We recently used Treasure Davis Team to buy some cheap land. We were able to purchase the land successfully however, the communication style of the realtor was poor. Between my boyfriend and I, we would get separate messages which led to confusion and misunderstandings. The realtor would speak through my boyfriend but not the both of us. In other words, even with my phone number and email, she would send all the messages and emails to him. Even the contract! I felt that this was very unprofessional considering I was paying for half the land. Not to mention she would text my boyfriend close to 10 p.m. at night! Finally, they get us to closing day, we drive 2 hours to the finance office in Bailey, CO (with a baby) to close on the land. We walked in to find out that they require a cashiers check rather than a normal check. Even though that same day we were told we needed a check and I.D to close by the Treasure Davis team. We then had to drive back to Denver (1 hr drive) to our bank to get a cashiers check. Like I said MISCOMMUNICATION. Not professional. I am thankful for the land but also grateful to be done working with this company.

Me and my boyfriend were looking for our first house together and she was so patient with us and when we were worried about the loan coming through she made sure to set us on the right track and even called the loan officer to contact us right away to help sort things out. She made us feel confident the whole time. We ended building our place and she was with us the whole way, always had a great attitude. With any questions she was always available via text or call or email she always got back to us. We just closed on the 30th and it was the smoothest closing I have ever done. When the title company changed the closing time on us and Taryn was unable to make it she made sure to have one of her team members ready to meet us.
