Action Team has been my property management company since September of 2017. They have made my life so easy over the last 3 plus years. I got out of the Army in 2017 and left the springs for a job on the other side of the country. I was a bit nervous about this decision to rent the first home I have ever bought, but from the initial introduction Scott H. explained the value of what they do in detail, and all the ways they will look after my investment. I cannot say I was no longer nervous, but I was put at ease to a degree. Well now after over three years I am still working with them and completely satisfied. They have absolutely delivered on their promises and have been extremely responsive and professional in all things and all interactions. I had an issue some time ago with a tenant suddenly moving out and no longer paying the lease. Scott and his team responded / adapted to this situation very quickly and found me new great tenants in my home in a very short period. The rest of my time working with Action Team has been impeccable. I am thankful for Action Team and the entire staff for the reliability, great communication and continued support and care for my investment property. I have been a tenant for select private property for years and action team realty bought them out this year with doing so they are kicking out and evicting anyone that owes money due to covid 19.Scott Hawker had told me if I put an application in for government assistance that he would see what he could do. He said after you are complete give me a call back and we will see what we can do. I finished it within the hour and called back. I was told he was too busy. Understandable. But after calling 10 times and being told he will call me back every time and never did I decided to go in on person. He wouldnt even give me the time of day. They just demanded money even though there is already money on the way. Which would give them more money to pocket. They do not care about any of there tenants and would rather make a buck than help someone overcome and survive.Then on top of that they also fired the assistant for select private property that has been holding the place together for years. Why you ask?? Because they already have one so just get rid of her. Very unprofessional and have no care for anyone.

My wife and I couldnt be happier with how Todd and the team supported us in this next major step in our lives. The market in the area is extremely competitive and finding and bidding on homes required almost immediate action. Todd was great about being there to show us house after house and apply bid after bid as we moved through the process. We are over the moon after Action Team Realty sold my moms house. They were the first Realtors I called and met. I looked no further and hired them immediately after Brent and Todd dropped by. I immediately felt they were the right fit.I had been worried that the house needed a bunch of work to get it ready for market. They assured me that it needed just a bit of touch-up paint and a thorough cleaning. They have their own network of contractors and handled all the details; I did next to the nothing. Worst company ever I am in the business Industry customer service is number 1. I called a month ago willing to split cost to have a huge tree trimmed there is dead branches everywhere my kids and cars are at risk from branches they basically said its not a concern of theres at this time. My neighbors have household issues on top of it they still havent had anyone repair. I will trim up these issues myself and I hope that my neighbors arent at risk forever with this agency they are really good people.

Action Team Realty is an amazing group of people. From being patient with us looking at houses for several months while we waited for a business deal to go through, to selling our house for way more than we thought we could get for it in a very quick amount of time, to switching realtors when our first beloved realtor gave birth a month early, they never dropped the ball and we ended up in the house of our dreams. Id give them zero stars if I could. They are shady and will use every means they have to take your entire deposit. They also never have anything fixed. I have no idea how they are still in business. I bet a lot of these good reviews are fake.

I loved working with Bethanie. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous. When she told me she loves working with first time home buyers I knew I was in good hands. The whole process was very smooth and she showed me places that had everything I wanted. I felt like a close friend was showing me houses and not just a person I met as she took the time to get to know who I am. She is a fantastic realtor.

We were first time buyers and Todd went above and beyond in helping us understand and know everything about the house buying experience. He was very patient and never forced his personal opinion when we were decided anything. He informed us well on any decision we made (like buying a house in pueblo). He went out of his comfort zone and place of knowledge to help us get a home in pueblo and he was outstanding at getting any answer for any question we had. Every time we went to look at a house he went in there paying close detail to any potential problem and observing it like if he was buying a house for himself. He really looked out for us and made the house buying experience so pleasant! We couldnt recommend him enough!

These guys would be more accurately named Inaction Team Realty. If you are a homeowner and need someone to manage your property, maybe they are great to work with...I dont know. As a renter though, my experience was that they are great at collecting the rent every month, but seemed to be quick to shift blame somewhere else when it came to addressing maintenance issues with the property. These guys took the better part of a year to fix a window in the basement that leaked into the house any time it rained even though the rental contract they wrote defined any kind of water problem in the house as an EMERGENCY that requires immediate attention. To their credit, the window did eventually get fixed weeks before I left the property, but getting this emergency fixed took way more effort on my part than it should have when there is someone who predicates their whole business on addressing such issues.For any prospective renters out there, I would advise you that you are working with these guys should be prepared to sign a lease that has very renter-unfriendly terms. Such requirements from my lease were mandatory quarterly inspections, mandatory annual cleanings from the vendor mandate and sign contracts with, mandatory requirement for a renters insurance subrogation/additional insured clause, 45 day minimum termination notice which can only be delivered by mail (not email) or in person to be considered offical and automatic rent increases, among others. If you dont like any of these requirements youll be told to take a hike and go look for an apartment somewhere else. Do anything they dont like and you will be liable for fees on fees on fees with penalties and interest. They are pretty friendly and easy to work with until they get you under contract and then you will be paying extra for any work you need them to do.If my experience is representative of what a future renter will experience, the lease contract you will sign will require you to agree to terms that are THEIR terms: your responsibilities and corresponding penalties as a renter are explicitly defined so you will shoulder all of the risk of your rental term and Action team is entitled to collect all of the profits where there they are free to shift blame to the homeowner, HOA, or other entity when all you need is something like someone to replace a rotted window in the basement so your house doesnt flood every time it rains. I did not find this arrangement to be equitable to the renter, so if you are planning on leasing a property from these guys, caveat emptor. Two stars

I have worked with Todd specifically on two projects. The first was purchase, management and sale of a 4-plex. Todd was able to negotiate our desired price for purchase and close quickly. Todd prepared the property for tenants, found suitable tenants and managed maintenance issues. Finally, he sold the property in a timely manner, again at our asking price. Todd has also managed a real estate transaction to purchase land and prepare this land for custom home building. Todd gives prompt, courteous and accurate service and I would continue to use him for any real estate needs in the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

During this most stressful time of our lives Action Team Realty was there to guide us every step of the way while we sold our house and moved out of state. Through every curveball send our way with the buyers realtor and with a complicated out of state move we were able to rebound quickly. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a professional individual. Our property manager gave us his phone number and told us to call anytime if we needed anything. He even gave us his cell phone number. The first time I called to bring up an issue, he was rude to me and talked down to me. My husband is in the military and we have rented home for years, as we move around quit a bit due to his career, and never in the last 20 years have I been treated so poorly by a professional individual.
