My realtor contacted the Wheaton Team with an email, a text message and voicemail to let them know that had paperwork coming their way. No response at all from Jean Wheaton. It’s courteous in this industry to reach out to the parties to let them know what is happening in the process. Very unprofessional.Transaction coordinator also seems unqualified as the deadline time passed without a response. Coordinator said she didn’t even realize there was a date and time on the contract for reply. How do you get such a title as transaction coordinator if you can review a simple contract properly?My suggestion is to find yourself a better realty team and company to use unless you like very little communication and less than qualified people handling the transaction. A home is a big purchase and piece of mind is quite important in such a large purchase.

We worked with Laura Burch to purchase an investment property in Colorado Springs. Since we dont live in the area Laura previewed a lot of places for us and sent video. The Wheaton team is awesome! They go above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for through every step of the home buying/selling experience.

I will keep it short and simple: the gleaming realtor smile goes away if you deviate from the plan. They wanted a 6 month contract to sell or a large fee. We changed that to two months with one month extensions because we had to carry two homes. After a month of no showings - and - no communication from them (besides the automatically generated stats), we lowered the price after dragging out some advice during the one phone meeting that we had to initiate. We sold the house at a discount to be done with it. We were an afterthought and in the end bullied over trivial realtor pomp and circumstance.
