It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, there was a 30 minute wait but we actually only waited 15 minutes before we were seated for pedicures. Tracy did my nails and she was great, awesome conversationalist!

Had a mani/pedi with Kayla today. She did a fabulous job, finally found my go to place and nail tech. The owners should be glad they have a fantastic employee who does such a detailed and wonderful job. She is a very nice young lady and I definitely will be back to see her. Vivi did an amazing pedicure on me. I got the color brick chic, I think. And Hellen did my eyebrows. I love it all. I will be back. Before you go know they only take a cash tip.

Super fast but my nail tech did not clean the area at all before helping me. My nail shape is laughable and there’s weird bumps on the polish. They didn’t even bother paint the edges of nails or clean up the underneath when. I had a fill done. Definitely somewhere to go if you’re on a budget and aren’t too particular

I paid over $40 for a dipped manicure. The color was not what I was expecting at all- which I was eventually fine with. But then two of my nails chipped within 3 days. I had to get them removed so quick after getting them done.

I went in for a pedicure and we were probably only in there for 30 minutes at most. it was so rushed my nails looked so bad and she cut my nails so short and they hurt now. i’m glad the lady who did my nieces nails didn’t cut them because they probably would’ve hurt her too. they also only take cash tips so keep that in mind. i went home and repainted my nails. worst pedicure i’ve ever had

I went on NYE as I walk in and got great service. My original nail shop had over booked me. As a walk in here I was treated great and my nails looked good. I came today as a walk in and it was much slower than the holiday. My nails are starting to lift and I really needed a fill. I was asked to schedule an appt even when I saw there was not even a long as a wait as before. I will not be returning if they are this fickle with their patrons. They lost a potential long time customer.

My last experience at this business was lacking, but I gave this business another chance because of the location being convenient, and their customer service was wonderful. I dont know what brought about the change in customer service, but Im so happy. Will be back.

I had Vivi (I think that’s how you spell it) and she was so sweet! I got a shellac manicure, and she was so gentle, especially with my cuticles. She shaped my nails exactly as asked, and the polish isn’t thick and “bubbly”. I will definitely be returning!

Went with my mom to get pedicures. They were friendly. We made reservations and mom did have to wait a little bit but it wasnt bad.We got the deluxe pedicures and they were really nice. Mine was nice and gentle and did a great job painting my toes.Would recommend and will return.

Just left from the salon and I will NEVER be going back! The lady who did my nails was rude and in such a rush. She spent more time answering the phone and helping with the door than she did on my nails. She did a full gel set under 30 minutes which would have been nice if they looked good. Not only do my nails have this weird bubbling, it is messy. Parts of my thumb nail did not have color on it and she seen it. Instead of adding more color she wiped off of the color in the side of my nail! She was very ruff and made me bleed not once but twice!!! For their high prices I definitely expected better. I would never recommend it is a waste of MONEYYYYY!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! Ridiculous!

Cute place. Just left the salon and I was serviced by Helen. She is amazing. Friendly, attentive and patience. I went in and asked her for a soft stiletto nails and she she walked me through everything from length, to thickness and she was super patience while I kept changing my mind about the color I wanted. A bit pricey (but understandable with what I wanted; gel changing color). So ladies if you ever decide to go I would ask for Helen :)

I will not be returning to this nail salon. I made an appointment to get my nails done for an important event. The woman who did my nails name was Helen. She did my nails as quickly as possible. That would have been okay if she wasnt sloppy. My nails look terrible because she was more worried about getting me in and out than doing a quality job. I will NEVER go here to get my nails again. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is an excellent salon. They do great manicures and pedicures. I always have the deluxe service. It costs a little more but is worth it. It is a busy place so I would suggest making an appointment in advance. They are being careful during the pandemic and have hand sanitizer available and everyone wears a mask. Great service, healthy atmosphere - what more could you want?!

Went with my mom and daughter had a scheduled appointment. Very rushed, werent done together either. My daughter had acrylic nails done they were very clubby looking very thick and misshapened. My manicure and pedi polish was grainy & bumpy. They used old polish and old top coat and didnt make sure old polish was completely removed either. My moms mani pedi was outstanding. Everyone after us was taking quickly and they seemed to take their time with them. Would of complained but figured it wouldnt of done any good just wont go back. The owner or manager should check everyones work and ask if their happy. I guess this is how I know they really dont care just want your money . Volume instead of quality. Manager or owner keep saying we would be done together but never was. Also Im a licensed cosmetologist of 20 years so I do have experience to back this up.

Nail tech laughed at my 7 year old daughter who asked for a manicure saying she didnt have long enough nails. 1. Incredibly rude and cruel. & 2. Since when did you have to have long nails to get a manicure?

Having just moved to this area,I was dreading having to find a new nail technician that not only cared about quality of workmanship but also was able to handle “Pinterest “ designs. Vivi has been Wonderful! She is precise, and willing to take on eventhe most difficult designs. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Liked the nails and design. However, it was almost impossible to take the acrylic off. Once I finally did get it off, my nails were very brittle. Could not get my nails done for a while because of that.

Ask for VeeVee. She is so good.

Extremely messy. The lady doing my nails looked like she was struggling really hard with the acrylic powder. Used her finger to try and smooth out the acrylic she had just put on my nails, so I had a finger print smear. I asked for her to make them thin, she didn’t do that. She cut them weird, making the ends of my nails wider than the mail towards my cuticle. The paint wasn’t on the entire part of my nail. She missed some places. Overall terrible and I won’t be going back.

Absolutely Amazing Staff! They took their time and was very attentive to what I wanted. A toe nail messed up and I didnt even have to ask for them to fix it. They offered drinks and everything. I will be returning!!!

All of the lady’s working there are really nice and take time and really concentrate on your nails. They make sure they are to your liking and if they messed up they fix it right away. If I mess it up they fix it right away. They were very understanding and sweet lady’s to me and my sister and we love our nails and how they turned out. 100% recommend this place!!

I wish I could give them a higher rating. The service was phenomenal. Came in an hour before closing as a walk -in and was able to get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. The staff was great I believe Leo did my nails and they turned out amazing . Better than what I expected and had in mind.Natalie did my pedicure a few minutes after they closed and did an amazing job as well. Definitely will be going back and would recommend to anyone .

I found my nail guy!!! This place is the best. Clean and a tone of colors to choose from even with healthy nails. They use a disposable liner for all pedicures. The attention to detail is wonderful. My nails are beautiful.

Seeing as it was Helens first day back open during this crazy time! She got us in early and done quick ! BIBI did my nails and Mark did my daughters and wow we are so pleased! Once again great work!!!

The first time I had a really nice woman who did a great job. The second time I had who I assume was the boss. She was extremely rude, even argued with me about the color. This last time it was a man, he was nice but did a rushed job. He missed the side of almost every nail. Most of them look like they are popping up. When I asked him to fix it he tried, but not much he could do to fix because it was how he placed the tip. Nothing about them looks natural. Also, I don’t know why they even bother making appointment when they don’t honor the time. I called because they closed in the next few hours. I wanted to make sure they could get to me before driving out there. He told me to come in 30min before they closed. Then I waited 40min before they even started on my nails(I wish they had just told me they didn’t have time). When the boss left she turned of the tv and music. So it was just me and him sitting in awkward silence. Spend $50 to be very disappointed.

I was there to have my nails filled, after all they were the ones who put a full set of acrylic nails on. This would have been my 3rd time going there. But after she cut them all off, Misty and the owner said to come back when Im feeling better. Then they made the decision to charge me $10. I have Rheumatoid arthritis in every joint of my body. My hands are crippled from it. I dont get to feel better. She said my fingers are too crippled and she cant put a new set on. (When she was the person who had put the set on originally) I have been getting my nails done for 30+ years, Ive also had Arthritis since I was 6 yrs old. I have never had a nail business refuse to do my nails. But Misty and the owner did just that!! Needless to say I wont be going back!!

If I could give a lower rating I definitely would! My brother surprised me for my birthday to get my nails done. Everyone was super nice who helped us. BUT the next day I was washing baby bottles and the nail from my nail come off in one whole section. And then washing a few dishes all of the nail polish ended up coming off. When I made efforts to get into contact with them and see if they could redo them it went to voicemail and I left a message and they never called back.

I’m super picky about where I go and who does my nails. I have to say this place is great! Super friendly staff that make you feel welcomed. Missy is a pleasure and funny and does great work! When I come here I know she’s going to take care of me! Highly recommend this place and ask for Missy she’s amazing!

Helen has a fantastic staff - I LOVE coming here! Kim is amazing - and shes so patient with my 2 year old which us huge for me because shes always with me.Kim takes her time, always making sure the shape and length are perfect. Im a liiitle picky and she is the only nail tech I have been to in a long time that listens and doesnt rush to get another person in her chair. I cant say enough great things about them!

My nails look horrible I asked the lady to remake them 3 times and she argued with me telling me they were fine, I asked for almond nails and that is not what was done for me. she also messed up the nail polish and just went ahead and tried to paint over it, I tried speaking with the owner and the owner assured they were fine. I was rushed out my seat in order for her to start on someone else, the polish was not done drying so I just sat there with no fan no nothing waiting for them to dry, they dont clean up the nail bed like any other place they just apply the acrylic. I left very disappointed and paid $35 just for acrylic nails that were horrible

Made an appointment at 3, i got my nails done, but she rushed and i asked for another layer and pointed out it looked funny but she said it was my fault for bumping it which I didnt, she didnt really take her time and now they dont look good i didnt want to complain, but our feet got done good

I came here my first time last week and saw Missy. She did a great job with my fill! I was so pleased with their service, that I went back a few days later for a pedicure that Kayla did- and she did an awesome job! I’ll definitely be back.

Not even a week after getting my nails done they started cracking and chipping. I called to set up an appointment and the lady never asked my name before hanging up quickly. I show up at my appointment time and have to wait an hour. By then it was so close to closing that they rushed through my nails. I get dipping powder and out of 5 years I have never had dip crack. And I asked for coffin shape and each nail is a different shape. I have never been so unhappy. Do not come here!!!

Ive been a customer off and on for over 10 years. The owners (Mark and his wife Helen) have always provided me with excellent service. Today I went it for a pedicure and my poor toes had ingrown nails. I specifically asked the nail tech to be VERY gentle because they hurt so bad. He was perfectly gentle and took his time. His name was pronounced HI. My toes went in for what I call surgery and HI did an amazingly gentle job and got those owies out! Love this place!

Most of the reviews on here are fake (just look at the “name”) and posted by the owner to boost rating reviews. I gave this salon a couple of chances and was let down with lack of care in service and application of nails (shellac or acrylic). Take your money and time somewhere where they don’t fake their reviews and actually care about doing a good job on your nails.

The most diverse staff nail salon ever. The service was speedy and efficient. I loved the cute butterfly chair for kids pedicure.

I just spent $48 on a manicure and all of my nails look lumpy, they are all different shapes, she didnt push back my cuticles so none of my nails start at the same place, I have nail polish all over my fingers. I went in to get my nails done for a wedding and this is what I have to go to the wedding with. Highly upset. I would expect my nails to look perfect after spending almost $50. I will not be returning

I went in here because I was hoping for a good experience after reviews. Needless to say I will not return. I asked them for a fill and color. When taking off my old color they left it there staying color doesnt come off real nails... Um.okay, Ill just go with it.. Then as he globs on the color and says Im done, I show him all the mistakes, so he globs on some more... Then I go up front because at this point its been an hour and they keep getting worse and worse. I tell them in not happy and I really dont think its right for me to pay or just pay in full. They said I HAD to pay. So I did to not cause any issues but Im extremely upset with the customer service and Lack of knowledge. I will not recommend them at all. They just want money and dont care about the outcome of it.

Not impressed at all. Paid 35.00 for a manicure and gel polish. Which is kinda pricey for me. When I left I was okay with my nails so was okay. Not 2 hours later I notice almost every nail is bubbled up. I felt rushed through my appointment. The lady did my nails rushed the paint and just got up and immediately went to someone else. I didnt know if I was done if I needed to pay someone else or what. Very disappointing to pay so much and end up with bubbles. Its obvious the paint didnt get set right as when I pushed down on the bubble wet paint gushed out. I will not recommend or return. The quality of finished nails not good. Customer service horrible.

We got two Pedicures and two nail polishes. $160My finger nails look terrible. Nothing like what I showed her I wanted. Rushed through it and it looks awful. Same with my moms. Our feet look no different from when we came in (and they were not bad at all). My moms toe nails were cut crooked, mine not cut at all. My toe nail design is the only thing we liked. Definitely wont go back. I got my eyebrows done here once too and they also looked terrible. I shouldve learned from that.

Im not sure if it was an off day or what... but I didnt get great nails. I went in for a fill and a pedicure. My feet looked worse when I was done. I take very good care of them myself, but I like to go in for maintenance once a month. Once the lotion dried, my feet were rough enough to catch on my socks when leaving. They did a great job with the nails themselves. Im also very ticklish and a little wiggly at times, so Im sure that didnt help.As for my manicure, I was told that it was the owner who did my fingers. I told her that I wanted a basic fill. I told her how I wanted the colors and what shape they needed to be right off the bat. She tried to upsell me a few times, but I wasnt interested. After that, she did the normal fill. She used the dremel to smooth the top, but didnt really use the sponge file enough to make it really smooth. It was still a bit rough and uneven. She was trying to put cuticle oil on when I had to remind her about the shape. I have almond nails, but they had rounded out a bit since my last fill, so I needed them taken down a bit and sharpened up. She didnt shorten them hardly and all and left my nails different lengths. The edges were left sharp and not smoothed out so that it was very obvious that these were acrylicShe then started on the paint. Im not sure if the pink that I picked had been thinned out to last longer, but it look about 5 coats just to get even coverage. She didnt wait for the nails to dry in between coats, so there are streaks and bubbles in the polish. The polish didnt even cover my entire finger! It completely (and very visibly) left the sides exposed.At this point, I had already paid. She had me pay before doing my nails for whatever reason. I even tipped ahead of time. My mistake. But to put the cherry on the cake, SHE OVER CHARGED ME. The price for a basic pedicure is $26. That was fine. The price for a fill was listed on their wall as being $20. I did basic acrylic for my fill. I did basic polish as well. But somehow, she thought that it was appropriate to charge me $25 for subpar service.I was so upset. It was my anniversary and I had to go out with awful nails and scratchy feet. Not to mention that it took over 3 hours for everything. I had to push back my dinner reservation.Now I have to go spend extra money just to have someone fix this. I am severely disappointed.

The worst pedicure ive ever had. They werent busy at all and the lady was showing a new employee how to do a pedicure. In 11 minutes, I had everything done and was already getting a massage. The people who came in that they knew by name received the royal treatment though. My eyebrows were done in probably 2 minutes, as she had her regular customer waiting for her. Needless to say, they arent even. Wont be going back EVER.

If I could give less than one star I would. I went in to have my eyebrows done and an employee named Lu-Ann ruined them. She didnt ask before cutting them down, but did make a point to keep commenting on what she did not like on my face. HORRIBLE SERVICE. When I told her that I was very unhappy with the job, she attempted to make it my fault and told me that my eyebrows were thin when that wasnt even the issue that I had with the work that she did. All she had to do was own it and apologize and I wouldnt have even felt the need to submit this review. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

I’ve been getting Acrylics for 8 years and this is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I got my nails done today and it looks like I’ve had them for weeks! And they’re horribly done might I add. DO NOT GO HERE
