They did fantastic work! I was comfortable the whole time and very pleased with the outcome. Place is clean and quick.Ive been here 3 times now and every time with a new person. So far I love it still! Will definitely keep coming here.

I came here as part of a bridal party to get our nails done, we had a few acrylic nails, pedicures, nail paint, and jewels. I got a full set of acrylic nails from Tina if I remember correctly. I must say Im not a huge fan of acrylic as the filing part makes me twitchy and I usually find it painful, but Tina was amazing. At no point was I uncomfortable or in pain. She was gentle and professional and did an amazing job. Another technician I did not get the name of even helped me pick out a color to match the dress for the wedding and I accidentally dropped a full nail polish and it shattered everywhere. I was mortified but she was the sweetest and super polite and cleaned it up and made me feel less embarrassed. I unfortunately am only in town for the wedding so I cant keep going to this establishment but if I lived here would absolutely be a regular. Highly recommend. Also, I believe it was the owner who checked us out and she was extremely sweet and fun and easy going. The entire atmosphere was amazing truly.

I have been going here for years. Kylie has always done a wonderful job on my nails. She is very detailed and always makes sure my nails are perfect. Kim the owner is always professional and makes sure her customers receive the bet services the salon has to offer. If you are looking for perfection you need to try them out you won’t be disappointed.

Mr. Tom (Im pretty sure that was his name) did my nails and they look fantastic. He double checked multiple times that my shape was what I wanted. He did my nails (acrylic fill) very thin but perfectly smooth, which is what I like. If I visit Colorado Springs in the future, Ill have my nails done here again.

This place is absolutely amazing, no question. Ive been going here for more than 6 years and not only are they quick, but the quality is on point... and this goes for all their techs. Ive had work by most of em lol. I dont think Ive had a single bad experience honestly. Its also a very pretty and very clean space. Someone spent some time decorating here and it keeps me coming back. Ive noticed that they are very welcoming of everyone and definitely LGBTQIA+ friendly!

Had an amazing experience with Kylie. She was early to my appointment and was so kind. My nails were absolutely destroyed and she made them all better again. She was so kind to my friend and I and gave me a great manicure. I am definitely coming back.

I usually see Kayla but she was not available due to death of dog so I was out with Paul. He was not friendly he kept pulling at my hands and took off one of my nail tips and never replaced it just polished over it I do not like my nails at all! I work hard for my money and this is the one thing I treat myself to and paying 60 dollars for this type of service really upsets me Jayla is very good, friendly and does a great job and I have never been treated this way!!!! I will not come back unless I have an appointment with Kayla and if she is unavailable I should have been called to reschedule not giving to someone that was so rude!! And did a terrible job!!!!

Avoid spending your hard earned money here. We have all been affected by the pandemic so I understand prices have gone up and a business needs to be survive. I usually pay 35 or 40 dollars for a gel pedicure. 52 is what I was charged by Helen 😲😳. So I considered this tip included. There was nothing extra... no salt/sugar scrub, nothing.

I needed to get Acrylics for a special event and they were able to fit me in no problem. They accept walk-ins but I suggest making an appointment. Paul is who does my nails and he always does a wonderful job. If you want color changing gels they dont have a huge selection, so I would bring your own. Extremely happy with the service and I will be going back next week! The picture below is my current color

It upsets me to leave this review, but I feel really strongly offended about my experience, and it is my hope that others avoid this feeling too.I was a customer of Helens nails since 2014, and though I moved across town (much further away from Helen’s shop) in 2016, I continued to return knowing that they always do the best job. On top of the quality work, the family-like atmosphere always kept me going back.Unfortunately all of this changed in January 2021. I received a gift certificate (from my mom) for Christmas in the amount of $50. Sadly in the excitement of opening presents, the gift certificate went out with the wrapping paper trash. When I discovered this a few days after the trash was picked up, I remember my mom saying oh I bet they will still honor it; they know who you are, they wrote your name on it, logged it in a record book, and I still have the receipt! I was certain she was right. Its not like its my first time at Helens, they know me! They even advised my mom as to the type of manicure I typically get so that she could purchase the gift certificate for the correct amount.Sadly, I had the wrong impression of the client/provider relationship. One of those awkward situations when one persons feelings were stronger than the others. I explained the situation and even brought in the receipt. They did not care. They said its just like with Target gift cards, you cant just report it as lost and get your money back.(But this isn’t Target was my first thought, but we won’t go there)Ok, let me be the first to say that I am a supporter of small businesses, and I know 2020 was a rough year on them. But, it was rough on many of us outside of small businesses too. $50 was more important to Helens Nails than a loyal client. This situation made me realize I was of no value to Helen’s Nails, so I’m certain they won’t mind me leaving this review.To top this story off, and perhaps to give me some sense of relief, the manicures that me and my friend received during the “gift certificate plea” both turned out to be garbage, BOTH chipping within days of the appt. Gel and dipped nails (that collectively cost us $140 w/tip) should not chip within days.And so, after 6 years of loyal support, I won’t be returning to Helen’s Nails. And I’m going to make sure the countless friends I’ve brought in over those 6 years do not return either.

I came here because this was my go to nail place and I wanted a nice manicure after not having had my nails done for a while. Well, safe to say this is the WORST fill I have ever had. The nails are uneven, not straight and the guy who did them was too lazy and in to much of a rush to file down all the white from my pink and white set so theres a lovely white line that you can see when the light shines on them. Maybe if he would have spent more time focusing on my nails instead of playing poker on his phone WHILE DOING MY NAILS they wouldnt look so horrible. They obviously dont care about their customers anymore, so dont waste your money there. Ill never be back.

Went for the first time with a friend and in the process of getting my nails done the guy who was doing my nails stopped and asked “are you sure you can pay for this?” at that point i didn’t even want to get my nails done there anymore. i will not be returning nor referring anyone to go there. very unprofessional.

I understand social distancing due to covid but when I scheduled 4 pedicures I assumed we would all be able to sit together and talk. We were so spaced out we may as well have went on our own time. Thats like a restaurant sitting a party of 4 in separate booths. We were also the only people getting pedicures so it made no sense to social distance us and have to shout to each other across the shop. The pedicure was mediocre at best my heals were still ashy when I left. The lotion was cold and they clipped my toenails without asking. The quality of service there has really gone down over the past couple years..I stopped getting my nails done here bc of that but now I dont even wanna get my toes done there either. 10 years ago this shop was great. I wont be returning. My sister got gel and said the lady who did her toes did a great job though.

Is a good place the thing that I didn’t like is cause she just wanted to convince me on doing my nails how they wanted like if they didn’t understand me on how I wanted them.

I have been getting my nails done here for the last 3 1/2 years. I absolutely love this place and the customer service they offer. Every nail shop is different and I went here after leaving another nail shop completely unhappy. I had them redo a full set and have been coming back ever since. I’ve sent more then 20 people there. I walk in and they remember me each and every time. Now it’s been 3 years and I have become more like family, I walk in and everyone says hello, asks me how I’ve been and what not. They have amazing services for children and are very careful with the kids. I have been in almost every techs seat over the last few years my favorites are Helen, Kylie, Sophia,Kim, Lan, & Paul.. They all do a great job. This spot will always be my go to!!

I have been here 3 times, no appointments and the girls have always taken care of me. Kylie did an AMAZING job on my nails. I wanted to try the new dip technique and before she does anything, she explains the whole process and then while she is doing my nails again tells me what she is doing and why. I cannot say enough great things about the technicians here. They are all so nice, friendly and very open to sharing stories of their own experiences with other salons. Again, I love the awesome job Kylie has done on my nails and the dip technique actually strengthened and helped my nails grow. They just got in over 200 new colors, so go and get your nails beautified and dont forget they do waxing too!

The service I received was great. I went in to get a fill and to get my nails cut down. The nail tech that repaired my nail cleaned up the botched nail job I received a couple weeks prior from a different salon. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely return. The facility is welcoming and the staff is friendly. Although the salon seemed full, I was able to walk in and helped immediately.

The women there do a great pedicure. Ive only been twice but they do a much better job than the place I went to before. The only reason I didnt give them 4 stars is because I wish theyd use a plastic liner in the pedicure tub! Ive only see them rinse the tub with water, I hope they disinfect though!

My daughter picks her nails all the time and has nothing but stubs, these ladies were very comforting and did an amazing job with what little they had to work with. Nancy was also very accommodating to my lack of nail knowledge and took the time to explain options to me. We will be going back!

But me and my friend went here and the staftis incredibly courteous and friendly and just over all great customer service, we had stopped by two nail salons today and left because of the wait times and attitudes we felt when we walked in. Def coming back.

My wife brought the family here for some pampering. They did a wonderful job on my feet. Havent had a pedicure in a while. Friendly staff, they were super busy and still got all four of us in for pedicures. We will be back for sure!

Kelly and Steve were amazing. They really made my daughter feel special. Jelky spoke such kind words on my daughter and we so patient, a total confidence boost for kiddos. My mother and I came in today last minute for pedicures and manicures with shellac. We were seen immediately and everything was done professionally and I am very satisfied with how our nails turned out especially for the prices. Everything was cheaper then my precious nail salon. They also offer a wide variety of colors. The place was also very clean and all of the employees were very nice.

Although my nails are beyond beautiful and I am in love with them, I waited for over an hour to even be seated then waited another 20min to get my nails started and the tech seemed to have other things she needed to do so I kept getting left in the chair... all together this was almost 3 hours being in there and although my nails are nice I can’t handle the complete disregard for customers time.Update: My nails started chipping and breaking off just days after getting them 😡

I have been here twice, once to get nails done for my wedding and a second time with a group for pedicures. Both times everyone there has been incredibly friendly and helpful and the nails came out great. They are also reasonably priced. I have no reason to look anywhere else.

The lady was in a rush and it was even the end of the day, she didn’t clip my nail..even tho they were long and she got nail polish all around my toe nails. I’m so mad and had to pay a lot of money!!! Don’t go there...Save yourself the money!!!!

Very clean and friendly. My tech was great and super nice. She was able to fix my nails after the last place did a terrible job. I was a last minute walk in. And they were very prompt. They were on the pricey side but since she was able to fix them Im not complaining too much.

When I went into the shop for the first time it was amazing my almost 2 year old had a little melt down and threw a bottle of nail polish and broke it and all the employees were so nice they helped pick it up and assured me that it was okay and while i was getting my nails done one of employees took my daughter and was playing with her so I could finish. I defiantly recommend this place and will be returning in the future

I got acrylics there for the first time and it was messy. The nail tech was in a rush, he didn’t even try. My cuticles at still torn and horrible. The nails were filed down completely and the nails were painted poorly

Yun did a acrylic fill with shellac for me. She was fast very sweet and took extra care polishing. It was a great experience everyone was very professional!! I will be back!

I have always had an exceptional experience at Helens Nails. I live in Castle Rock, but drive down to the Springs every time I need my nails done because I am so picky and they do such a wonderful job every time. Love the people here but I got my nails done 3 days ago and it looks like they have been on for two weeks and grown out. Even on the first day after I got them my nails were catching on everything and did not fully cover my nail bed. 😒

Look they always do a awesome job! 5stars for quality. BUT it’s a gamble on what you’re going to pay. I got charged one price the last 6-7 I’ve been in for the SAME exact service no change. And when I confronted them about it I got “well some staff charge more than others”. Seriously?! Ok so how is that ok? I was never told shaping costs more AND when they looked at their price sheet they said “oh it’s not on here but it cost more”Seriously I’d recommend them but be wary and ask for a price up front.

Have been coming here for years. I did stop coming for a few years as I needed to get my priorities straight and nails were not part of that. Before, I would bring anyone and everyone I could with me, they were THE BEST EVER! As I have started to slowly come back, I have noticed its just not the same... Different people working, very hard to find a regular tech to request. Helen used to be there all the time, havent seen her yet. I am a business owner as well, I do know eventually you need to let go and have a life, and build trust in others to keep your business in tip top shape, but it may be a good idea for her to stop in more frequently, make sure that this business doesnt turn into a nail salon like all the others, which before it was not even close to the others. All in all, this salon is still one of the best, wouldnt go anywhere else, Im just hoping it stays that way!

The techs are nice. The end result is good. But this place is dirty. They dont sterilize their tools in between clients. They reuse towels from one client to the next. They dont line the pedicure water bins nor do they sterilize the water bins between clients. Its dirty.

Took my 5 year old daughter to get a pedicure with me and they were amazing! They had child size massage chairs for her to sit in right next to me and they were so nice and gentle with her. I was thoroughly pleased with the service that we had both received and our feet look amazing. I will definitely be going back, and suggest it to anyone wanting to take their princesses with them!

My daughter talked me in to trying Helens nails Im a spoiled customer or classys customer. I had my nails done a week ago. Middle finger right hand nail polish peeled. I left from the shop and went to Safeway to the bank messed up the nail polish pulling my debit card out. Yesterday broke my middle finger nail on the left hand. I am not impressed where the quality of these nails. I paid $40 and this is basic nail polish not gel or color changing. What a waste of good money.

I absolutely LOVE coming here. Initially I came in for nail dip bc my thumb nail was vertically split and I was always getting it hung and splitting it more. Ive come in 4 times for new dip, the split is grown out now but Ive been spoiled and I love the process and the dip. Also the people are amazing. Ive come in on 3 separate occasions bc I chipped or broke a nail and they repaired it for free. The service is always so friendly and I cant think of a better way to spend my own personal time than here getting pampered and having a conversation with another human adult 😁

This was totally my go to nail salon as they’ve been killing it everytimw.But this last acrylic set I got was actually HORRIBLE I don’t know why I paid $38 for a fill and a paint job I could of just done myself.. my acrylic is so thin that they’re all crumbling within a week of having them done.Not one nail matches, and when I asked her to match them she just shorted them to nubs... I asked her to redo the pinky’s since there wasn’t anything left and she just explained it’s a long proceS... but like.. I’m paying to get my nails done correctly.. just a bit frustrating.

First visit, terrible first impression! Stressed out receptionist, causing her to be irritated and frustrated. Waited 4-5 minutes to be acknowledged or greeted. Employees are rude to receptionist when shes clearly busy trying to keep up with duties. No shade, you sit in boiling sun while waiting. Will never return but glad to see they have loyal customers.

Ive been coming here for 15 yrs and they wax my eyebrows perfectly everytime. I wont go anywhere else again. Great job guys.

Decided to spend a little more and get a Christmas-theme manicure because its my birthday. I showed the gentleman (nail tech) a pic of what I wanted. In the pic my ring fingers were to be a solid color with a white bow and glitter on top of the solid color. What i got is french tips in the chosen color on all nails with the bow on my ring fingers. The bow doesnt show up at all, so the extra money for the Christmas design was a waste. So disappointed. Not planning to go back.

I was helped by a young woman (19) and she was poppong her self the whole time complaining about how much she hurts. She also complained alot about how hungry she was and how lonely she was. I was also told about how she is SO afraid of her dad that she wont move from home. My whole visit she talked with others so nice and made me feel like a bother for getting my nails done. I was empressed by the atmosphere and my toes came out nice. My hands were rushed and started chipping in 2 days. I love to tip my nail people the amount of the nails, but she did more complaining than work..... Shame 😒 (visit on 4/14/19)

Just left Helens with my 16 year old daughter who had a set of acrilycs put on. Although they look well done and are very pretty, I was quite disturbed by the lack of hygiene here. In my limited experience, I have never seen a used emory board utilized. The towel was not replaced between customers, and the techs hands were not washed between customers. The lack of ventilation was terrible. I feel bad for the people that have to try to breath there all day. I understand that they were busy, but the disregard for cleanliness and proper protocol were unacceptable.

Went to get my eyebrows done. Minimal wait, technician was friendly, and my eyebrows look great!

My favorite salon in the springs ! I have been going here for the last six months for a shellac mani and pedi every two weeks. I see Tom an older gentleman each time I go and he is literally amazing ! He has a conversation with me each time I am there and always does an amazing job. I brought a friend of mine last time I went and she had a great experience too! Fair pricing and plenty of tables! It helps to call in advance you can get in a little faster that way but if not it is totally worth the wait

Horrible Nails and service. Try to rush you out, and when you try to tell them the mistakes with your nails they try to tell you your fingers are curved, not the nails. Most crooked, uneven, horribly painted JACKED UP nails ive ever gotten. EVERY TIME I come here you guys mess up my nails and this was the LAST chance. The ONLY reason I came was because my regular lady is out of town. HORRENDOUS. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Buy the glue ons.

Horrible experience. Daughter and I went in and one of the owners, Helen, did a horrible job on my daughters hands. As did the older man who did mine. But, my daughters were so bad that the that the individual that did her pedicure said they were horrible. And that I should have her redo them. This individual doing the pedi said they shouldnt look worse than doing them from home! Another manager did them, and they looked a lot better, but lots of time wasted.

Was going here for years. Just for nails. Never would recommend a pedicure(sloppy job), but made an appointment one month in advance and the day before a girl calls and says they were changing techs because the one I requested was out of town. (I never requested the tech that went out of town!) Although I did or thought I requested a specific tech, she argued with me and said no thats not what it says and tried to give me another tech(one that is not so good, from prior experience) when she finally said it was the way it was, I cancelled and will never go back.
