Service is consistent. Tech calls a day or two before appointment to confirm time. Easy to reschedule if necessary. Our tech, Devin, is awesome. We never have to remind him to treat the shed or dog run area. He is very careful to spray only in designated areas so as not to expose our dogs to chemical. He is thorough & professional. I wanted to let you know that my technician Bernard did an awesome job at my last appointment. I had a hornet/wasp nest outside that I specifically wanted treated. He didnt have the correct tool on his truck so that he could safely treat that area, but came back at the end of the day after the rest of his appointments were done. Im grateful for his willingness to go above & beyond to take care of my concern!
Terminix was called out on four separate occasions (two repeats under guarantee) to eradicate bed bugs. The total bill was nearly $3000. We said yes for everything they recommended. They failed to come out a fourth time, even though there was clearly a problem.The attached pictures show the sheer number of bed bugs i found when I decided to take care of the problem myself.Terminix approach of only coming out to treat one time by default simply is not sufficient. They should come out and treat multiple times and ensure in a follow up visit that their treatment worked. Alas, they dont. So, here Ive had a problem with bed bugs for over 12 months, and treating it myself was the cheapest and best option.For $1700 for the initial treatment, they should have done what I did. I took apart thr furniture methodically, spraying it as I went. I sprayed the baseboards and under the furniture, etc. Im using a temporary bedframe in two rooms to prevent ones I missed from becoming a problem.
Last spring I hired Terminix to spray my house for spiders. No one showed up. The tech left me messages to Reschedule i called back to make arrangements and he never called me back.A couple weeks later I received a message from Terminix saying that they canceled my service. I hired another company last year. This year I thought I would try Terminix again so I called for an estimate. They put me on hold for ten minutes came back and said they cant service me because I canceled my contract last year. I never canceled my contract the man never showed up. How is that my fault.

Our landlord provided Terminix with our contact info and asked them to call us to schedule treatment so that we could keep our dogs out of the treated area. They did not call and, worse, failed to secure our gate when leaving the backyard. One of our dogs escaped and was found by a neighbor wandering the street. I called to express my dismay and was given a dispassionate and generic we will call you back within 48 hours with a response. They never called. I wonder how many pets have died due to this companys incompetence? AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The initial service was ok. Then came time for round 2. The tech was unprofessional. I reached out to him by text and telephone after the service with questions, he would not answer either. I tried to call to the office multiple times and sat on hold for over 30 minutes each time. No one answered. Twice I even left a message with a promise of a return phone call. No call back. Once they get your money they dont care what your issue is and will not respond. Would not recommend
One of their techs stole property. Management still hasnt reached back with me and customer service yelled at me. Stay far away unless you want your life ruined.
Teerminix did a prevenative service. We have no pests and dont want any so we engaged Terminixs services. It was a very good choice and we were ver satisfied with their services.
I set up service with Terminex and expected them at a time time they specified however, they never showed. When I called to speak to them I chose the existing customer option to speak to someone because I assumed I was one but I was sent to a voicemail that stated I’d be called back in 24 hours, that call never came. When I finally was able to talk to someone I had to act as though I was a new customer because that’s the only way they would put a person on, the representative was not at all concerned with my situation and only tried to get me to pay an outrageous amount up front before service could be started. I won’t use them again and I don’t recommend anyone else does.
Needed someone to bait and spray SPECIFICALLY for carpenter ants for historical home. Guy in compact comes sprays, charges 100 or so, but he wants the inspector to look. He comes but says carpenter ants arent covered and I need a contract (no really, he did), but he would schedule it. Signed. I call after 1, then 2 weeks. Apologies we messed up. Guy comes and sprays. No bait needed, he says. Great. 2 weeks. Wife just found huge carpenter ant nest under a gutter and damage to our historical home. These guys dont give a shitp AT ALL!
Worst customer service. Paid to have squirrels in the attic trapped and roof sealed. They provided two hour windows for them to set and check traps, but they consistently did not even show up. They are impossible to get a hold of, and you have to wait for long times with their national call center, just to talk to someone who has no clue what is going on. They refuse to give contact info of their local technicians or local office either. It has been a week of ultra frustration with this company.
Mike Dolan was excellent! He had such a positive attitude that it was catching. He answered all of our questions and took the time to talk to us and explain what he was doing and why. We give him, and Terminix, an honest 10 for their excellent service and products. Good job!

3 months ago when I received a follow up service from terminix, I mentioned clearly to the representative I was speaking with that I would like all future services cancelled since I was unhappy with Terminix.a few weeks ago I received a text msg stating that my new service will be scheduled soon. I called Terminix. went to voicmail due to high volume of calls and left a message stating that I would not want any further appointments scheduled. I never received a call back. a week later I got an email stating that the service was done! I called again, same voicemail, left another message, and was never contacted by anybody.A few days ago the charged showed on my credit card. I called again just to hear the exact same message. I have been unable to talk to a single representative. I did not want this service, clearly stated multiple times that I wanted it cancelled, and yet the company went ahead, did it and charged me for it.I am very unhappy and this is very unprofessional and low quality costumer service.I am not going to accept these charges since work was done without my consent.
Over many years Terminix has provided exceptional service to our property.Our service calls have always been accomplished as scheduled. If we needed them service in between treatments they never refused. Yes, I will recommend Terminix.

None of there services work to rid the house of spiders. Was locked into a contract for 4 payments wanted out after that and they make you jump through hoops . Terminex has been great to work with. They are very considerate of my time and easy to work with. When I have had problems with rodents they have been prompt in solving my issue. I’ve had several service technicians over the years of doing business with this company and they have always been very friendly and thorough.
He sprayed the inside of the house. We are waiting for the snow to melt to do the outside. This was a quarterly service.
I signed up for the year service after moving into new home. During the initial phone call I was told its a one time charge of $139 for the year. Was never told that its also $99 every 3 months. I wouldnt of agreed to that because I am a new mother and cant afford that. I noticed I got an email thanking for my payment so i called to dispute charge. I was told they would listen to my call and get back to me in 5 days. Never called me back. I called and was then told an email and a call was left with the local office because nobody at office to help me at 1 pm in afternoon!!! Said theyd call me back. Never got that call. Was then told by phone rep I will personally call you back in 24 hours to make sure check up on you. Never got that call. Needless to say that I cancelled my service and went with another company, will be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute charge and obviously leaving this poor review....................................................................................This is an add on from after I emailed you at the email you provided to fix my issue. Still waiting after emailing you from last week. Issue still not resolved.
Terminex said they would be at v our home by 10am Monday then called at v the scheduled time and rescheduled for the next day at 5 with out even an apology. When they finally arrived Terminex did not bring their insecticides or even their service vehicle instead they showed up with a compact car and 3 men in it claiming to be an inspection team. They then proceded to pull a classic gypsy bait and switch and tried to charge us 1400 dollars for the same service we had already purchased for 200. Dont call these scammers
The guy who sprays our yard is amazing. Customer service is the reason for only 4 stars. It seems I always need to make at least one additional phone call to follow up on previous phone calls. Im still waiting on verification of a 60.00 credit for a referral.
Bill came to our home for a quote and to identify some bugs he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did not try to up sell us he was completely honest even if it didn’t get him money that day. For that I will recommend him and this company to everyone that is having any issue he will give you his honest input which is rare to find .!

I would give 0 stars or less if possible. We signed a service agreement and when I finally got a call for follow up service from initial service the caller told ( reminder that they called me) I was told there was no availability and would call me another time to set up service. I never received that call and started with another company (Mug a bug 5 stars) 10 months later we received a call from a technician saying we had a scheduled appointment which was never scheduled with us. These guys are STRAIGHT UP SHADY!!! Looking back they charged us for 3 services which were never completed to my knowledge or by site of the bugs in and around our home.STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
We are so happy with Terminix! Our technician, Tim Barros, thoroughly checked the interior and exterior of our home. He reset mouse traps that I couldnt set and checked all of the barriers that had been installed last year to prevent mice access. All was well. As he was looking around, he noticed that we have ants and spiders. He was able to recommend how to expand our service from Terminix in a cost effective way to take care of this problem too. He just did such a good job for Terminix and for us.
We hired Terminix to deal with pest issues. After 3 treatments our problem was unresolved and we requested cancellation and refund. The only local contact we have is the sales person, Bill, who did our quote. Bill told us that we would receive cancellation and full refund. Terminix did not resolve our pest problem in any way. Bill has repeatedly told me that a refund is being issued. After 2+ months, I contacted what I thought was a local office number. Its a call center located out of state. The folks are nice but have no record of anything other than our initial payment and show an active contract. The 2nd person I spoke with in Retention & Cancellation could not reach anyone in the local office by telephone. She said that she does have an e-mail address for a manager. I hope that we receive our refund, but am beginning to wonder if its more than poor business practice with the Colorado Springs office of Terminix.
Reasonable company. They aren’t always fast at coming out, but the techs seem to actually care about the customer when they are here so it’s been a good experience.
We had Louis out to our home for our regular service. I must say he is the best we have ever had . I have used Terminix for the last 15 years and have not ever had service as thorough as Louis provided. He paid so much attention to detail and explained everything. He spent an hour spraying inside and out. I truly appreciate him and understand why he is such an asset to the Terminix company.
We contracted with Terminix for service on our rental property for 1-year. The service itself was fine. When the contract ended, however, the company, with notifying us or obtaining authorization, conducted a $99 site visit and charged this to our card on file. This was not an automatic renewal of the contract, and no one contacted us.Assuming this was a simple oversight, we called and were told a refund should not be an issue. We were told a supervisor would authorize it and wed hear in a few days. With no response, we called back and were shuffled among multiple representatives who refused to issue the refund.We have now escalated this with our credit card company and will soon be reporting the fraudulent charges to the appropriate regulatory bodies.

Technician came out to do his routine services. He was very friendly and did his job with complete expertise. Their prices are fair and their customer service is above average. If you are new to the area I would definitely recommend them, because once we have use them we have not had any past problems since.

This place is horrible worst business and horrible customer service First they where hours late to do their inspection ( which means I lost more hours of work then needed) then I was needing to schedule an appointment for treatment so I made the appointment for about 1 oclock when I had to cancel because of a family emergency so I rescheduled for a Thursday between 5 and 7 and once again they were late hours so I had called to ask why they were late again and they told me that it was for an inspection again when it was clearly stated that we needed the treatment and we had already had the inspection so I didnt understand why corporate would have even needed to schedule another appointment for inspection when we had already had it done on top of that our house had been in a full disarray due to the fact that we needed to abide by a list of things to do before they could treat so it was very important to us have it done ASAP. So then we had to be put on a list to get our treatment appointment extradited they ended up calling a few days later and asked us to be there within 30 min. When he did come he came late again he brought more product than needed and had to go back to corporate to grab the right product so by then it was very late before they could even start the treatment and he also laid down certain things that we were told that should not have been put there and also we were told that we didnt have to stay because we do have a child under the age of 3 so we left did not receive a call when the Exterminator left and he left the house unlocked then I called again to make another appointment for two weeks later not only as a follow-up but because we are still experiencing problems that appointment was also missed we did not receive a call to let us know that theyre exterminator had called off work that day and they didnt inform us that they could have probably assigned another exterminator so by this point I wanted a full refund it took over a week to get approved for a refund and now Im having to wait almost a month to get that refund in the mail because they would not allow me to go to one of their offices to pick up my money and since then I have been receiving a call almost three times a day and they cannot give me a reason why horrible service the exterminators will leave your house unlocked and they will be hours late and 9 times Outta 10 you probably dont even know the treatment that they even put in your house I would absolutely recommend going somewhere else it has now been guarantee over a month and Im still having to deal with this problem of getting my money back and Im being harassed by them and they cannot tell me why and I still have not got my money back.
Excellent Service with every tech that has serviced our home. Weve been with Terminix since 2004. Honestly, if we see a critter crawling, its about to die already. We subscribe to the termite protection as well. The security in knowing that should a termite problem develop, our repair is covered along with the problem. Weve never had to call them back out after a service for over 14 years. They really get the job done right.
Stay away from this company if you have bed bugs!!! We own rental units and discovered bed bugs. They sold us a one year policy telling us they would come out quartely and in addition, if the bed bugs returned we could call them again and they would schedule a technician to treat. They responded great the first time but when the bugs came back Terminex was no where to be found. It took them more than 2 weeks to respond. A month later, more bed bugs, when we called to schedule a tech, they accused us of not buying the right contract. We have records of our correspondences with the manager who assured us we bought the right policy to cover bed bugs. They finally honored the contract and sent someone out but only after 2 more weeks. Not only do they not treat bed bugs efficiently but their customer service is the worst! We have only had the contract 6 months but now the manager, Joel, who serviced us has left the company and they will not honor the contract again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs!

For the third year the tech person could not find all the stakes. Last year (2017) I asked that the stakes be left uncovered when they were put in. This year (2018) the tech came in two weeks ago and said 11 stakes couldnt be found. To me, this means the 11 stakes were never put in last fall - 11 stakes just dont go missing - especially when I asked that they be left uncovered. Another tech came today and said, yes, 11 stakes are still not in place. So, my house was not protected for a year because all the stakes were not in place. And, I was not told the truth in 2017 when I was told all the stakes were in place.
HORRIBLE!!! Go somewhere else! This company is COMPLETELY dishonest. We used Terminix for FOUR years. Since both my husband and myself work outside of the home during the day, we trusted that Terminix was performing services as promised during the day while we were at work. This went on until one day I was home, and the technician NEVER came. I have now spoken with a local representative 3 times as well as 2 different representatives at the 800 number. A rep at the 800 number assured me she would take care of my account balance, but suddenly 2 months later, I received correspondence from a collection agency!! I called back the 800 number and was advised that a supervisor from the local office would call me back. I am STILL waiting for a call nearly a week later.
They never showed or called for my very first appt. I waited 4 1/2 hours n still have a major wasp problem. I called their customer service line and they had no answers or empathy. I am so glad I did not sign the year contract I was going to. I should have known when the sales guy said if you provide 2 phone #s at least the tech wont have an excuse on why you werent reached.

Does not notify you when they change your appointment time. Tells you its safe for your pets than the tech comes out and tells you its not safe for your pets.

I have been a Terminix customer for about 10 years, I just had my service updated and got their bait stations put in. I was told they would be put in AROUND my home, but they were put in all over my yard! They look horrible and were put in awful! I called to let them know that they should have informed me of exactly where and how many they were putting out, but I was told I should have asked!! So basically it was my fault for the way they handled things. Bad customer service for a loyal customer...sad.
Over the past 5 years Terminix has conducted the highest quality of pest control at my home and I duly appreciate their customer service and professional technicians.
Terrible service. I took the morning off from work to have my mouse problem treated. No one showed up during my scheduled time. I called them and they told me my technician must have called in sick and my appointment was bumped almost a week out. No one ever contacted me to notify me of this. I asked for a discount or something to compensate for the inconvenience and to ease the sting of losing even more hours at work for my next appointment. They told me there was nothing they would do for me. I ditched this business and went with Mug-a-Bug. They got me taken care of that day and their tech was incredibly pleasant. Screw Terminix.

In 2016 I signed up for a quartly contract at the price of 456.00. In 2017 I cut it back because my pest problem was solved and paid for one service at around 109.00. Today, spring and of 2018 for a one time service that at the most took 40 minutes, I was charged 220.00! Their explanation was that they don’t do once yearly visits.Crooks. Beware.
I have had terminix for a few years, loved the service and the technician we had. Two years back, technician left and the company and service went down the drain. We had a snow storm with a foot of snow and was charged over a $100.00 that they said they came out that day and sprayed. I was home that day and saw no one and what can you spray in a foot of snow? Second and last service, we had server wind 65 mph with 20 degree temp before a storm hit, ya they came out and sprayed then as well. I have called and no obe will return my call.
Had a tech come out TWICE! My three year old is allergic to ants! When I told customer service this they told me black ants dont bite... explain why my hand was just bitten in my laundry room then!? I swear to sweet baby Jesus if my child, whom is allergic is bitten, I will expect her hospital bills paid for.
Terminix has done a great job keeping bugs and pests at bay for our home. When we have seen a problem between our quarterly pest control applications, they have been quick to respond and take care of the problem.

We are not happy with the Terminex contract! The initial service agent led us to believe that we could have three service calls for $149. It turns out that the first service call was for $149. We are being charges $119 for each of the next two service calls! There has been poor communication with techs and the office all along. It appears that your company is misleading with its customers. We would not recommend your company to anyone!!!!
Terminix helps us manage our lifestyle. I dont like having an open house that gets filled with bugs. Since I dont live in air conditioning we are pretty exposed. That doesnt mean critters or bugs are welcome. Thanks terminix.
Called and gave all of my info for my 2 homes- co-located. Had found insects and needed someone asap. I was promised someone would call me back to schedule an inspection. No one called and it has been over 2 weeks. Needless to say I called Orkin and they called me within 15 minutes to schedule an inspection. Terminix failed.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do you even care about your clients? Im just saying: if your goal was to just string people along all damn day at your own convenience... Well, youre doing a tremendous job. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING WITH ANYONE ELSE. And just so you know, its not that easy to plan for a 7hr window (not including dry time) when you have a pet, one car and two work schedules. So, if you cant handle it, dont accept so many clients/appointments-DUH! I hope your business goes under. Its only a matter of time before all of this bad business comes back to bite you in the ass. ✌🏻️

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Every step of the way and with every employee Ive dealt with in the company, from the technicians to the customer service on the phone have failed to do their job. I first hired terminix four and half years ago and was never alerted to the fact that I had termite activity in my home. It wasnt until I went to sell my home that the termite activity was discovered. So you could imagine my surprise when I was alerted to this, considering I had been paying terminix to service my home for four and half years. After having terminix inspect and bid the mitigation service for my home, I called into the 1800# to schedule my service. When I called I scheduled a time that worked for my schedule and the scheduled timing for the contract on the sale of my home, only later to find out that the service never got scheduled. So I then had to work with the technicians schedule and take time off of work, lose money, and push back my contract deadline ( again costing me more of my time and money). When the techno tuning scheduled the time, they asked that I set aside time window from 10a -4p!!!! The technicians left my home a mess with epoxy left all over my floors and front lawn. That also left a half empty epoxy tube in my front lawn. I had paid the technician in cash and the payment was never credited to my account. I am still trying to resolve the missing payment issue, and as you can imagine this is no easy task. Ive called several times and I get transfer and put on hold for over 30 min. The issue was supposed to escalated to a manager and I was supposed to receive a call back within 24-48 hours and no big surprise here, still havent received a phone call back. So I continue to call, get the run around and never receive a solution or call back. All I can seem to get from terminix is excuses, poor customer service, wasting of my time and money and a big headache!!! Save your time and money and use another service!!!
