Extremely predatory company that once they receive your information will not stop following up even if it’s apparent you are uninterested. They require you to pay $30 to even determine if you want to rent through them. If you pay the $30 it doesn’t expedite any process, instead the company they require you pay the money to will send you spam and call you over and over. I can show screenshots of there “assistant” telling me to just apply so he can further help me after expressing I have 0 interest to rent to own and that I just want to rent. It’s disgusting that a company can post rentals that aren’t rentals on websites with 0 accountability. I have a corporate letterhead that states my total gross income being 93000, but the company they use for income verification started I only make 60k. All around trash company 0/5.Someone will probably respond and say this is for the wrong company but it isn’t, I went through the Pink Realty websites and I have receipts.Edit: never once did I inquire about purchasing. I’m not confused and have a full grasp. In order to rent properties your company post on Zillow, you require going the home buyers of America path. After following the recommendation of your employees, I wasted $30 just to receive spam calls and emails.

Honestly loved working with Pink. They made getting a new home an easy process. Before finding them I felt like I wasn’t really a priority in the home finding process but they brought it to a new level fighting to help get my wife and I the home we wanted!

We came across Pink Realty through some online researching since we were looking for a rental. They have this Rent-to-Own option which caught me by surprise, since I never heard of such a thing. After getting approved, we were closer to getting a house!During our initial appointment, we were immediately greeted with such a warm welcome and a cozy environment. Their office building is amazing! They really make you feel at home.When we met our agent, Lynda Cink, she was very knowledgeable and welcoming which made us feel confident that we were in good hands. Lynda did not disappoint! Being how competitive the housing market is today, getting a house was very difficult. However, Lynda was always by our side and rode this crazy rollercoaster with us. I wish I could agree with these 5 stars, but not even close. Applied to rent and never got a response from an actual human until we called them. Was told over the phone we can’t use BAH as qualifying income to rent because it wasn’t continuous from the same organization (switched to veteran GI Bill BAH) and that would be giving military preferential treatment. So if you’re recently separated, don’t worry they won’t care about your housing allowance, it’s useless to them. Can’t imagine why there are homeless veterans.“All of this is us trying to do everything we can to get you to bring up any possible issues before your money is spent. If you had asked, we would have gladly told you that it is not reasonable to consider active duty BAH and post-separation GI Bill BAH fundamentally the same things in nature. By that logic that they are both from the government and therefore the same, food stamps and BAH would be fundamentally the same thing.”So now food stamps and BAH are the same thing to them and I’m apparently too incompetent to read. They won’t refund the application fee because it cost them $80 to not look at the application and let us know that beforehand.Edit: I have exchanged no less than 10 emails with either Ashley or Hannah (both names at the bottom of the email but no idea which one I’m actually speaking to). As well as a phone call yesterday. If you need to speak to me they have my email.Edit 2: Monica called and apologized while claiming pink rentals is separate even though it’s listed as a franchise on the website. Then says she will refund the money but only if I remove all my bad reviews immediately. Getting harassed by email and phone to remove my review in exchange for a refund we rightfully deserve is unbelievable. Will be reporting to the BBB.

I made the mistake of corresponding with them on a rental unit. Mistake...they got my email address. They will not stop sending me Heres some homes that match your criteria emails...SPAM.The first time I called the owner. She apologized and said she would make sure my information was removed. Two week later, another Heres Some Homes for You email. I called the office again, and was assured that I was removed and my information had been deleted.Two more emails in the past 2 months. Ive hit the remove me from your email list, but to no avail.Maybe a 1 Star review will get their attention and they will stop spamming me with their junk emails.Totally unprofessional, totally ignore all requests to be removed, and total idiots at running a business.

When I started my house hunting journey I was wishy washy on whether or not I wanted to rent or buy. Emily contacted me, and I honestly couldn’t have been luckier. My wife and I recently moved out here to Colorado Springs, Co from NY. We tried numerous times to find housing here on our own to no avail, on one house we found Pink Realtys number and Steve Serranos contact info and decided to give him a call. We are sure glad we did. Steve went above and beyond getting us a place and was in constant contact with us throughout the whole procedure. Even going so far as to put us up at his house if we couldnt find housing! Since our arrival, he has been a great support even offering us the use of his truck in case the moving truck coming cant park close enough to house. Who does that?? Last month, Pink Realty listed a rental home at 9425 Fairway Glen, Colorado Springs, CO. The satellite images of this home shows it is in a completely undeveloped land. They use this fake rental property as a way to lure people into their rent to own program. “Home Partners of America” AKA China, along with US-business BlackRock, buy up homes over asking price in cash all across America. This is driving sales of homes up and causing the every day American to not be able to buy homes. As much as they purport to give home ownership to Americans, they are doing the complete opposite. They want to take home ownership OUT of the hands of every day Americans, drive up the price of homes, and put us on our knees to rent from them forever. I think it very dishonest that Pink Realty is okay with posting a rental that is not actually for rent while driving business to China. It’s really hard to trust an American company who is okay with this business practice. I see all their pink paraphernalia and think how much of that was purchased being deceitful for China. I’m really sad to see that this is a new business model.I recommend you not use Pink Realty until they quit business practices like this. Pink Realty, please work at regaining the trust of Americans who truly would like to pay honest rent to an American company.As I stated before, Pink Realty posted a rental 9425 Fairway Glen, but as of now, it’s “gone.” They posted a similar fake home as 9415 Fairway Glen. I guess when it lured in enough people long enough on “New Rentals,” they took it down and listed a similar fake property as 9415 just changing one number on the house number. It’s not a real property. I’ve called and even verified that with them. The lady was unable to answer my questions about the house and passed me off to someone else who flat out told me it’s not real. They just wanted me to forget about that home, so I could go to their HPA website and see what homes China bought so I could be in debt to China. Again, the satellite images show this address is just dirt/undeveloped country! Please refuse to do business with Pink Realty! They are falsely advertising!Lastly, I was told on the phone, “well, yeah, it’s not great this is happening, but if you can’t beat them, join them.”Sorry, but no. They don’t know who they’re talking to. I am an American. I refuse to bow my knee to the Chinese like Pink Realty. I believe hard working Americans deserve better. Be better, Pink Realty!

I am military and just moved to Fort Carson a few days ago. Naturally, my wife does not have a job yet since applications dont get processed overnight. Upon applying to a rental house managed by Pink Realty, I was informed I did not qualify since I did not make 3 times the rent amount, even though the rent amount is below my BAH rate. When I called to see how to reconcile this issue, the representative was extremely condescending, and spoke to me as if I was too poor to afford what they had to offer. Would not recommend to anyone.

After receiving multiple text messages from people I thought worked for this company, I tried calling to get these messages to stop and find out about our progress in possibly renting a home. Initially, I was hung up on because they couldnt hear me and told to call again with no answer. Later I was able to get in touch with someone who didnt seem to have a clue were to direct me and told me all the emails and text messages I was receiving from Christopher and Angelo were actually BOTS and not real people.When someone did call me, finally a real person, they took a look at our application without even processing it, said we would not be approved with them and that they would not accept my husbands BAH as a source of income to rent. My husband wrote them asking why they would not accept BAH and their response was thatIt is not reasonable to consider active duty BAH or GI Bill BAH because fundamentally they are both from the government and they are the same thing as FOOD STAMPS and BAH..Im sorry.. what?! They are trying to say BAH is the same or comparable to food stamps?! This company is 10000% disrespectful to all military members, retired or active. I couldnt even believe an actual company of any kind, especially in a military town, would respond so disrespectfully, ignorant and distasteful to a military family.

Owning a home is stressful, renting it out is even more stressful and Pink was always professional and extremely responsive. My only critique is that Pink has grown rapidly in the rental business so when the hail storm hit a few years ago or major repairs were needed, I felt the need to take initiative and handle repairs myself, no one cares for your home more than yourself but Pink is very close. Anytime I had questions, Russ and his team answered the phone and responded immediately and honestly. In this business, integrity is paramount and Russ is the most direct honest man I’ve ever done business with. This year I placed my home for sale and watched their realty team work wonders from communication with the tenants to get out of their lease but ensuring their transition was painless, guiding me through multiple offers, and ensured I received top dollar for my home. I’m sad to break ties with Colorado but I’m even sadder to break ties with Pink. Thank you Russ and Ashley for everything you have done for me and my family. Regarding Cliff Pickett of Pink Realty...I have worked with some realtors in the past, and my experiences have not all been good. Many realtors dont seem to understand how crucial it is to listen to everything their clients are expressing to them; all of their wants, needs, and concerns, and be able to address all of them so that their client can reach a comfort level that will allow them to make an informed decision. Working with Cliff however, was an excellent experience. Cliff is an extremely responsive, and professional Realtor who not only knows his business, but also has exceptional knowledge, and understanding of the housing markets, as well as the areas of which he serves. We made a trip from California to look at some places in Colorado, and for us, one of the most important aspects of our experience in working with him, is that he shows that he cares enough about his clients to not only focus on housing issues, but also other areas of interest without being asked. He educated us on the Colorado lifestyle, geographical interests, and most important when relocating from another state....The Weather! Cliff voluntarily educated us all about what to expect when living in Colorado when it comes to the weather, the seasons, and he was always very honest about everything he felt we needed to know about. The bottom line, the first time I spoke with Cliff on the phone he instantly gave me the impression that I was talking with someone that I could trust, and when we spent the day with him, he proved himself as just that, someone who can be trusted, and there is nothing more important than trust. Would not consider this company for any form of business. My fiancé and I are in the processes of moving from South Carolina to the Colorado Springs and where interested in renting one of the house this facility had available. After several phone calls with little information given it was made clear that we weren’t going to find out much about the properties until we completed our applications. With a hefty 40 dollars per applicant, I definitely expected better customer service. Even though my income alone would of qualified us for the property, we were told my fiancé must also have work in the area to be considered. After finding a home with another company I figured I would at least ask if we could be given a reimbursement for our applications that weren’t even completely processed. When requesting this from Hannah, I was meet with a rude and completely unprofessional and belittling attitude. Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

If i could rate a ZERO i would. Ashley Bartels and Hannah Mulay were not only horrible at getting back to us but were very unprofessional. I don’t recommend putting an application in with this realty company, the system they use is fraudulent. When i spoke to Hannah she could not view my tenant screening report on her end and had no explanations to the system they used. You would think they’d do some type of training or know their own system. As a homeowner i also wouldn’t use them to rent out my own home, they took a week to get back to me about ONE house for ONE question i had before placing a application... If they’re doing that with everyone you’d think your house would be on the market for a long period of time.

Only the highest rating for such a quality company, quality staff and just oh so attentive. No thank you! ;)

I bought my home and sold it with Pink realty. I was in another country when I was buying my home and they made it easy and seemless. When I went to sell the home, I had some complications and my realtor Cliff Pickett stuck with us every step of the way and got us through it. I would recommend Cliff and Pink to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Plus they send pie every year.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had. I went to look at a home in July 2020. By 7/11/20 we signed a contract to start building our home. The realtor mentioned the house would be ready in November from November they moved the deadline to December, from December to January from January to February, from February to March from mid March to the end of March. The dates kept changing and I wasnt always informed of the change; I would sometimes find out by the mortgage lender that the closing date was moved. On February 1st, I get an email that the original price we signed for was no longer on the table and they wanted 32k more than what was originally agreed on. The date kept moving and prices went up! Maybe if they would have honored the dates instead moving from month to month this wouldnt have been an issue. Overall disappointed in the whole process and thanks to their lack of reliability back to square one.

We bought and sold through Pink Realty several years ago, with Deborah Drapeau. They have kept in touch and been there for any questions or problems. Will use them again if I decide to move. Have referred people to them. They are very very good.

I requested a viewing of a house. I was told I would need to fill out an application to get approved before they can show me the house under the guise of COVID 19. Which would be fine if there wasnt a fee. Absolutely wrong. Theyre using a pandemic to rip people off.

Their rental screening system is extremely flawed. If you lived at another place that didnt use apfolio none of your previous rental history will show up. They use a credit calculating system that does not even remotely reflect your true FICO score. They assessed me at a 591 renters credit score when my true FICO score is in the mid 700s. The information on their report is not accurate, wrong addresses, missing credit accounts etc. Not to mention, we had to call them nearly 7 times a day just get a response.

Cindy went above and beyond to make sure that we got the house we wanted. She made sure to work with our schedule no matter what her schedule was.

They appear to make scam listings. They want you to apply before youre able to schedule a viewing. They arent trying that hard to rent that place thats been unoccupied for over a month on 13th street in OCC . Too bad for the house owners as I am more than qualified, but the lack of interest from the Pink was a big turn off. Take time to read through the reviews.
