This is in reference to the Colorado Springs location. My experience was most definitely not 5 star. First, they don’t answer the phone and you can’t leave a message. Second, the website wants you to text or chat (same difference) and they ask a bunch of personal questions then tell you there’s no attorney-client privilege. Last, I was told I would receive a phone call but never did. Glad the four people who left the 5 star ratings were happy. I am completely disappointed.
