My total phone call time according to my phone was 14 seconds. This could have been handled so much more professionally especially considering how many realtors work in this company. I would have very kindly responded to Im sorry, but I am not taking on any more clients right now. or can I get back to you at a later time, or even Can I connect you to one of my fellow realtors. There were so many ways for this to be handled, and hanging up on me was about the worst way she could have handled it. It shows such an extreme lack of professionalism and reflects on your realty service as a whole very badly. I have decided to go with another company because of this.

Cindy and Joy and the most inconsiderate realtors. Joy consistently talks down to you in order to get things done. The day of closing I was in the hospital. They offered to help with my puppy. I gave them 2 day- at the most- written agreement to hold him. One hour later he was in the humane society. It is only money to them. Find realtors that are honest and care.
