Called TCS for advice on repairing my leach field. Not only did they respond, they kept my posted when ever there was a delay in them arriving. Once on site they were more than professional, took all the time necessary to answer my questions and help me figure out the best way forward. I was very, impressed with TCS. I intend to use them for anything and everything septic related.

Tac just left my house five minutes ago....what an awesome guy! My septic alarm went off last night and I called him this morning(Sunday) at 7:30. He was at my house before 9. He diagnosed and repaired the issue, fixing problems with the previous install, in three hours. He was fair, honest and did a great job. We had an incredible experience working with TCS. I can’t say enough about how Tac helped us out of a difficult situation. We had our house under contract and had already moved out of state when our septic system failed the flow test while being inspected. We had no chose but to try and find someone local to fix the system before we could close. To make matters worse our home is located in Douglas County and we were dealing with Tri county health department. After talking with everyone we could find in teller and Douglas County we were at a loss. Most said they wouldn’t even take the job or it was out of their work area. The few that did bid they job knock me over with the price. So out of desperation I thought well maybe we could try someone out of El Paso County. I couldn’t believe it the first time I talked with Tac he said sure I will look at your job, send me over what you have for engineering and I will have some numbers by the end of the week. And sure enough he did and the bid was very fair. I though this can’t be true but what choice did we have. So I said you’ve got the job and I have to say I’m so glad I did! Tac was a pleasure to work with. Of course we had a few setbacks as you always will, but Tac always stayed in contact with me and we worked them all out very easily. We did have a few extra charges for unforeseen work, but they were very fair priced. By the way this was all done in the dead of winter when most where enjoying the holidays Tac was on the job making sure we could close by the end of the year. Thank you so very much!! Terry was on time, came and pumped our Septic tank quickly. I knew a second tank had been put in before we bought the house years ago but it had been buried. Terry got a mini-backhoe to come out a few hours later and exposed the buried tank in minutes even though it was 90 feet away and county documents didnt show where. He slapped on some risers and new caps after inspection and was done. All of that work was done eith hours and the price was very reasonable. I would / will recommend TSC.

Tack was very helpful and fast. We had a septic tank and leich field issue that he was able to fix quickly. Upon an inspection he found that our tank was missing a T pipe and fixed it on the spot. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done !!!

Just spent $1,500 with a smile on my face. TCS took care of my septic issue. After a routine inspection, we discovered that my pump was out and that there was a faulty wire to the power supply.They came over the next day (Saturday) and pumped the tanks and then fixed my issue. The issue was so critical that we had stopped using water. Was a good thing too because later that day we got a ton of snow. Tac has come out twice on short notice to get my septic back online after a pump failure. Being an RV park, it was critical to get it up & running asap and TCS did not let us down. We had a warranty issue with the pump he put in and he came out early on a Sunday morning to replace it at no cost.

Called them just to pump out grease and water from crawl space but they offered to find the broken pipe and repair it, though it wasnt going to be quick and easy.Some 8hours later they completed this massive ordeal at a fair price that I know no others could match in price or service!!

Our son and his girlfriend were in town 2 days for his birthday and the septic system backed up. I got ahold of Tac at TCS and explained my situation. He was busy but was able to arrange his schedule to help me out of my canoe without a paddle. This was great as this happened mid-day on a Friday. He was at my house within an hour and we got to work trying to figure out the problem. I hadnt had the system pumped out in way too many years so I knew I at least needed that done. I had already figured out that the clog was somewhere between the clean-out just outside of the house and the inlet to the tank. With the system backed up, we ignored the pump out until we could find out the source of the clog. He worked for 2 hours trying all different things to unclog the pipe between the clean-out and the tank. We finally determined that the pipe had broken in that area and were able to determine the approximate place where the problem was. Within another few hours he had guys digging in that location and found the pipe break and had it fixed that night. You really dont know how bad things are until your septic system backs up into your basement. Tac fixed it all that same day and the price was only a fraction of what others would have charged me. I cant say enough about what a great guy Tac is and how great his service was.

I called TCS Septic Pumping and talked to Tac on Saturday, May 13, around 9 a.m. He came out the same day only a few hours later. He pumped the septic for exactly what he quoted on the phone, nothing extra. When he was here I told him about the problems that I was having with my leach field and he walked around the property with me and told me everything that I could do to fix the problem myself so that I would not have to spend a ton of money. Another company had quoted thousands of dollars without even looking at it. Tac offered to help with his dump truck, make calls for dirt and help me find equipment to use to fix my leach field. He is a stand up guy that runs a hell of an honest business and as long as I live out here in Peyton I will use TCS Septic Pumping and recommend him to anyone that I can. He really saved us big when we needed it.
