, AND risking something ELSE happening to the car, and its just getting worse by the day. 3 weeks or so ago Ive contacted the mechanic who fixed my car, on a weekend because I was just so fed up. He asked if I spoke to Mr. Tim at Elvis leasing .I said no I did not because I didnt want to go round and round with him, and listen to excuses on the subject, when in reality he is STATES away from me and cant physically be there with the car to determine the problem (not that hes even worried, since hes being paid!!) . So the mechanic (Kevin) told me hed call me back that Monday and hed give me info on a new mechanic place working for them closer by(since his location was 3 hrs away from me). Waited til Monday. No call/text. Figured I wont keep calling/texting since he knows the problem, and stated hes contact me. Waited til Wednesday, no call or text. Since then Ive contacted him numerous times through text/call. No contact back .Ive called Elvis leasing to get a payoff of my vehicle to just pay it off and either get rid of it or try and fix it somehow if someone could work with me. I was told at time of signing papers that AT THAT TIME if I was to buy my car off, it wouldnt be $100 over $3000. So thats what caught my attention to purchase because Id be able to pay off easy for income tax. 3 months later of payments and I call to get payoff amount, and Im told that its $4800!!! The car is only worth $3000 in good shape !!! This car is far from good shape!!! Multiple mechanics states this was a project car because of so many bolts missing under hood, things rigged up & no constant maintenance done on car! To be paying $4800 then on top of having to figure out WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS THING is ridiculous !!! Last year I lost $6800 cash on a trailblazer and drove it for a month then transmission went out, so I refuse to be SCAMMED with this car!!! While I was on phone with mr Tim at Elvis leasing, he stated I should contact Kevin again. I told him if he feels like I should keep calling then I will call everyday until I get a return call. He never once stated that hed contact HIS mechanic to address my issue. But he did however say that Kevin is dealing with family problems, but didnt show any sign of sorry when i told him my father is pretty much on his dead bed in Louisiana with stage 4 liver cancer and now colon! I have all my papers/texts/phone calls for lawsuit to get my money back!! At this point Im so fed up and Ill be looking for legal advice if no response!!
Thieves!!!!! Karma will come around and get Tim if it hasnt already!!
