I had never had a massage before and my masseuse was amazing ! She walked me through everything and made me feel super comfortable. I know I may not have anything to compare to but that was the one of the best experiences of my life. The amenities were so clean and nice . The steam room, showers, relaxation room, and sauna were all divine ! I would definitely book again!

The amenities and staff were so clean and nice, but when it came to my massage, my masseuse, Madison was less than satisfactory. I have been to many massages before and know a little bit what to expect especially when I comes to nice posh places such as Strata. I had signed up for a full body massage with emphasis on my legs bc of some recent inflammation. To begin the massage, she began with cold hands which was very unpleasant and started off on the wrong foot. She barely touched my legs throughout the massage, except to run down my shins a couple times. While I was the first in my group of three to go to my massage, I finished much earlier than the rest of my group who were called back just minutes afterward. I thought maybe that was how the massage was supposed to go at Strata, until I spoke with the rest of my party that had come with me, and they received amazing full body massages with heated hands, and full massages from their scalp to their toes just how I was expecting to also be treated . I think I would definitely try this place again just because of the amazing amenities, but I will never be booking with Madison again.
