Had my nails done here twice before the holidays.First time they turned out real pretty....when I came for a fill in I was told the fill in is only $5 cheaper than the full set.After voicing my concerns this is the end product of my fill in visit. You can clearly still see the lines from the first grow out. Was not filed down professional.I paid $35 for a full set but was supposed to pay $30 for a fill.The picture on the left is the result of a $25 fill in without gel.

Pls read! If you are looking for a quality salon, I suggest you travel a few more minutes to the skyline nails, where they are professional. I made an appointment with this place for 430 pm (Mani, eyebrow wax), when I arrived my nail tech was still finishing up with another customer which was no issue, while I waited, the owner was nice enough to say Ill do your eyebrows while you wait! Awesome! Right? until she took me to a dark corner in the salon, asked me to sit in a worn down computer chair. Im used to being in salons where they have a specific private room for waxing, a freshly sanitized bed covered with paper to lay on, and theres usually quite a bit of light. It a big red flag for me, but I didnt want to be rude but I was horrified! In fact, the owner was talking to another customer across the room and barely paying attention to my face, which she was about to put hot wax on. I had no idea how she was going to see my eyebrows. When she finished and it was just as I expected. Awful. It was the worst eyebrow job Ive ever gotten. Then she proceeded to let me soak my hands while my technician was in the back getting ready for me. They left me alone soaking my hands for about 30 minutes, before my technician finally came out, munching on food and reeking of a fresh cigarette. Really? At this point it was 530 and my husband was texting asking what was taking so long. My fingers had pruned up like raisins, but wasnt trying to be rude at all bc the owner was so nice and mentioned she just got to open after the corona. Finally this nail technician barely got my cuticles clean. She barely tried to do a good job. It sucked because after the panadamic, I had so much dead skin and stuff around my nails and desperately needed the good clean, which is why I was there. But she could not bother. She barely cleaned my nails and finally, she puts my clear coat on before she puts on my white nail polish of choice, and she asks me if I would like to pay before she finishes and I said sure! Heres my card and she proceeded to tell me the bad news that THEY DONT ACCEPT CARDS AND I HAVE TO GO DOWN THE STREET TO A GAS STATION TO GO TO AN ATM. at this point Im furious! I came to relax and now I have to leave with wet nails to go to the nearest gas station? And they failed to tell me beforehand? I had to go checkout two of the gas stations they told me had an atm before I found a working one, it was so disappointing and unprofessional and the fact they made me do that was so upsetting. I go to the salon to relax and unwind, so having to go Easter egg hunting for an atm was so rude to me. And they didnt even say sorry when I came back. At this point it was 6 pm before I got to leave. So I spent a total of 2 and a half hours there for a simple Mani and eyebrow wax. At this point I just wanted to cry. All the time and money wasted.. it wasnt cheap either. For a place with no light and bad workers they charge the same as skyline nails if not more and do half the job. 20 for a Mani and 10 for eyebrows. 10??? For a eyebrow job in the dark? I cant believe how much they charge for such bad service. Again I dont mind paying whatever the price is BUT FOR A GOOD JOB, WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND LIGHTS.Anyways, the worst part of was after not even 24 hours my nail polish was coming off in one piece. Just completely coming off. I was so upset, but again, I didnt wanna fight with anyone so I had my husband try to call them and let them know my experience wasnt the best and my nails were already coming off and they said they would call us back with the owner and then proceeded to never call us... Shame on you. Youre supposed to take care of your customers and you did me dirty. I hope you guys go out of business.

Out date building,chairs are old and out datedLynn was a lovely woman and did a good job.But was expensive 30 dollars for pedicure 20 for eye brows . I wont be back. Just nails 25 for pedicure 10 for eye brows

I went once for gel nails with tips. The tips and gel polish didnt cover my nail completely. They did a good job on the design, however the lady was in a hurry and didnt finish my nails appropriately. I decided to let my mother-in-law try their pedicure and still they didnt get her feet soft, smooth, or remove any of the dead skin. They just massaged her feet and painted her nails. Im pretty sad about the outcome because I was surprising my mother-in-law for a much needed pedicure and she didnt receive what she needed.

Im willing to drive 2 hours to get my nails done by these people does it matter who you get in the shop theyre going to do an amazing job totally worth the drive go and check them out take all your friends but the biggest point make an appointment theyre very popular

Cool place, extremely small and had a weird smell like a plumbing issue or something. But may not be coming from them because they are in the middle of two other businesses. Friendly staff and long wait times. Yet they do good nails so it was worth the wait and the price is reasonable.

I have been going here since I was 15 yes old. Im 30 now. If known these people since we were all in high school lol Love the family environment and the nails are so durable and the best nail designs in town. They are not done like other nail shops... cheap and falling off in a week. Not here! Mine can last a month w no prob if need be.

Dirty, unprofessional and understaffedI came here a handful of times until one day one of the male nail techs asked me out and I turned him down. When I arrived for my next APPOINTMENT that I had made in advance he took 3 clients ahead of me and refused to do my nails because I had rejected him. While waiting for anyone else who would take me I was placed in the pedicure chair. The lady started the water than walked away for so long that the water had over filled the tub and gotten all over the floor. Then she comes out like it’s my fault that happened? The pedicure was fine but I didn’t like the shape of my nails. I just found it so unprofessional that the nail tech completely refused me because I wouldn’t go on a date with him. While waiting said nail tech was also taking shots of alcohol and smoking while doing a girls nails. DESPITE a all of that the place is always seems dirty and you will wait for hours due to the lack of technicians. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone and I will never go back.

I went for nails for a ball. First I got a pedi and was not asked which one I wanted and was charged for the more expensive one. My friend was with me and they finished my pedi and started her nails even though I was done first. I waited for almost 30 mins to get my nails done which she never told me that my French tip was 10 dollars more. If I had know I would have just stuck with the full color. I do like the way my nails came out. But will never go back to a place that allows a employee to drink and smoke pot on the job.

They are not professional at all. They had rap music playing, they were cussing a lot, the place was dirty. I paid $40 for a fill. When I went in the shape of my nails were nice and how I liked them. The shape ended up being changed while I was there and my nails are extremely thick now. I have gotten my nails done every two weeks for the last 3 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had. This was a last resort place since my regular place was closed and I’m going on a trip this week. I’ll never go back.

First nail salon that was kind and did everything I asked and knee everything I wanted! The nails lasted so long, and were sooooo beautiful! Definitely going back there from now on!

Honestly my experience was terrible here. I had been here a couple of times but the most recent time really made me stop coming here. I had called and made an appointment for my nails to get done because I was in a slight rush. After the guy doing my nails was halfway done he told me to get up and move to another chair because his friend was here and he needed to do her nails. After I had left as well the man that did my nails was messaging me on facebook and was getting upset because I was not replying which made me really uncomfortable and made me not want to go back. In the end the people that work here clearly do not care to cater to their customers only their friends. This place is not worth going to. I cant believe that taking care of friends first and customers second is accepted here.

The customer service was severely lacking for me which I mean I wasnt expecting much for a small nail salon but literally, there was almost none. Seemed like I was an inconvenience which maybe I was since I wasnt one of the regulars that were also in the salon with me at the time. They were definitely more attentive to the regulars which makes sense since they are there all the time but wouldnt you want more regulars?! My pedicure was super short compared to other places and when I asked for a little bit of sparkles on my big toe, didnt seem like she wanted to do it. I wasnt asking for an intricate design, I wanted sparkles!!! The nails came out decent and a lot of my dead skin was removed with the motorized exfoliator which was pretty cool but my experience wasnt that great. Maybe it was a flook day. Ill try it again and see what happens. Hopefully its a better experience.

Me and my friend went to get our nails done there and it was out first time. Hours later her shellac polish was shedding or and now today I broke 2 nails, that barely had acrylic on it. They rushed us both and weren’t very professional! We will not be returning back.

Very rude . No one greeted us as we went in I told her what I needed and no response other customers came in and they were friendly with them. Looks dirty and very rude customer service I do not suggest even as last resort going here.

Loan and Quan are very rude they kept speaking to each other in their language like i couldnt understand! They were talking about shanna and shirley saying they were obnoxious! But what is obnoxious is when u talk about other people behind their back instead of in thier face. On a positive note though Shirley and Shanna are the best they are so funny. They are what keeps the shop going they never have bad attitudes! They are the only reason i keep coming back! If it was just Loan and Quan the place would close or there would be a car build in the middle of the shop! Loan did my nails and rushed thru them a day later i was washing dishes and it poped up! I cant believe how unsanitary this place was... If there was a 0 star, I would select that. I had my new tips applied to my nails on 8/11/16 and not only was the entire salon in need of a SERIOUS cleaning service, but I went to the bathroom to wash my hands after she finished applying my tips, and there was a laundry hamper that was full of dirty towels--BUT GET THIS... dirty towels were piled up at least 14 high beyond the capacity of what that hamper could hold. The female technician who was working on my nails was actually sharing tools with her co-worker to do my nails and there was absolutely no barbicide or sanitizer in sight. When I called to schedule the appointment, she did tell me that she would be able to fit me in between her other appointments, but I made it clear to her that I did not want her to rush so if she couldnt do it properly, I would wait. Unfortunately, she didnt respect a word I said over the phone, and she rushed through the job. The filing job was horrible, the worst Ive ever had in 20 years of getting my nails done. I will NEVER go back to this place again or refer anyone to this place. I rarely post reviews, but I had to post a review because this place really should be visited by the state board of cosmetology because of it being so unclean, messy, and their unsanitary practices.
