My daughter and I went here to have our nails done for a wedding. Apparently service is hit or miss. The woman that did my daughters nails did ok, but not great. The woman who did mine was terrible! She nipped one finger with the clippers, and cut several others with the edge of the file. She failed to push back my cuticles, and left gaps in the acrylic at the nail edges. The layers of acrylic are uneven, and rough in places. All in all, a terrible experience. I would love to take them off, but cant until all of the cuts heal.

WAY overpriced. I have NEVER been charged for gel removal. I went for a basic pedicure with Gel. I was expecting to pay $35 and was charged $50 for ONE BASIC pedicure. It’s been less than a week and the gel polish is starting to peel off of my toes.

This place is big, clean, and open with great parking. The nail techs here are quiet but very thorough! This is also a great place to bring your kids. They have tiny salon chairs and a designated play room. This is my favorite spot in Colorado springs so far.

The male artist did an amazing job with my nails and the over all experience was amazing! The phone wasn’t working so customers were coming in randomly, but they still took in a lot of customers. It was really nice to see them get the same experience ❤️

I went a few weekends ago, had an appt for two pedicures. The salon was busy when we arrived. Waited a few minutes to sit. The older woman that attended me rushed my pedicure. She was rough and put about 5 coats of the nail polish I chose. It didn’t even look like the color I selected. The young man who attended my mother took his time, but another woman finished up my moms pedicure and didn’t put a top clear coat. This was my fav mail salon, but I will not be returning. It was not a pleasant visit.

They were super nice. BUT the nail tech I had was very rough. She cut my fingers and my nails are super sore. She also cut my nails way too short. Also, very over priced. Paid $100 for my daughter and I to get manis.

My lady just came back from this place with her feet done and I just dropped her off somewhere else. Like the polishes bad... foot was ashy... foot skin was still dangling from her foot like they didnt even scrub it. Honestly, it looks like my 4 year old did it... just bad all around! She wont be going back... ever! I would of taken pictures but I cant let my lady go out like that.

1st time trying this place. I schedule a mani /pedi gel nails on Thursday April 15th (yesterday) and they have already chipped off. Im not one to get my nails done often, so I was really looking forward too treating myself. And now extremely disappointed I spent so much for something that lasted 24hours. I even tipped 20%.

I got a manicure with color for 35 dollars. They didnt shape them correctly and the paint has dents and scuffs in it already. I got it done yesterday . Staff left me unattended without explanation, and was rude to my sister acting like her nails were an inconvenience . Dont come here.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life the staff there is very obnoxious horrible customer service I would not recommend this place to no one I went there today and it was my first and last time going there because the nail polish was not done properly and I asked them to change that they curse me out and tell me I don’t have to come back there and the stones that I asked for they said they don’t have to do it and they did not do it never in my life again if I could give this place a zero star I would

Everytime I go here, they have always been quick to get me in a seat and started. The 2 yrs Ive been here Ive only gone here and have only had great results! Fast, nice, and professional salon . Thank you for getting me in last minute and still doing such a great job!The guy was quick and my nails still look great and not crooked they look natural and very elegant .

Nice place. Very nice nail techs! I didnt feel rushed. They treated my ingrown toe nail during my pedicure and didnt charge extra. They sanitize everything! As someone with a disease in my leg that is a great bonus. They were also very understanding with the disease and made sure to be careful and extra attention on that leg. Would go back.

WOW is all I can say! We had a group of 5 and we where extremely late, like 40 min, she waited for us and welcomed us in. Between her and another talented gentleman they did 3 acrylics and 2 gel nails in an hour and 30 min nothing was sloppy or half way done. This was my first time ever at a salon and it was excellent! She offered us chocolate and was to good to us. She left the salon open past the time of closing. Our nails look awesome, she has great prices, and offers a huge menu. Very impressed we will be back, Thank you!!!

MY HUSBAND AND I ONLY GO THERE THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN TJE OWNERS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE RESPECTFUL AND HOSPITABLE, ALWAYS AIMING TO PLEASE THEIR CUSTOMERS. PERSONALLY MY NAIL TECH YEN HAS BEEN DOING MY FEET AND NAILS FOR A FEW YEARS AND WHERE SHE GOES I WILL BE. SHE KNOWS MY FEET AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. MY HUSBAND JUST LOVES APRIL AS WELL SHE REALLY TAKES CARE OF HIS FEET AND HE LIKES THE WAY HIS FEET FEELS. BUT OVER ALL WE JUST LOVE THE ENVIRONMENT AND KINDNESS. WE FEEL COMFORTABLE HERE

This is the worst nail salon ever. The guy cut me 3 times because he wanted to rush due to being busy. So unprofessional. Nails were uneven, I couldn’t even continue. I asked to stop and be done. Now I’ll have to find a salon that KNOWS how to do nails and make them even. Please find new nail techs.

First time there. The lady refused to round my nails. She would only do the square ones. She refused to use any colors I wanted. I stupidly let her have her way cause I thought she knew what she was doing. I also paid for the basic foot soak. I got a feet dip, not a soak. Will NOT go back. My nails are already coming off after one week. Worst money spent ever!

Terrible, terrible, terrible, I had a nail technician get upset because I was comparing the shape of my nail to ensure I was satisfied. He became very aggressive and threw a tool down at me so I could take off the nail tips he had placed on my nail. Words were exchanged on both sides he then began to tell me to shut up and that I was rude for asking if he knew how to do the coffin shape. I am beyond mortified at the customer service I received. I ended up having to throw the box of nail colors because I was told three different times to shut up. None of the other three employees tried to advocate for me or calm their fellow coworker down. I am so disappointed this was the type of service I received from them. He must have been new because I had been previously going here for years and this was my first experience with this person. Usually they all seem to have a rude attitude but I always let it go but today I was fed up. As a PAYING customer I can quietly compare my nails to make sure the work I am PAYING for satisfys me. The other lady and I began to get into it as well because she was upset I had thrown the box which I completely understand. It was such a negative atmosphere not to mention there were children there at the time of the incident. I can not believe this is the manner in which these nail shop employees conducts themselves.

They were really nice, and quick to sit me down. My only complaint was for the price I had bubbles under my acrylics (for my wedding) and some of the nail polish was crooked. I didnt have time to get it fixed. Im sure if I had been able to go back they would have helped, but I didnt. Felt a little rushed through the process too. And the tech cut my skin by one of my nails and told me I had bad skin, but no other nail place has ever cut me before.

I was in need of a pedicure and this place was close. Im new to the area so I figured I would check it out. I think I shouldve listened to my gut when I walked in the door and walked right out. Although it looks like the do sanitize the tools they use, the place was not the cleanest. They didnt even bother to clean of the nail debris from the previous patrons prior to putting my hands on the desk. I had gel on previously, and two different people tried to drill the old stuff off despite my asking to have it soaked off. The lady that did my nails did an overall good job- until I realize half of the polish (gel that is) chipped off writhing 12 hours of getting home. I guess I have to go back today. :(. I would NoT recommend.

I took my 4 year old daughter for her first mani pedi today, and they were so sweet and good with her. They did a cute design without even being asked as well. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

They made me feel very welcomed and relaxed. I have ALWAYS hated people touching my feet because I have neuropathy, but they were able to give me a pedi without the pain.I strongly recommend them to anyone with diabetes that need proper foot care.

I love this place. My mom and I have been coming here for 3 years. My mom will be leaving soon by I will stay and I will always come here. Very friendly and does an awesome job on everything.

So far I love this place! My mother and I get our toes done here at least every 2 months and the one time I got my full set done here they lasted about 3-4 weeks before falling off. Usually they only last me about 1-2 weeks since I bite my natural nails very short and its very hard to get acrilics to stay on.

I always wondered why there were bad reviews because all of my experiences have been good until today. The workers I interacted with were rude, everything was rushed & they made me feel like an inconvenience. The acrylic wasn’t cleaned up around any of my cuticles, so between that & being rough with the drill to speed thru the service now several are inflamed & will probably end up needing soaked off because of how much it hurts. Im so disappointed with this place & won’t waste my time going back.

Aweful. DO NOT GO HERE. Took my 16yrold daughter to get nails taken off and a manicure. They hurt her, made her bleed, and made her cry on her birthday. Nails still undone. They would not refund me after they hurt my daughter. I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service

Been in the springs for about 5 months now and this place is the best place Ive found so far. Had a pedi and gel manicures done here. I do agree with a prior review that states that they did not clean up their station after every customer which is gross.

Ive come to this establishment on several occasions, but this time will be my last. I arrived shortly after opening and wasnt greeted in a friendly manner by the owner. The owner in the past has done a great job on my nails so I mentioned what I wanted then was passed off to another nail technician. Wasnt happy with the end result; my nails are asymmetrical and a few are slanted as they were filed down. I walked out and dont plan to walk back in. My complaint wasnt considered and wasnt followed by an apology. Tip: your attitude towards your customers is everything!

Terrible pedicure! I will NEVER go back. It was ovious, that they tried to get in as many customers as possible, in as little time possible! Rush, rush, rush....my pedi took maybe 15 min. And it showed....until they change, I will not recommend this place to anyone

Been there in several occasions now and I must agree with other customers they do an ok job and they are definitely overpriced. I paid $68 for a manicure and pedicure only because it was a last minute thing.

Love this place. I get dizzy from the smells and they always give me a mask. Lk nails I think is more ahead of most salons in the springs. They do ombré and my comme des garçon nails came out perfect!!!!all u have to do is tell her how u want your nails instead of sitting there not saying anything. I think the prices are fair. Also, I think their business practices are fair.

I wanted a full set and pedi. My full set turned out great! The pedi however was $28 and all she did was paint my toes. Im 8mo pregnant and swollen. I will never come here again, and i would not recommend them for a pedi.

Went in 30 before closing to get a refill only. The workers were sitting there talking to each other and when I asked for the refill they looked at each other then turned back to me and in a very rude tone said were closed...wont be coming back. I will give my business to someone who wants it

I have been to LK nails and spa on 5 occasion since Ive been in Colorado Springs. Everytime someone other then Lee does my nails they look awful. Today was my last time ever going there. The nail tech polished over my cuticle and disnt clean it up. There is cracking in the polish and i just walked out today 4/5/16. I wish I could leave a picture.

Ive been going here almost a year, hardly have had a problem. Today I went in to get a full set, the lady made my nails to short, she filed them an cut me twice, and did not shape them correctly. Then she gave me the incorrect color, as well as leaving nail glue on my finger. Im not going back again they just lost a customer.

Got some acrylic nails done here and they filed my natural nail beds down so low that I can’t even run my hands under water without it hurting. I don’t know how you can file nails down THAT low but I won’t be going here again.
