Worst salon experience I’ve ever had in the springs. Please look at the blue French tips photo. The owner told me I was asking for perfection in this set because I wanted a clean French tip. She just painted the tips on.. never cleaned them up with polish remover. You can see in the photo the service I got. The owner was not willing to fix anything at all either. Both employees.. the husband and the wife are overworked.

John, his wife, and Sandra were such a pleasure to meet. I got a mani pedi and their service was spectacular. I really enjoyed getting my nails done here. Will be back!

OP Nail is awesome. .I always have Amy do my nails.... she is really sweet and does a really good job. I really love it here :) The staff is friendly, everything is clean and I love all the cute plants.

OP Nails is the best nail salon In this city. I have had opportunity to be in many others throughout the years and none can compare in any aspect to OP nails. The owners are beautiful, loving, patient, compassionate and caring people. Their work is unmatched

Amy fixed my nails like a champ! i had acrylic left over from months prior, but she still managed to fix me up. she was very gentle and sociable. and i felt very comfortable with the atmosphere there as well. she was patient with my pickinesss and produced a very cute design. im very happy and my nails arent sore like every other salon ive been too. will be coming back always!!

Really nice people but expensive and bad quality and she cut and burned my toes when she took off my gel with the drill then the new polish put on after looked very sloppy

Amy is very overpriced and she will make up prices according to who you are. The quality of service varies based on how busy they are, even with an appointment. Make sure to ask for pricing of the services before agreeing to get them done. When asked why her prices went up so high, her explanation was “I have to pay higher rent due to COVID.” You never know what quality you’ll get or what price you’ll be paying for it. My sister got a full set with a few jewels for over $80. She asked for short and Amy charged her for length. SHE GOT SHORT NAILS!! My normal nail tech would charge about $30-$40 for a much better quality job. Overall very dissatisfied with the service today and will not return. Quality of service is not the same as it once was.

I’ve become a regular because of how inviting the environment is. Jon, Amy and Angel are very friendly, welcoming and talented individuals. I broke a nail the same day I got a fill done here, and came back as they were leaving for the day and they still invited me in so they could fix my nail. Very good service, nails always come out perfect

The guy rushed through the manicure and pedicure and did a very bad job and made my friend bleed and then dumped alcohol on her foot, they also gave us a higher service and we asked for and charged us more than we were going to spend even though we explained to them we wanted the less service. Will not be back.

Nice atmosphere but the nails did not turn out so great a couple days later bubbles and the gel was sloppy and over my cuticles!!! I mean this is the only place i have gotten my nails done where my fingers did not hurt after so did good on that part but maybe for 60$ would of thought would be nicer!!!

We got 4 pedicures all together (2 kids and 2 adults) and John, Amy, and Angel took great care of us. OP Nails was clean and comfortable and our service was great. Highly recommend!

Its just not another Another salon They treat you like family just not like another customer in line. Ive been going there for a year and a 1/2 now you should check them out theyre wonderful

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I told them exactly what I wanted and asked how much it would be... the guy tells me $35. We get all the way through the process, he moves me to his wife so she can paint my nails and charge my card... she tells me “Okay that’s gonna be $50”..... what a scam! Then they go on to say that he didn’t include a $15 gel nail charge.... when I asked how much it would be, give me a total! Don’t lie and upcharge me later. No wonder they’ve been there for 16 years and only had 2 customers at such a busy time.... BEWARE! You’ve been warned!

Amy and john are like Family ! I have gotten my nails done other places but noone can top the ccimfor the home like feelin. Ive been in springs for 16 yrs now and will never go to anyone else!❤💙

John did a great job on my nails! He gave .e good advice on something better to do with my nails. Usually when I have to get the powder off my nails filed off they make my nails really thin but John didnt. The place on the inside is really nice and the people are nice.

Havent had my nails done since I was in high school and I have to say I didnt know where to go. Found this place by my house and I love it. John and Amy are so polite and they both have done a great job. Will be coming back to them soon

I called on Saturday to how much a rebate and to fix one nail was. I was told 20.00 for rebate and 5.00 for fixing a nail. Imagine my suprised when they charged 35.00.Asking when a mgr was there on Monday I was told that the charge was 15.00 for gel polish.no place in this business does it say that or was I told that. I will never go back and I will tell all my friends and people who get the nails done to beware. I have gotten no resolution to this as of today.Go somewhere else to get your nails done and save your money.

Amy ...well this was good until they had my nails done by inexperienced daughter n worker my nails came out horrible for a simple Mani pedi french gel it all peeled off the lines are horrible and they filed my nails down so much they are broke to the skin n still expect me to pay no you lost a great customer. They way my complaint was handled was so rude twisting my fingers cuz I didnt like it after 2 hours there ..it turned out to a curse word after I walked out I noticed my toes still had plum color n looked yellow with uneven french toes . They simply get you in then have no regards for keeping you .. horrible

Im so extremely disappointed. This place had high reviews so I figured I couldnt lose....meh....I went here to get a manicure, being new to Colorado springs I looked for a good place. While the salon is beautiful and clean, and the staff is really nice, Im afraid the manicure I received was NOT worth the $20. I walked in off the street, shortly after I arrived the tech had an appointment come in. So she quickly rushed through mine. My manicure literally lasted 1 day. I got it done at noon on friday, noon Saturday 4 nails were missing polish! I guess for $10 more I couldve went to another place and got a full set. Very unfortunate

Girlfriend dragged me in to try having a pedicure and now Im a regular here. Service is great and the staff are incredibly nice!
