Brandon was a great help with our first home-buying experience. We were two time zones and 1,700 miles away but he was always responsive and helpful. He was always willing to answer our questions and provided useful advice. Because of the distance, he was visiting houses we were interested in and giving us a video tour, while we made our selection. He was invaluable all throughout the process. He’s even given us help after closing, to resolve a few minor issues.

As homeowners and real estate investors, we have bought and sold dozens of homes and worked with twice as many real estate agents and Brandon sets himself apart from them all! Not only is he a caring professional that knows how to minimize the stress in purchasing a home, you quickly realize hes a person of integrity--comfortable saying those things you need to hear--not just what you want to hear; hes a great listener and knows how to quickly find homes within the markets he serves -- he identified an initial list of 5 homes - he quickly coordinated the walk-thrus and all the homes visited were in the ballpark -- but -- the very first home was the winner -- he really hit it out of the park. We submitted an offer and got approval on the same day. And, Brandon is a problem solver -- the home inspector we used (which was referred by Brandon) identified the roof may need repair/replacement -- we received some push back from the seller because the roof had recently been inspected and assessed as having minor damage but not needing repair to sell. Intern, with advice from Bradon, we got a second option from a roof inspector which resulted in the seller taking full responsibility for the roof being replaced (thereby avoiding approx. $6K of expenses). Bottom line: Brandon was willing to advise candidly and he quickly developed a strategy that met our needs and desires--we couldnt be more satisfied!

We worked with Brandon and had a very good experience, despite a particularly bad lender working with the buyer of our home. We weren’t in a hurry...until we were! We had planned on taking our time looking at houses, but quickly found one we really liked and very suddenly we were rushing to get our house on the market. Within days our home was being staged and photographed. The pictures turned out so good that it made us sad to sell! We ended up going under contract at asking price, which was more than we thought we could get. Brandon worked with us and guided us through what ended up being a frustrating situation. Our buyers lender ended up being extremely uncommunicative and very slow to respond to requests for information, even going so far as to claim the title company never sent it over! But Brandon stayed on top of things and we closed in time to close on our new home, which we love. All in all, things were rocky, through no fault of Brandon, but we were very pleased with the outcome and were grateful to have a competent realtor on our side.
