The absolute best experience with a tow Ive ever had. My wife, son, and I got a flat in the HOV, and soon found out our spare was flat as well (AFTER I got it on the car, of course). I was in a pretty terrible mood by the time Dennis got to us, about 15 minutes after we called Houston SafeClear.Dennis was more than happy to oblige. He explained that he could tow us to the next exit for no charge, and that if we wanted, he had Fix-a-Flat we could try. We decided that since we had 2 flats to deal with, we would ask him how much to tow us straight to our house, about 15 miles. $174 flat after tax. No haggling, no random fees, just straightforward and honest.Dennis was pleasant and cheerful the whole ride, with plenty of stories to tell, and didnt mind the three of us crammed in the cab of his truck. He was friendly and kind to my three year old as well, and let him push the buttons to let our vehicle down when we arrived home.Dennis absolutely made an awful and frustrating situation a little less awful and frustrating. Hes our towing angel.

I was towed here from a park that requires a sticker I guess. 174 dollars plus another 63 dollars in bs fees. The guy wasnt even done typing the info into the computer when I arrived. I guess I can understand the fee for the park but storage fees for having my truck for maybe 10 minutes. They rob you legally.

Ended up paying $65 to drop off my car home which wasn’t even 5 minutes away when at first they said $50 then the guy set his own price . On top of that, that man was rude, called my dog stupid. And parked my car how ever he wanted.

It’s a bad situation getting your car towed but the front desk lady was super helpful and very sweet!

I left my car for 20 min to buy the tool I needed to change the flat tire and when I got back my car was gone. When I called the towing company the lady over the phone was VERY RUDE. When I arrived to the lot I saw my car, the tire was complete popped and off the rim causing a lot of damage to the paint. But that’s not the worst part, when I went to tell them that my tire was not popped when I left my car. They took it offensive. Their (professional and licensed drivers) they like to called did not check the tires in the car before towing it. ALSO did not let me change the tire inside their property. I was told to call someone else to come pick it up or to drive it off their lot to work on it outside. This place needs to be shut down!!

Great experience I had. Wrecker was helpful and informative. Response time was quick! Expected a longer wait. Was told by dispatcher Id be receiving a call shortly from the wrecker. Unfortunately I did not. Reasonable price. Will definitely use again in the future

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The lady that answers the phone is beyond rude. My friends car was towed to their storage unit by accident by her apartment complex. We called to see what we needed to do to get it released and she laughed at her and told her if she was looking for her to say yes she is going to release it she is not and that she won’t be getting her car out anytime soon.She yelled at her and cussed at her. She is so rude and for her to be the “manager” she has no costumer service skills! She needs to be fired!

Bought a 1997 Nissan Altima from here 4 years ago with 32k miles on the clock. One previous owner and clean history for decent price. Still running great with almost 200k miles on the clock. Only issue was trunk lock never worked and eventually jammed shut meaning I had to have the lock cut out.

Absolutely disgraceful business. Car was left broken down on the side of the road for 45 minutes before these vultures decided it would be easy to make $230 off of us. Lady at the counter was rude, playing on her phone as she talked to us and gave no interest in letting us pay for our own vehicle.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced (even from something as lowly as a tow company). After my mother was in a very serious accident, I had to visit this joke of a tow company. I made the mistake of taking out my skateboard to put her bloodied items into my personal vehicle and forgot it at North Houston Motors. I live over an hour away from their location and I thought I could talk to a normal human being over the phone and someone could possibly do me the service of simply looking outside and letting me know if its there or not. The phone was answered by a very disturbed woman who word for word told me You can come find it your damn self, I aint going out there to look. I couldnt believe someone could treat customers like this, I was speechless. I know bad reviews dont mean much to these lowlifes, but if you ever find yourself needed a wrecker service, please do yourself a favor and dont financially support people who treat others this way.

I ran out of gas. Walked to get gas was gone 15 minutes and my car got towed to this place. My husband went and picked it up the next day. They stole $200 and my speakers and amp to my audio system. My husband tried to tell the lady that it had been stolen and she refused to talk to him about it. Then I called when I got home from getting my son and the lady told me we should have told her before we left. WE TRIED TOO. Dont have you car towed here because they will steal what ever they want. I expected the money but my sound system really. If your car is towed here dont expect to have anything left in it.

This place is an absolute hellhole. My truck was taken here by the city of Houston without my permission after an accident, even though I told the tow truck driver to take it directly to my office. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get it out. The lady at the front was desk was extremely rude and I literally felt like I was pulling teeth to get my own truck out of a tow lot. I called a few months later asking where my truck was, AND THEY AUCTIONED IT OFF WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR ANY WARNING! THEN I CAME TO FIND OUT THAT MY EZ TAG WAS STOLEN AND USED 55 TIMES! Unreal. I cannot believe this place is still in business.

We went for an oath swearing in ceremony yesterday, when we got off, these guys towed our cars which was parked by the street side without any traffic blockage. We had to pay $209.41 to get off our car. The receipt they gave us claimed that the towing was authorized by the Adline ISD, when we contacted them, the police captain denied knowledge of such. This is so ridiculous and exploitation. The company took advantage of people who came to take oath. In less than two hours, this company towed over 20 cars, and the people working there are so rude and were laughing at us. This is so unfair, and someone need to take legal action against this rip off.

I called before showing up and by the experience i had over the phone the lady was talking with an attitude. Talk about Rudeeeeeeeeeee and very slow!!! The people have no customer service experience and show no passion for the job they have. They shouldnt be working at all. they suppose to help people not treat them like trash. I also notice beer bottle outside under the trailer what a joke..

My car was towed to this place and the lady working there treated me worst than trash can. Thanks to us they eat, I mean paying 230 dlls at once is not easy. The lady made me feel like I killed someone even I just did the mistake of parking 10 minutes in the wrong place and I didnt know it.

Car was towed here after it was in a shoot out and stolen. Police dept waived any fees. When calling the facility they refused the pardon and charged for every day the car was in their lot. Refused to release car to get fixed until paid. This place is a joke and the front desk was very rude.
