We used Coloarado Party Rentals for my Mother’s memorial in Woodland Park. I worked with Vicky who was detailed oriented and helped insure I had everything I needed. She was also helpful when I needed to make changes or additions. The delivery crew did a great job with the setup and provided a number for us to call if we needed anything, which we didn’t because they did such a great job. The take down crew was also detailed oriented and made certain everything was 100% cleaned up before leaving. I’d highly recommend this company and appreciate what a great job they did.

I worked with a lovely and professional event designer named Terri. The tent, chairs and tables were delivered and picked up by an efficient and friendly team. We had a July Fourth event for 60 people and Colorado Party Rentals handled the umbrella tables and tablecloths with the greatest of efficiency. Their customer service was impeccable from the office staff to the gentlemen setting up and taking down. Truly a great company!!

We rented for our wedding back in January. Experience was great. Went back to rent two tables and chairs, fraction of what we ordered in January and they are charging over 200 delivery fee for which we paid 25 dollars in January. They are trying to rob people claiming labor increase. Be careful what the fees are here cause it cost more then the actual rental.

The people looked like gang members, and the host of the event stated it was done wrong and not to her liking, but if you are in the event business employees should look more professional and presentable. On the way out one of the workers sped off with no regard for public safety i mean wow so unprofessional.

Colorado Party Rentals was wonderful! As wedding planners, we hired them to service the destination wedding in Vail that we had planned. They were prompt and accurate in their response times and information during the planning process. The day of they were easily accessible and they conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. We will certainly work with them again when returning to Colorado!

Planning a wedding for a reception of 150 people can be such a challenge... lots of moving parts when the venue is just the building with tables & chairs. Gabby was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process! We stopped by to make changes at least 4 times and she greeted us with a smile EVERY time. She understood our budget constraints and made recommendations that were beautiful without going outside the budget.The only hiccup was when one of the mushroom heaters arrived on site and wasnt working. We still had one heater, so we were ok for the evening. Gabby was quick to refund us the cost of the non-functional heater. Thats the true test of a business customer service... when something goes wrong. Colorado Party Rentals handled it perfectly. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Incredible service for a small Christmas dinner at my home! Rented everything from the plates to the linens. Very reasonable, prompt and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I rented chairs for my wedding 3 months in advance. During the 2 weeks leading to event many emails were sent back and forth. We had paid extra to have our venue open at 2 so we could decorate. I asked for a delivery time between 2 or 3. They said 8 to 5. Then on day of wedding they wanted to deliver at 8am. I asked delivery driver if he could deliver 2 or 3pm. Driver stated he already had a 2 o clock and 3 o clock delivery. That was just problems with delivery. Pick up was even worse. At no time did they contact my venue. And Monday was the agreed upon pick up day. However venue was closed. Tuesday from 8 to 12 was when venue would be able to open for chair pick up. I was charged a 75$ delivery fee for pickup and a 75$ delivery fee for assigned time pick up. I will never rent anything from this company again. And advise people to read all fine print . Rent elsewhere

As a local wedding planner, Ive worked with a lot of rental companies. Colorado Party Rentals is truly the best. They have a wonderful selection of products in EXCELLENT condition at great prices. They are simply outstanding to work with. They are friendly and highly professional. If youre looking for partg rentals of any kind, I recommend Colorado Party Rentals.

It was a fiasco to rent from this business. We met with the consultant and picked out the tent, tables, and chairs that we wanted for our party. I thought it was set, but two days before the party, I received an email stating that the benches that we wanted were no longer available. So, I ended up going with the chairs. The consultant told me that we didnt get the benches because we did not put down a deposit. The entire time that I was communicating with her, a deposit was never mentionedThen, the second fiasco happened on the day before the party when the to the tent set up crew showed up with the wrong poles to set up the tent. They could not set the tent up and left. Later the consultant called me to say that they ran out of the correct type of poles to set up the tent that I rented. She didnt offer to give another tent because apparently their tents are all booked up. So, the day before my party, I was calling all over town looking for a tent. The only reason why this business is getting a 2 star: the cosultant re-funded my rental quickly. However, I would never recommend this business. If you are interested in renting a party tent etc, call Brunos or Bradys rental instead. These two businesses helped me out and between them, they found a tent for my party and it was very last minute because Colorado Party Rental dropped the ball.

After searching for rental companies for my wedding, the minute I spoke with Colorado party rentals, I knew theyd be the ones. Gabby helped me every single step of the way, including my multiple calls in one day to ensure I didnt forget anything. They arrived early for delivery, and arrived on time for pickup. They took care of everything and did it o perfectly, it was one less thing I had to worry about on my wedding day. Thank you!! You made my wedding a dream come true!!!

I was trying to work with one of their employees that was a good friend of a friend. He never showed when he said he would. Then suggested I reach out to Dan, their Director of sales. Called a couple times, left a message and never got a call back. Being in sales myself, for their Director of Sales to not return a call is a poor example of a leader. See that I got no where in about 2 weeks of trying to connect with them I have decide to pursue different routes. I hope everyone else has a better experience because mine was not good at all.

Excellent customer service. We used CPR for my parents 50th anniversary party. We rented tables and linens. When I arrived to pick up the tablecloths, they had been pulled and were ready before I even signed the paperwork. The staff member refused to let me carry them (he was right- they were heavier than I thought!) And carried them to my car and put them in for me. They had the right supplies at the right price. Highly recommend, will use again.
