BUYER BEWARE. Unless you want to be disappointed don’t use them. Their not in Colorado Springs, their terrible communicators, their unreliable.Don’t put yourself through the pain. Use another resource, they just aren’t worth the brain damage.
Arrived to pickup my stuff and there was one guy at a desk with a customer. Wasnt acknowledged. After about 10 minutes, I interrupted (since I was on a tight schedule) to see if anyone else could help. After the lady came from the back it was smooth sailing. Guys to help load tables, etc, were great. Upon returning, the only person to unload was the front lady. Needless to say I ended up having to help. Tables were a little beat up, but all in all it worked out.
Wanted to charge $300+ extra dollars to drop off and pickup rental chairs on weekends. Called another local rental place and they literally laughed and said that was insane. Ended up booking with them even though their chairs were slightly more expensive because they were able and willing to accommodate a weekend event without extra fees.
We put in a very last minute request to Brunos this past weekend and they were able to accommodate us. They really saved the day! They were easy to work with and allowed us to do our own pick up and drop off in order to accommodate our tight schedule. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Brunos!
Even though I couldn’t use their archway for my wedding because it was gold when I needed silver. They did great at trying to make sure I got what I needed. Called another rental place in town to see if they had what I had in mind and were very helpful. I appreciate the time they took to help me. :) thank you!
Was able to rent 11 folding chairs for under $10 to host Christmas at my house. The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. They loaded the chairs into my car for me as well as unloaded them when I dropped them back off. The entire process was extremely easy. I would definitely recommend this place.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Their “now offering gluten free tent rental sign” is absolutely ridiculous. I’m glad that my child’s disease is a laughing matter to these people. I called them and spoke with them and they didn’t care one bit. My son saw their sign outside and asked why they were making fun of him. It’s not funny. A company who has to make fun of people to get sales, isn’t a company I want to do business with. Absolutely disgusting!
Rented a table cloth, used it indoors to hold papers and brochures at a small event. Turned it in, no problem, the person who received it said it was fine. 6 Weeks later, I get a bill in the mail for $43.00 in damages. I called, only to be treated by a very rude manager, claiming there were holes in it. I had never received a call, note, or any notification that there was a damage. We did not damage it, it was used for a total of 8 hours in an indoor retail facility. Who knows how many people have rented it in the last 6 weeks, and when asked about this, he declined to tell me if anyone had rented it.I do not recommend this place, and even though it is just $43.00, it is just the principle of trying to fraudulently bill someone after the fact, with no responsibility. Unless you like having your CC on file with someone who can use it in this manner to line their own pocketbooks, I would not rent a thing from them

Used them for my husbands 60th Birthday I had guests from Europe come they were so impressed the military discount helped a lot. The setup team was great !!! The break down crew was the same excellent customer service will use them again !!!

I rented chairs for my wedding in May 2014 from Brunos. Biggest mistake of my life!! The chairs were delivered to the reception site while the wedding planner was there. Apparently they asked for payment at the time of delivery and the wedding planner said she wasnt the one paying. So naturally they left the chairs there with no payment and did not try to contact me once! The company never told me that payment was due at time of delivery or I wouldve had a check in the hands of the wedding planner ready to hand over or had a family be there.Being a bride I was very stressed, as any bride would know. I was under the impression that I had paid for everything. I had paid off my cake lady, my florist, my photographer, everything! And after our wedding my husband and I went directly to our honey moon to our new house in a different state. I knew everything was paid for or so I thought so I wasnt expecting any bills at our old address, nor was I thinking that I needed to let any company know of our address change. Almost 6 months later I get a phone call from Corey at Brunos saying that we owe them $700. I was so baffled, asking him why it took 6 months to call me, instead of calling the day of or the day after. And he responded with its not my problem.After calling back a few days later and getting his voicemail, I told him I wanted to get it taken care of. I had zero missed calls and no emails from Corey 2 weeks later and ended up getting a call from a debt collector. I called Brunos immediately. Corey was so rude saying again that it wasnt his problem. Never did they try to contact me in the months between my wedding and now besides at an old address. They are such an unprofessional company. I would never recommend them to any bride. Please please steer clear of Brunos Party Time Rentals
We ordered a 16”x40” tent along with tables and chairs for our informal, fun wedding celebration. Unfortunately, the delivery “window” (1-3PM) we were given was not met. We had planned a dinner that evening, and had to leave the location (at 3:45) before the tent was installed. Thankfully the B&B owner was able to take care of it when they arrived (at 4pm) an hour after the window. However, if she hadn’t been there - we would have been in trouble! Weddings are stressful, so this was an added unnecessary stress.We had tried calling, but of course they close early on Saturdays, and we were unable to reach anyone. We tried using their “emergency number”, which went directly to voicemail, but no one ever returned our calls. An apology follow-up call would have gone a long way to making us feel like they cared - good customer service is always in a business’s best interest.The customer service I received from Lindsey in person at their location was very good. She was kind, responsive, and helpful. However, she did not reply to my follow-up emails, so I had to call a few times to make sure everything was ready for the weekend.The tent was quite worn looking, but with enough decorations and lights, plus tucking the straps up under the poles - it turned out ok. The tables are very beat-up and used, so make sure to get good tablecloths (we found it to be cheaper to buy them on amazon or Craigslist than rent them). The chairs are small and not sturdy.When looking for a tent, the customer service I received from Daisy Twist was much better, however, they didn’t have everything we needed. If we could have afforded it, we would have gone with Event Rents out of Denver - great selection and customer service (always fast email replies and courteous).
I would highly recommend to avoid using this company for an event if possible. My husband and I rented table cloths, chairs and tables for our wedding. The company told us that they would show up in the afternoon, but didnt drop off our rentals until after 6pm. They were filthy- had to wipe a bunch of dust off of the chairs as well as food. The tablecloths had a bunch of pine needles on the bottom- the rest of it looked clean, but I cleaned it anyways so it wasnt yucky for my wedding guests. I was incredibly irritated that this company didnt call to let us know they were late and didnt deliver our rentals clean. There was enough stress before my wedding to worry about stuff like that.
Our church rented a large mobile roaster for our Pig Roast. The roaster was in very good condition and we were able to pick up Friday and return it on Monday so we could have use of it all day Saturday and Sunday. We would use them again anytime.
No variety in different material tablecloth just polyester. The place smelt like cigarettes. Would not recommend.

Horrible customer service! My husband and I rented 6 tables and 50 chairs for our wedding. When these were picked up I asked to speak with the manager about the quality. I was told that they were not in that I could come back later and talked to them. I did. But still no manager. We went ahead and took the tables and chairs home hoping we could scrub them down but they were so dirty and scratched up that we couldnt get them clean. And the tables had GUM under them!!! When we returned them after the wedding my husband went in this time asking to talk to a manager and he was told that they are not in and that there was nothing they could do l. He said Ill go head and write a bad review and the employee tells him, you wouldnt be the first and wont be the last he asked to have the manager call us. The employee said okay but its been almost 2 weeks and still no call. Ill take down this review when I get a call back from the manager!!! I will not consider using this place ever again. I have 3 friends getting married this year and will definitely tell them to stay away from Brunos Party Rentals!I have added picture of the horribly scratched and dirt tables and chairs.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Loved it had to make an order last minute had everything we needed, very nice and helpful, and inexpensive pricing. Will be going here for all my party supplies in future orders thank you guys.
