I love this place !!! They really get to know you and start great conversation and use natural professional products on you. They use their time wisely and The price is slightly higher than usual but you really get a therapeutic feel from it and you get the care that you deserve. 10/10 coming back

If you are wanting a fancy, from-from spa, this is not the place for you. If you are wanting a wonderful pedicure done by an amazing woman who takes pride in your work, this is the place. From the moment I walked in, it felt like being at an aunties house, being pampered and hanging out in the girls club. This was one of the best pedicures I’ve had. Tammy fit my friend and I in last minute and took wonderful care of us. The tea tree oil she used in the foot soak was invigorating and lovely. I didn’t know what color to pick for my nails. Tammy surprised me with an incredible mermaid color, perfect for the beach.

She was not only extremely accommodating but very friendly and listened to all of my needs to a T. The loving energy she gives and the smiling faces as soon as you walk in makes the experience that much better.Pricing may be more than some are used to but let me tell you she is absolutely worth it. I went a long time with no foot care. Tammy gave me five star education along with my pedicure. As a diabetic this was an invaluable service, over and above normal business Practice. I will be coming back as a regular. My foot health was more important to her than just making a sale.

As soon as I walked in Tammy made me feel like I was intruding on her conversation with other staff and snack time. I was escorted back to a small room with no a/c and left there to soak my feet in cold water for 14 minutes. She rushed the pedicure, used a scrub brush that was old and looked used 🤢 and didn’t assist me with putting on my shoes so, I messed up my big toe which she re-polished and left red polish all over my toe. After all this charged me $40 😳 worst place I’ve been to in my 53 years!! If I could rate 0 stars or -0 is more like it...I would have.

Tammy is an absolute joy and Blessing!! My nails and cuticles look amazing and flawless and her prices are very affordable. Better than what you’d pay at a normal salon and quality is much better. But what really made my experience was Tammy herself. To me Customer Service is everything. She blew me out of the water with her presence and kindness. Beautiful personality. HIGHLY recommended. She’s been in Colorado Springs since 1983. She has forever earned by business!! I cant wait to come back and see her. :)

Visiting from out of town and so glad I found this gem. Wonderful. Relaxing. Very clean. Classical music instead of blairing TV. Private pedi room for two. WONDERFUL. I wish I could take Tammi home with me.

Tammy was beyond welcoming, I knew within the first 3 minutes of being in her salon that this was my new nail home. Very kind; greeted us by name and was extremely friendly and funny. I have a really bad nail injury on my thumb on my left hand that has kept me from getting a manicure for YEARS, but Tammy handled it with care, she knew exactly how to take care of it and how to get me to relax. Now, I can’t even tell that half my nail is deformed and missing, it looks like a normal nail. Super thankful for this experience and expertise, would 200% recommend Nails by Tammy Ko.

Facility was NOT clean(dirty & dusty), Expensive for what I received, Nails popped off less than a week later, she cut me multiple times during the manicure, glued all of my fingers together, & was on the phone the whole time. Would not recommend and wont be going back.

Tammy is the sweetest lady who seems to really care about those who come through her door. Not like your typical nail salon, feels like your sitting with your aunt or grandma while getting nails done. I got a full set and Tammy really took her time and made sure I liked how they were shaped/done. Cost a little more than the malls/other salons but quality professional service should not be cheap. Its just her not an assembly line of techs so appointments are necessary. 10/10 recommend.

Honestly, I did not like the job she did on my nails, but the experience alone more than makes up for that. The shop is clean, comfortable, and private. Tammy is a very sweet and personable lady. The next time I visit Colorado Ill go again in a heart beat.

I went in last minute for a pedicure. Tammy used one tool, nail clippers, after a long soak and some lotion after. No cuticle work or other typical efforts. I suspect she thought I was unfamiliar with pedicures.

It’s not like any of the strip mall shops. Tammy is awesome, takes appointments, is friendly, does a great job on mani and pedi and wants to make sure you like the color and your nails before you leave. She didn’t cause me to bleed like other places I’ve been too. Will definitely be going back and strongly recommend her.

I have been coming to Tammy for about four years and she is professional and very friendly. Her salon is clean and very homey. She will do an awesome job no matter what you are having done. Shes been doing nails for a long time, is very experienced and gets you in and out fast with new beautiful nails. Her prices are very reasonable compared to other salons in town and you will not be disappointed. I have never been as happy with a nail tech as I am with Tammy. It’s Presidents Day and usually locally owned small shops are closed. I called the number on google to see if Tammy had any availability for an immediate walk-in. She said yes, I’ll be there in ten minutes. I thought that was odd until I showed up at her shop and it was locked up. Five minutes later Tammy walks you and unlocks the door and guides me in. She had worked that morning and gone gone for the day when I called, but since she was out running errands she figure “Why not?” (Her words). I LOVED that. She came in especially for me even though we had never met. She did a great job on my nails and I was never bored or uncomfortable with the constant conversation. She has made a client for life.

I didn’t have time to go to my usual place after work, so I stopped by here on my lunch break, since it was right by my work. I was very unhappy but didn’t have anytime to fix it. Some of my nails were a completely different shape then the rest that were coffin, some of them are longer than others, and I paid extra for gel only to have her be so rushed she only did one coat! If I’m paying that much for a fill, I think they could at least take the time to do both coats, so my nails aren’t see through. And maybe spend a little extra time shaping. She was very nice, which made me want to come back, but after the outcome I would never.

So I had a bad day and my normal place was fully booked. God gave me Tammy. I called around five and she said shed wait for me and THIS WOMAN CAME BACK TO WORK JUST FOR ME. My first time even meeting her. If that doesnt speak volumes about how she runs her business and what kind of person she is, idk what would. She is easily the best, friendliest SWEETEST nail tech Ive come across. I will be back for sure. Not only did I fall in love with her-my nails look great. No other place has proactively offered the cuteness Tammy did. I cant even believe people like her still bless this earth. I am living for these nails🖤

I was visiting family in Colorado Springs and needed to get my nails done. Having read positive reviews about Tammy, I gave her a try. It has only been 12 days since getting my nails done and two have broken. She mentioned several times how strong her nails are. I routinely get my nails done and have never even had one break. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and even upset I tipped 20% for such poor work. She even left glue under the nails which I had never had happen before, overall very sloppy. At the salon, I was pleased as Tammy is friendly and her space is clean but if you care about quality I would not recommend this place.

I will never go to another nail place in Colorado Springs. Tammy is a wonderful person and does such a fabulous job! Tammy was very nice but the services she provided did not match the price. I have travelled extensively and have had my nails done all over and have never paid the prices she charged. Not to mention when I left my heels still looked dry and cracked and my daughters nails while beautiful began cracking a few days after.

Yes, Tammy’s nice, but I was shocked at the prices! I took my 10 year-old niece here for her birthday and we both got pedicures. My niece’s took about 15 minutes, and mine didn’t include any massage, lotion, or any other of the standard features other places typically offer. We both thought the water was hot and when my niece told her, she said, “It’s not hot at all.” The price for pedicure is $40 (even for the 10 year-old who just soaked her feet and got them painted), so $80 total. She seemed disappointed in my tip, and asked me if I was sure that’s how much I wanted to leave her. Overall, not a timely process and we ended up being late dropping her at her dad’s.It would be nice if the prices were posted online so it’s not this crazy surprise at the end. As I was sitting there, I was frantically looking for prices on the website because I always worry when they don’t mention them anywhere. I was right.

I came across Tammys sweet, quaint, little shop a little over a year ago and have had nothing but pleasant experiences since. I can tell that Tammy cares about her work and her customers. She is very personal, friendly and always exceeds my expectations.

My nails were uneven and not shaped well. when I called I asked how much is a refill. stated $35. I had no nail art, all one color and a pedicure. My pedicure was a basic pedicure and I was charged $80!!! Didnt have a matching color for my toenails so had to go and buy a color that matched my nails and redo my toenails. Not a good experience, will not come back.

I gave her a picture and she did the opposite of the picture my nails are all slanted to the right and she rushed towards the end because more people kept coming in my colors are two different colors and not even as dark as what I wanted and she did my finger it felt like she broke my nail on my pinky

My husband purchased a gift certificate for a mani/pedi for me. My nail experience was above and beyond what you would find at any nail salon. Tammy is meticulous and painted my nails perfectly. She even gave me a great suggestion to add some special sparkle to add to the detail of my manicure. The pedi that Tammy gave me was one of the most relaxing experiences ever. It was peace and quiet and her chairs are magnificent. They have a seat warmer for cold days and the massage was excellent. Tammy spent way more time than normal giving me a foot massage and perfecting my rough feet from all the running I do. She even relieved my pain from an ingrown toenail. Her products were very nice, essential oils and helped soften my skin. This salon is for people that like to be pampered and have individual care without the hustle and bustle of traditional nail salons that cater to many people at one time. I would highly recommend a visit to Tammy’s Nail salon so you too can experience top notch service and care for your beautiful nails.
