I brought my Mom here because I know she loves a good foot massage. One of the reasons I made an appointment here was because they had massage stones. Also I love that they have numerous techs that can take care of my mom and me at the same time. Mimi and Lana did fantastic and were very personable. We were from out of town and highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I was a walk in, was seen quickly for a mani pedi and had great service throughout all of it. May, the tech who did my nails, did a wonderful custom design that matched my picture perfectly. She was so accommodating and went the extra mile for me. Also, the settings on the massage chairs were the most customizable Ive seen in salons, it was nice. Would definitely recommend!

I came in and asked for a long tapered square nail.... come to find nobody knows how to do that there. I was passed around 2 techs and neither knew what they were doing. I don’t understand why they even seated me if they couldn’t do what I had asked for. I started to get extremely itchy and burning nail beds. I personally believe it’s because they don’t clean their tools. Turn people away if you can’t provide a service. The experience was a scam, the shape came out hideous. I would have took them off before I left but they had already taken off and re applied tips 2x because they couldn’t get the length or shape. I’ll never go to a cutshop again. Lesson learned!

My nail tech was awesome (Lily) and I enjoyed chatting with her during the pedicure. I was impressed with the pedicure, and think it is one of the best I have gotten in a long time. The only area of improvement would be on the scheduling/management side. I made a same day appointment and was told the time I requested would work. When I arrived I was directed to a chair, but then waited for 20 minutes until my tech was free. This is a scheduling issue that needs to be resolved by management. If the time is not free, just be honest with your clientele.But for a great pedicure, ask for Lily!

Today was my second time at this salon. Both times I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to get me in within 15 minutes.Tom did a great job with the gel dip. His technique keeps the gel really thin and natural looking at the cuticle.

The facility was beautiful, bright, clean and plenty of space, but unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon. The staff showed little to no urgency with clients, and although I made a 10:45 a.m. appointment online, a nail tech didnt start on my gel manicure until 11:20 a.m. and walked away a few times throughout. As much as I want to leave a positive review, because my nails turned out great, I think this salon desperately needs more staff and needs to follow a better appointment (or non appointment) system. After seeing all of the great reviews on here, I was very surprised by my experience.

Made an appointment and got seen on time. Picked out my nail polish and Loan started my pedicure. She was friendly and I asked her if she would do my manicure and she said yes. She also started scraping the polish on my finger nails while she painted my toe nails. Had my manicure done in the same comfortable chair where I had my pedicure done. Will go back when my nails grow back and will ask for Loan. She was great and I felt comfortable getting my pedicure and manicure there.

I loved my first experience at the salon. It was clean and inviting. The service was wonderful! They got you in on time, and as I watched everyone was greeted immediately at the door. Plenty of colors to choose from too...give them a try!

The guy who did my nails was completely rude after I asked I wanted tips on my toenails and he told me that’s really expensive and he didn’t even tell me after I asked …. just walked away to gossip with his co workers….. I was already waiting for an hour with my husband and the man was extremely rude. The other lady was super nice she at least made conversation and made us feel comfortable. I didn’t want to seem rude to ask for someone else because of the wait time and we were already running late. Completely rough with my nails and smacked my feet to get a slight rather than lightly tapping, even his co worker looked at me right after to see how I would react and I kept my composure

I would like to first start by saying when I was getting my nails done the young lady kept cutting and burning me, however I just kept silent! She seemed very young and inexperienced! Furthermore, after a week my gel nails started to chip, lift and break. I work in a office setting so there’s really no excuse for my nails to look like they did ! I don’t recommend this establishment ! A waste of money !

They did a great job but... they were very slow, I had appointment at 12:30 and left at 3:30. Got a pedi cure and fill. There cleanliness and timing has something to desire. My nails and toes look great though!!

Decided to try this place out since it’s closer than my typical shop. After waiting 30 minutes in the pedicure chair, a woman came to do my pedicure. (Also note: I was a walk-in on a Sunday morning and they surprisingly weren’t that busy. )She wasnt very nice or inviting. Never really said anything to me except to ask what color I wanted.The pedicure seemed rushed too. She would kind of just run the tools over my toes (sometimes she wasn’t even looking ). Overall, probably wouldnt come back. The gel polish also has a bunch of streaks in it ..doesn’t have a smooth finish what so ever.

I’ve been going to this salon for the last year plus and feel the service and quality has really gone down hill. I get dip manicures every four-five weeks. Normally I have no issues with breakage. Two of the last three times I’ve visited my nails chipped or fell off between 7-14 days.The first time I went to get them fixed and was charged for a full dip change. I’ve been doing dip manicures for 3 years and have not had these issues. Do not recommend visiting this salon.

I had a very nice pedicure and then a full pink and white set with Jenny. She did a terrific job! I haven’t had my nails done in almost two years and I think this is the happiest I’ve ever been - she asked enough questions to get the perfect shape and length for me. I’ll be back and will recommend!

Will not return. Service wasnt friendly--the nail techs didnt make any conversation with us and gossiped with each other about other employees. Was very awkward, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. They were obviously in a hurry to get out before a long weekend. My partners French manicure was rushed--lines so uneven and bulky looking despite numerous attempts to correct the nail tech. Had to go to another salon to get them fixed before engagement photos.

Very nice people and clean but maybe not the best quality...

If you plan on spending the day with your daughters to get mani/pedis - just know this. They are oriented toward profit and they really dont care whether you spend the day getting a mani - pedi and discussing life with your kid. They care about profit and it shows in how they are trying to get people in and out. If you call ahead of time and make an appointment they will take it as an appointment - but it wont matter. You will sit in the chairs waiting your turn along with the walkins. This is a good place to go if you need to get in today - but working off of appointments really wont matter. Just know that ahead of time and you will not be disappointed. I will make spa days with my daughters with a different business and if I want to get in today and walk in - without my daughters I will go here. Count on at least 2 1/2 hours here.

They really pampered me. They were very attentive and kind. During these times Im so grateful for a place like this. I just wanted ny nails done for my birthday and they definitely accommodated me.

I have been to this salon multiple times and have been happy until this last time. My nail tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not even say hello and was on her phone during the service with head phones in. When you get your nails done and pay that much money it should be a pleasant experience. Will not be returning.

We had scheduled a 530 appointment. We arrived 5 minutes before appt. time. We were directed back to the pedicure stations shortly after we arrived. We then waited until close to 6 PM, nobody had come, there was no water drawn for us to soak our feet in while we waited. And honestly it was not very clean. So we ended up leaving. We decided to not be obnoxious with our disappointment, so we left quitely and nobody stopped us or asked what was wrong. It felt like we weren’t there to begin with, and we weren’t noticed when we left. I have been to numerous nail salons and I don’t think I have ever felt as invisible as I did in this experience. I believe better communication overall from any staff member would’ve been helpful.

Terrible service. Maybe they do great work, I don’t know, but they argued with me for about ten minutes on what to get done when all I wanted was a full set. Nearly refused to speak to me and basically pushed me out the door like they were too busy to fit me in for the appointment I’d scheduled the day prior. I tipped well because that will be my one and only visit to the salon EVER. I really can’t explain how rude these people were to me.Update: I mean I guess thanks for the reply but not really because you lied. Literally nobody talked to me yesterday. You all were incredibly rude and again I are an appointment AND CONFIRMED the day before. It’s your fault for over booking 100% and you should’ve just apologized and let me know instead of trying to rush me out because I would’ve been happy to reschedule. Tom did an amazing job! I come here regularly and often get different techs. I always get a French pedicure and I’m pretty picky on shape and Tom did it absolutely perfect and just the way I like it. I have always been happy with the service but Tom is the best!

Vinny is seriously amazing!! I have been to so many places where I’m either not getting great customer service or great quality. I am very picky about nail shape, and from the first day he listened and has perfect work! He is detailed and consistent! I highly recommend this place and for sure Vinny.

I drive a distance to this salon because it is worth it. My nails look beautiful. Nathan does a fabulous dipping powder, french manicure and they last 3 weeks! I also enjoy their massage chairs while getting my pedicures. They use all the Covid-19 safety protocols. All around great experience every time.

I have been dying to find a nail place in Colorado Springs and I think I found it! The facility is beautiful and the people are extremely nice! I felt welcomed and not rushed at all. The amount of dip color choices they have is insane! I look like I got a fresh dip manicure and all I did was get a dip color change. My nails look awesome!

I went to get my nails done. I am prospecting Nail Salons for my wedding & if this was a good experience I was going to book with them. They were extremely rude & unprofessional. I left without any services. They had potential to do my entire bridal party & I will be going elsewhere. I was excited due to the size & cleanliness of the place. However I refuse to give service to people who act like doing their own job is a disservice to the customer.

Pedicure was decent. Got a full set (powder), I asked for all matte black and 2 white and black marbles nails. Instead of the mail tech telling me he couldn’t do marble he attempted and it looks terrible. Also when he was finished my nails were bending completely down and mushy and he tried to send me off ! The owner came and said the tips he used were soft and the powder he used was also too soft that’s why they weren’t drying so she removed and re did them, the shaping was terrible, lumpy crooked nails and she did the marbling even worse! I had been there for 5 hours, I just paid and left and she took off a total $5!

I have gotten my nails done here for quite some tine and kept giving them a chance but every time i go i never get my nails done when i have an appointment . i usually end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour. i booked an appointment with vinny and when i show up mind you i drove 30 minutes to get there they say oh he’s 2 hours behind. maybe call me and tell me that? like it was almost like that was a normal thing. don’t reconnect if you actually like getting things done when you make the appointment

This place is pretty chill. A lil rough with the cuticles this time but other than that, its a decent spot.

Really liked this place when they first opened. The busier they have gotten the worse their customer service has become. My last two visits have been waits of an hour and over a half an hour. With and without appointments. Phones ringing off the hook, no acknowledgement of customers waiting. Very disappointing.

My daughter and I had appt.together. Looked up prices beforehand of $35 for gel nails. When we got to the counter they told us the price is now $40 we havent changed prices on the website yet.Not very good business or quality nails(gel nails are wavy )in our opinion. I would never go back. Very deceiving!

I always go here. Ask for Michael. Sometimes they are super crowded but that’s just because they are the best at what they do. I don’t mind having a little bit of a wait to get my nails done because they always get them perfect.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. I went in a few weeks ago to get my nails done and 2 day later, 3 of my acrylic nails fell off by me simply doing nothing. I went back in to get them fixed, and my experience is why i will not return anymore. They blamed me for my nails falling off and tried to get me to pay for a full new set !! when i told them i would not pay they seemed extremely annoyed and rushed fixing my nails. i also had a sparkly design, and he did not even do it correct and you can barely see it, as he did not do a second coat. It felt like i was such an inconvenience for them. I do not appreciate you guys blaming me and trying to charge me for something that was not my fault. i will not be returning anymore.

Overpriced, rushed service, crowded and not relaxing at all! Why are you overbooking?! It is a beautiful salon however, the services are not worth the money!!! I visited the salon the on the 10th of April and was quoted $55 for pedicure, was charged $70 for pedicure with gel. I will NOT be using this business for their services again.

The best thing about this place is that Ive had my nails done with multiple people and let me tell you theres not on untalented person working here! You know how most salons you definitely need to get a specific person or else you just cant do it because you know itll suck? NOT THE CASE HERE! Everyone is amazing at what they do and the atmosphere is so pampering and pleasant to be in!

Ive been going there for about a year. Overall, I am happy with the service. I cant give 5 stars because just like other nail places Ive been, quality depends on the tech. I have had great experience with many of them but one tech that caused my nails bled and in pain for a few days. So, I make sure I call ahead for the few particular techs I am happy with. Oh...and spare some wait time even you have an appointment.

AWFUL manicure and pedicure. I was a walk in and bc I only wanted a regular mani/pedi, I got the most inexperienced nail tech. I dont think she was even licensed. Manifested one day. She wasnt even looking at my heals when scrubing them. BUYER BEWARE.

Despite the fact that they should be hyper-vigilant during Covid: Visibly dirty salon, towels are reused and there is NO cleaning of manicure stations, sanitizing equipment, hand washing/hand sanitizer by nail technicians between customers. Lack of social distancing and over-crowding of manicure area.My daughter developed a pus-filled toe infection following her pedicure. I have had a reaction (first time in 10+ years of having acrylics) with peeling skin and open sores on most of my cuticles.

Was referred here by a friend and Im glad we went. Loved it! Clean place with super friendly staff, everyone was nice! We made our apt on Facebook and received a fast confirmation reply. My mom and I got pedicures, my mom had Mimi and i had Lana. I would recommend coming here for sure! Loved them!

It was my first time coming, and the only reason I came was because of how highly everyone speaks of them. Well...I don’t have anything good to say. I made an appointment with Tom, and apparently so had 7 others so I was getting passed on to different people to stall till he was available.Also, Alex did my pedicure, and although I asked for callus removal, did not have it done, but once it came time to pay, she argued with me, stating she had done it. I’m sorry, but I think I would remember a grater to my feet! It took 5 times of me telling her “no you did not do it!” For her to finally reduce the charge. I asked for a design on my nails, something simple, did not have it done because I could tell how much of an inconvenience it was to them.I expected much more out of such a high end looking salon but am walking away extremely disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

Omg! I have been coming here for awhile and I love it here. Usually I get serviced by Vanci but the last 3x times has been Michael. Im in ahhhh! My feet feel great and my nails 💅🏿 always look astonishing.

I was a frequent nailcessity customer when they were still brand new to the springs area. The quality was PHENOMENAL and the staff were always professional and kind. I have been 3 times in the past 3-4 months or so and every single time,my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I’ve gone for deluxe pedicures and did not receive any of the services detailed in their pedicure book. My final straw was a couple weeks ago when i came to have a full set removed and a simple shellac polish change (no manicure). I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 and didn’t leave until 1:45. My middle finger nail was clipped way too low and resulted in having to leave a portion of the acrylic on and gluing my nail back together. Mistakes happen and I completely understand but after this appointment,I decided to take my business elsewhere and i found out today during a shellac manicure at a different salon that I still had a very thick layer of acrylic on all of my nails. Nailcessity used to be one of my favorite salons in the springs but i have no desire to spend my money there ever again.

This is the BEST nail salon in all of Colorado. I will literally never go anywhere else. I moved farther away and I will still drive over 30 minutes just to get my nails done by Nailcessity. I don’t even feel the need to go to one specific person because they are all very talented. 10/10 highly recommended

Staff was talented & friendly but there was a complete lack of social distancing & cleanliness. nothing was being sanitized between customers & everyone was being seated way closer than 6 feet to each other. half the staff was wearing masks incorrectly below their noses. do NOT come here if you’re at all concerned about the current public health crisis.

In my opinion, NAILcessity has it down to a science. Ive always been satisfied without a doubt. Its a little higher prices than some places, but well worth it. I have to admit, I do have a favorite & dont know his name. Hes the young, cute, very personable, friendly gentleman thats also a perfectionist!! Hes not satisfied unless you are! 😀 😀😀😀😀😀The entire staff are all very friendly &I really dont care what the reviews say about them if relaying a negative review. We are all entitled 2 an opinion.Friendly/Nice people attract, Friendly/Nice people. I believe some people are truly never happy or satisfied. Ive been a customer almost 2 years & ashamed of myself that I dont know his name. One of the reasons is because I dont happen to have him as my manicurist everytime. I have become acquainted with many of staff & I will make it a point to get everyones name!!! You wont be disappointed. They always seem to make X no matter what. Tom does an AMAZING job! I’ve been to many places and I finally found someone that is going to be my go to person from now on. He is very nice and he makes sure that you leave happy. Great service and very clean environment!

It’s okay. The staff is very nice, and so is the building very nice, and there’s a lot of choices for nails color. I got just acrylics and where I normally go they cut your cuticles and all that stuff but he just did the nails. Which I understand if that’s not included in the cost but I wish I was informed of that. Another customer also had the problem when I was there. But my nails weren’t the worst but I wasn’t happy with them. Forst off the shape was not the same on each nail, and the lengths where 100% not the same on each nail. My tumb nails where the worst of them they were they just look really different. But my biggest problem of all is the fact that it is soo so so far away from my cuticles it looks like a I got them done over a week ago when it was just two days ago. Each nails dose not look the same as the other(meaning my my ring finger aren’t the same, my thumbs ect.) either on is skinner or fatter. Now like I said these are not the worst nails I’ve ever had or seen but too me I’m not pleased. Each nail just looked like they could belong on a different hand. I give it three star because it wasn’t the worst and I don’t think I was everyone that was not good.

I brought my 13 year old in on her birthday to get her nails done for the first time. It was pretty clean. However it took almost 2 hours for us both to get our nails done. Once mine were done, the nail tech moved on to another client without saying anything to me. I had to ask someone else to clean up the outside of my nails as I had dried powder on my hands. My daughter had her nail cut by the technician and they never apologized. Just not feeling like my $100 was worth the service we received.

I was here yesterday for a pedicure. Was charged extra to scrape my heels. Got home and my heels still have dry skin. Do not go there. And my polish is peeling.

They were very nice but the quality is lacking for the price. They make you wash your hands due to COVID but they do not wash theirs and the tools they use are dirty. The quality of the gel manicure wasn’t the greatest. They left gel under the nails and my daughters didn’t even have paint on some of her nails.

After calling ahead and making an appointment for my daughters birthday, we were told (rather gruffly) to wait in the back. After half an hour of being glared at and ignored, I checked in and was told there were a lot of walk ins. The gentleman in charge was again quite gruff. The young lady at the front was helpful throughout (the lone bright spot). Quite a shameful way to treat customers (and children!). I would not recommend this business.

I loved my first dip manicure there so much. It was my favorite one Ive ever gotten, so I was excited to go back. I didnt ask the name of the girl who did mine, but I thought the quality would be the same across the board. Unfortunately, this one leaves me disappointed. Its much much thinner, it looks thinner than gel. Also, my skin was stuck to my nails and so polish was adhered to my skin when I separated them. It looks like I did them in third grade. I had to spend quite a bit of time at home picking it off. Why should the quality vary so much from person to person? I am hesitant to go back, and disappointed as this was my mothers day gift to myself.

Waited for an hour despite making an appt in advance. Started with a pedi - chair clearly not cleaned from prior client with debris and drink marks on the table. Later, manicurist came directly from a pedicure to work on my nails without changing/removing gloves. Will not be back.
