This company is known as Reliable Sanitation. At least I called the number from Google search listed as GDM Inc, but the invoice said Reliable Sanitation. Im a bit confused by that. Nonetheless, this is an honest, and helpful company.I had some issues with a septic inspector from a different company that tried to charge me for unnecessary fixes. I ended up plugging in some floats that were unplugged to comply with this other inspectors report that was submitted to county. The buyers of my house didnt trust my fix and I didnt trust the first inspector to come out again as he seemed to want to con me for more money. I called GDM / Reliable and they scheduled a next day appointment and only charged $50 for a service call to come see that I had connected my floats properly and that they worked. He wrote a note on my invoice that the floats were working properly and this invoice set my buyers at ease. Thank you Reliable Sanitation for helping me out. Without you I wouldnt have closed on time and I could have lost the house we were purchasing as well.By the way, other companies told me they would not come out to check just that work and that they would require a full inspection ($250-$300). Problem is that I already had a full inspection and my buyers and I only wanted verification that the floats were now functioning properly.
