Didnt have what I needed. I was looking for parts from the 80s. But they were more than willing to look it up and see if they had it. If they dont have it try lawn mower hospital on Weber.

Great prices on rentals, easy access. Not like many other larger locations, where they act like you are doing them a favor. Not here, they were very helpful.

There’s a reason why they are the cheapest guys in town. Last machine I brought in for repair was sitting there for two months and not only did they not fix it, they made it worse. Brought it in again to fix and two weeks after no word I called in and a strung out employee yelled at me about calling on a Monday morning without even knowing what I was calling about. This behavior leads me to think there might be some substance abuse problems happening here.

Lived here since 78, used these guys successfully for years. But the last 3 or4 times in, its some what obvious its different. Wrong chain saw chain, lawn mower in for repairs for 2 months, another, charges not asked for. Plus the new break room is right inside the front door on the counter where the mechanic spreads out his chicken lunch and digs in. We really dont want to see it and I never will again. Too much competition. Got my mower back for a drive cable after 2 months and it cant go without some pushing. Try them if you want. Im done. Thanks. Pete

Before launching TruBlue Total House Care of Colorado Springs in December 19, I researched other local vendors that would be a resource for our business needs. Since we are focused on handyman projects inside and outside the home our needs would be varied. It does not make financial sense to purchase every tool required if our skilled tradesmen does not already own the item. Especially the large equipment or trailers. The equipment is maintained in good working order allowing us to be more productive.Ty was very friendly, helpful and informative about EZ Way Rental and services. He provided a tour of the facility and showed me many of the items that could be rented for infrequent or one time jobs. Both of my mowers were broken. One, I knew, needed a new pull rope and the other was just the air filter, but I didnt know that at the time. I loaded up my mowers, by myself, and headed out. Other places closer to home, had told me they were backed up for weeks and one place was just downright rude. I decided to get online and do a search and I called EZ Way Rental Center. The guy was really nice and said that if it was something easy, he could fix it right then. So I headed down to the Springs from Palmer Lake and I was greeted right away and the gentlemen figured out it was the air filter in like two seconds, changed that filter right then. I left the other mower with them to fix the starter pull rope and do general service. They were fast, affordable, nice as helpful. Thank you guys. I will be bringing all of my lawn care items to you for service from now on even if I have to drive further. Good service is worth a longer drive.

These are all around good people. Ive been doing business with them for years. They always take care of me when I rent equipment or need one of my saws fixed. Their rates are more than fair and if you need a good small engine mechanic with 40+ years experience, stop in and they will take good care of you.

Best place to get your lawn tools serviced lawn mowers, weed trimmers, chainsaws ect. Very friendly customer service you can rent just about every thing youll ever need and they also sell equipment!!! 10/10 place!!!

I have gone into EZ Way rental to get parts for my powerwasher and gas paint sprayer on two separate occasions. I had to special order a part for my powerwasher that I need for my business and needed it ASAP. Mike ordered the correct part and I received it the next day, he also gave me advice on how to install the part. Even though he probably would have rather done the work and earned additional business from that, he gave me free advice and tips that really helped me on the install. Both times I have gone in there, everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family. I also plan on going back there when I need parts, repairs, or rentals. Support this Mom and Pop shop!

The staff was extremely rude. Instead of owning up to renting out a dull saw, they tried blaming me when I had it for a few minutes and couldnt make a single cut. I had to show the guy who set up my saw how to start it. This isnt the first time theyve shown total incompetence. I wont ever go there again.
