Party City off Powers is your go to for large events and party support. Manager, Kate, was so wonderful and personally delivered a very large inflated balloon order for our charity event to support the Walk to End Alzheimers. She then personally handled an even larger order for our annual tradeshow. Excellent customer service ! Thank you !

Party city is good if you need some overpriced party items. Honestly you can get most of that stuff at the dollar store. So Im not impressed.

I bought a balloon nearly a month in advance, and i go to pick up my order on valentines day and my balloons were defective according to staff. I did not receive a refund. I did not receive the balloons i ordered. I did get a replacement but not what i wanted. They could have at the very least called me and told me the issue before driving up to the store and finding out the issue. This is the reason for one star. If you the store are at fault. Let your customer know. Thanks

April was very helpful both days I was in there. Smooth easy process.

The place to go for favors, decor, and catering supplies on a budget. Not only can you get balloons, but anything to decorate a table, banners, coordinated serving dishes, fun table pieces and party favors.

Don’t bother using the online system for curbside. I ordered two of the same thing rather than alerting me ahead of time, I sat at the store for 20 minutes before someone came out with only half of what I ordered. I still had to go in to make alternate purchases. Additionally, I’ll have to wait 5-7 days on a refund for the items they did not have. Waste of time and money.

Sad knowing they dont carry what they use to carry. But I shop there for my grandkids.

Store was busy as it is on every weekend. They we out of some items we were looking for but was able to get alternatives.

If you want to throw a party, go here for decorations. I feel like this is one of the few places besides Amazon that you can find things for any kind of party. It can get pricey but any party does that.

Seems like they can care less about their customer service. The employees who are running the place don’t seem like they know what they’re doing and had very rude attitudes... and they seemed to care less that they had a long line of people waiting for sometime, all while making small talk with one another like they didn’t have a store full of customers. Will not be returning at this location.

The staff were super nice and really helpful in helping us find everything we needed. I do have to add that I think its silly that we can buy a costume and take it home try it on and bring it back. But we are not allowed to try it on in the store... to reduce the spread of Covid... clearly! Ridiculousness!!!!

I have always loved this store to grab party stuff for every occasion here. However this time after waiting about 15mins in line to pay for a card and have 5 balloons purchased/ filled, the customer service went down quickly. I informed the cashier I needed the 5 balloons. She told be to grab them. 30sec later I turned around with them and this cashier decided to start checking someone else out. I asked the employee at the balloon station to fill up the balloons while we waited. However, per policy they couldnt begin filling the balloons until after I paid. The cashier should have rang up my purchase of the 5 balloons and my card-allowing me to pay prior to beginning the next customers check out. The employee filling the balloons should have started filling the small balloons. However, no one would budge to help. Therefore, unfortunately I had to leave without a purchase and unable to bring this little bit of joy to a small birthday gathering in this covid season. Only go to Party City if you have lots of time to browse, stand in line and wait with patience to be checked out. Unfortunately, I didnt have the time to run into the poor customer service and lack of experience these employees possessed.

Do not come here if you need your own balloons blown up last minute. They will put them in a 24 hour quarantine.... Im so over this COVID 19 quarantine...

I love party city, I use to work at one myself in Texas, only reason a 3 instead of a 5 is because the employees can be a little rude and not helpful. I understand theyre understaffed with the holidays around the corner I get how stressful and busy It gets i worked the seasons, but still never a reason to be rude. You can find almost anything here, just hope customer service will become better.

Went to the store cuz online said they were certain product in stock but thats not true. Was able to find half of what I was looking for.

The store is neat and organized. The employees were helpful although the lady at the front register was reluctant to be so. The prices are a little high but there is great variety. The candy is stale the more generic it is but amazing cake decorating options as well as party themes. More costume styles than expected too.

Who doesnt like to walk around in party city. They have a great choice of costumes for Halloween and they have a wide variety of balloons to choice from for any event.

Easy to find what i needed and helpful staff

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences ever. My wife bought some balloons for a birthday party and she was assured by one of the employees that they would hold their helium for 12-24 hours and with in a couple of hours they were flat. Well we go back to the store to try to get them replaced or refunded and the sales associate at the register tells us he can’t do anything and he calls over the “manager”. What a pitiful excuse of a manager. Amber was her name and she comes over and says she can’t do anything. She can’t even try to explain that she’s sorry about the confusion doesn’t even give us a chance to explain what was the issue before she walks away while we are trying to explain what is going on. Truly disappointing experience since I myself work as a sales consultant and I would never ever ever in 1000 years treat a customer the way we were treated.

Even though they messed up part of my order initially, they did a great job fixing the problem. Plus they delivered my items to curbside pickup even in a storm.

They have everything you need to throw an awesome party of any kind! There is a full isle of party favors for kids or just those young at heart. Decorations for every theme, plastic platters and bowls, disposable silverware in every color and style, and even party games! Ive been here to get stuff for my baby shower, wedding reception, kids birthday parties, Superbowl parties, Halloween parties and even gift wrap for presents. They also have a great selection of balloons!

Staff is extremely helpful in trying to find anything you need. Even giving great detail to where the item(s) can be found in the aisle if they arent able to accompany you. Definitely the place to go for event essentials and year round goodies. Not to mention the great seasonal decorations as well as Halloween costumes!

I came by after work to grab a few things for a baby shower the next day and ended up getting a lot more than initially expected..... Instead of showing frustration for keeping them after working hours they helped me find the remaining items I wanted and recommended other items that I might like

I cant remember the associates name but she was Super helpful. I was already stressed about having to do a double birthday party and she made my shopping extremely easy. She didnt just point in the direction of things she walked me over when i had questions about certain items. Usually a pretty good store but for the last 3 weeks straight they have candies mis-labelled and they refuse to do anything to fix it. I know from their empty of customers store that they are extremely busy but please either honor the pricing you have the candy posted as or remove the signage that incorrectly prices the candy.

I am a African-American woman and the worker followed me from the time I entered the store until the time I exited and when I confronted the manager about it he told me I was lying. I will not be coming back

Staff was helpful after we got their attention and store was clean. I am giving 4 stars because we bought a bunch of loose candy like flavored tootsie rolls and they were all hard and stale. I suggest switching out your candy more often. Other than that keep up the great work. Would definitely return for non candy related favors.

Party City was the best place for me to get my Halloween costume. The staff were very helpful especially in such a hectic atmosphere. They took the time to help me choose the right outfit. Kudos to you, Party City!

They have everything you need for a party. They constantly rotate items based upon the upcoming holidays, so you never have to look elsewhere. However, they mostly only carry local sports team party items, but you can get your team items on line. They often have or offer discounts, dont forget to ask.

Good luck getting any decent customer service from the staff. If you know exactly where everything is in this store, their selection is awesome! But getting any help or guidance on where anything is would be far too much to ask for.

This was the worst party city if my life! Was it busy yes, because it was Halloween time. That doesnt give workers the excuse to be rude to customers. I am a person who has worked retail from high school to my time in college. I get it gets a bit rough with customers, but that is no reason to walk around looking and talking to customers as if you hate your job. If you hate your job quit. My boyfriend even asked two workers if they even wanted to be there, because their attitudes were so bad. The workers literally said we all just hate our jobs and dont want to be here! I have never seen such bad customer service. Hire people who can at least act like they want to have their jobs. I wont be going back to that party city. An yall shouldnt go either. Get your money and experience worth somewhere else!😤

I visited party city today off powers Blvd and South Carefree and was greeted with a smile and was provided excellent customer service by the two employees working there. Kris and Wendy did a Stellar job and was very patient and professional and I was very pleased.

Claustrophobic layout. Counter clerk was helpful, the one stocking wasnt. TV ad was misleading: no mention of required $20.00 purchase to get sales price. Drove across town for literally nothing.

Store was really chaotic, product-wise. Waited in line for well over 5min.

I walked around searching and searching for a hula skirt for my daughter. No staff was available to help, so I stood by the registers for a couple of minutes, waiting until someone had a second to answer my quick question. But, no staff members even acknowledged me the whole time. I left highly disappointed.

Rude customer service the people on the floor had no idea where anything was or when another shipment of stock for certain items would be got argued with over prices on items that were on sale and then had the manager proceed to rip up the sign with the sale in front of me because she didn’t want to honor it! Being a general manger of a business of my employees ever conducted themselves like that I would be embarrassed and there would be major consequences! The pos worker upfront was unwelcoming and acted like he was bothered by the slightest question! Terrible business and customer service practice I will no return!!!!

While the party supplies are great the employees need a lesson in hygiene. You touch all the merchandise to scan it and having extremely nasty nails and hands should not be acceptable. Basic hygiene should be common sense in any work. GROSS!!!!
