No one will answer the phone, we went to the place and there’s signs saying it’s open but the doors are locked. My wife was knocking on the door waiting while one of the workers was taking a break outside watching the whole thing. They obviously don’t need business. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your time.

I love Erin Fach! She does an awesome job on my hair cut & highlights blending my color. My daughter is mixed & she does a great job in keeping it trimmed & conditioned.

The salon is very nice. It has individual boots rooms that are private. Appointment times that can vary. Very competent cosmetologist.

I would say I like this place but when I called and asked they gave me two numbers to contact over text. So I contacted both of them. They directed me to someone else, then that person directed me to someone else. Then that lady said she could do my hair but then never replied. I messaged back and she messaged me finally saying she couldnt do my hair? Like okay Ive talked to at least 4 different people and no one wanted to do my hair. Super disappointed I wont be calling them anytime soon. I found a way better salon

Jamie Goldman was a life saver. She was the sweetest, made me feel very beautiful and calm. She was filled with ideas with makeup and hairstyles. It turned out an amazing experience. Thank you Jamie Ill be coming back to you next time I visit.

I was serviced at Phenomenal Vision and had great service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and has great shop etiquette and conversation. Very clean and professional.

Called to make an appointment and Langley was extremely rude after finding out I had a radio shopping show voucher she said she was booked for a month and a half and wouldnt be able to honor my voucher if it expires. This makes me extremely mad because Im being treated like some poor chump when I have thousands of dollars in the bank. Very bad customer service and word of mouth is a real thing 😡😤

My hairstylist Is John Aultman and he is fantastic!!! He does a great job on my hair color and my gray is very stubborn, but he goes over and beyond to make sure all my gray is gone, Im always satisfied. When cutting my hair he always takes his time and makes sure Im happy with it. Hes a perfectionist!

John Aultman is a genius with hair. In 21 years of getting my hair professionally done he is the first professional Ive encountered who actually listen to his clients and give them exactly what they ask for, plus he is a wonderful guy all around. I had previously went to another salon and I learned the hard way as I left crying that place. The previous salon always double booked so I was always handed off to the assistant still in training while they didnt give me what I wanted. Which is why I love the one-on-one attention you get at Phenix. I actually walk out with what I want, color and cut both. I learned so much from John and now feel my hair is in safe, confident hands. I wouldnt go anywhere else, but do your research on finding the right professional for you.

The staff here are always upbeat and happy. Everyone is talented and very kind.

When choosing a salon do your research on the hairstylist. My hair looks like it’s been done from someone who’s never been to cosmetology school before. It’s terrible.
