We have been using them for years. Once we switched to another company because we thought it was a better deal. It was far from it. It was cheaper (only by a little bit) but the service was nothing in comparison. We switched back after two months. Never again! Everyone we encountered is always pleasant and knowledgeable about any questions we have. We recommend them to everyone.

I have had many pest exterminator companies in the past and Triangle is by far the best. They go above and beyond and I hardly have any bugs and mice anymore. The price for service is less than half of all the other companies and the people who work for Triangle are so nice and respectful.

The gentleman who came out was extremely informative. He was patient with all my questions, answered everything to my satisfaction and squeezed my neighbor in at the same time. He was careful everywhere he worked. They went over a monthly plan and will come out as often as necessary as well as 3 times a year to do pest control.

Great customer service!! Reliable and friendly. Don’t just give a window of time for an appt but an exact time and even show up early (this never happens with other companies!) Safe for pets and kids and really works to keep the insects and pests out! Highly recommend!! We won’t use anyone else from now on!!

Been using triangle pest for a little over a year and they have been wonderful. Customer service makes it incredibly easy to get apts set-up and changed without having any issues. The field guy makes sure to get rid of any webs or eggs that they end up finding along with making sure that the entire house,yard and bushes have been sprayed.

Your employee, Brandon, was here today, April 15th. I asked him if he would restock my mousetraps in my garage. He did so with a smile on his face. He even added another one by my garage steps to my home where I have caught several mice. He did a really thorough job making sure I won’t have a problem with spiders, ants, mice, etc. Brandon has a lot of pride in his job. Triangle is lucky to have such a stellar employee. Liked my old bug guy (recently quit) he was always super helpful and I was able to text him any questions I had, and he came right away when I stupidly let a mouse in my house 🤦. Hopefully my new guy is pleasant to deal with.

We had another pest company that was sold out to Triangular pest control and have had problems ever since. They do not show up as scheduled. They changed their PO box for payments and never notified us via email, phone or mail. I had to call them to find out why my check was returned. We were scheduled for them to come spray yesterday and left our gate unlocked and they didnt show. We then received an invoice via email as if they had showed up but found out they didnt ONLY after asking. Not sure this place is honest. Customer service is lacking as well when you call in for these problems. We plan to switch to another provider asap.

They have been charging me for service on my rental property but not providing the service. I have sent them multiple emails and a letter, and no one has responded to me. I do not recommend them.

Once again this young man has gone out of his way to service my yard the way that I expect it to be serviced for the money that I pay monthly .Carmara is Very professional and if I have any questions regarding insects or pests, he has the answer.

Prompt and on time. I asked them to remove one small spider web near the back door and it looks like that was missed, but overall a good experience.

Came the same day with a quick response and fixed my problem. Would recommend anytime.
