Long story short, I wont be using their service again. Walked in and stood in front of the lady at the front desk and had to wait for her to finish her conversation ( not work related)with her coworker before being so much as looked at. Then was made to feel dumb because I wasnt aware of the specific document she was talking about. Then was laughed at when I asked for more information and was told I dont have time to explain all the ins and outs then was rushed through the signing portion. And acted like I was bothering her when I asked to see the breakdown if what Id be paying.Spend your money someplace else.

Had a disoriented experience with Teresa. She seemed to be figuring out how taxes and filing works. Considering she works part time and had alot of questions. I was lest then enthusiastic about getting my taxes done at this h&R block. Others would be recommended.

Susan got me a bigger return than I had calculated on my own.

I have taken my taxes to the Fillmore branch for two years now and have had a great experience both times. I have complete faith in both Susan and her cohort Sherricca in being friendly, taking the time to understand my specific tax situation, and being thorough in the prep process. I did find tax prep a little expensive but in the end worth the buck to have peace of mind. Btw my wife does call me El Cheapo so there is that also!!!😆😆😆

Sherricca was very informative, helpful and pleasant to be around. Made doing my taxes fun instead of a chore.

The person who isolated me the taxes, I did not seek all the credits, isolating it very quickly and it was through the Via Sensilla and I was charged too much the previous year, I saw it online and it was better for me.
