This Company is ran with the highest of regards, the owner handles herself in a very respectful manner. I know from several personal experiences that everything when working for the company is laid out at the beginning of the training. You have a great opportunity for growth and expansion; I as a gay male work for the company and have been with them for almost two years. They respect me for who I am and have always given me the best opportunity I can obtain with the education I have and the things I can bring to the company as a whole. I dont see where these statements drive from but, the couldnt be anymore wrong!

Never again I will let this people in my house ever again they sound nice but oh boy did I learn my lesson the hard way.... My wedding ring is gone. They are thief....They are a scam...Everyone please be careful and put your valuable item away before it is to late..Im glad I didnt buy the vacuum..

I do not like door to door sales people knocking on my door trying to sale products. They can be a unwanted pest. Im pleased to say couple of days ago I was outside and a very nice young lady came up working for ACT Distributing. She showed me a demo and cleaned my carpet with Kirby vacuum. Wow, I was blown away with the outcome. My Oreck vacuum was not so great after using Kirby. I have to say Kirby is far the best vacuum cleaner in the market and the ACT Distributing sales people have been great and standing up to their word as promised. I was worried about this company because they had some bad reviews and they are nothing to the Truth from what I experienced. Thank you for an awesome vacuum and a great price!! Now I really dont need to answer the door, I got what I needed.

I mean, what do you expect from door-to-door sales people? I literally stood there, pointing to my No Soliciting sign. Didnt you hear me, maam? Were not selling anything, we just want to clean your carpets for free. Yes, yes, I realize that. Youre soliciting, though. Dont try to argue with me. Relatively bad business practices and a kid with no manners.

One of their solicitors came on private property at around 8pm, threatened to kill my toddler and boyfriend when calmly told it was private property and then lied claiming they had a permit but when asked to show would not, boyfriend started calling cops and taking a picture when the solicitor assaulted my boyfriend and then took off.Please be careful with these folks, they seem dangerous and this seems like a scam to get into your house..Edit: Just a quick note, I did some digging and it looks like this is in fact a scam, the company theyre claiming to be advertising under, Kirby Advertising, is actually a small one-person graphic design business in Texas that has NOTHING to do with this and has no idea who they are.

Horrible company, very pushy salespeople. Didnt want to get their foot out of my door until they saw the gun at my side. Called the cops shortly thereafter and was told they hightailed it out of the neighborhood. Doesnt sound like someone that Id like to buy a product from.Also, the Rj Demos guy that gave them 5 stars in his review used to work for them, so be careful about those who post good reviews

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SIMILAR STORY???I was tricked I said no thank you but they begged to come in they said I was their last showing and that they would do 1 room funny thing is I was cleaning at the time and needed the floor done I told them my husband was away and I didnt want to purchase anything but I was told that item can be returned at anytime so I got it...I received a phone call today saying I only had 3 days!!!! I was fooled.....I was told this Kirby was a snow blower and a car vacuum cleaner as well but last week I read the warning and it said not to be used outdoors. I felt violated because I was told I had to bring my bed out so that he could demonstrate the Kirby on it that he had to because his boss was coming to view his work......the boss never came I didnt even get a complete room cleaning......the most horrible experience of my life they ended up leaving after 11pm and I have 2 kids to tend to so it really was a waste of my time and now Im stuck with payments and my husband is back and wants nothing to do with the Kirby I was hustled so hard its embarrassing!!!!!!!!

Extremely pushy form of sales, save yourself the game and realize they will drop the price to $750 (from over $2500) after 2 hours of gimmicks if youre actually interested in their product. Employees are rude, will come into your home and interrupt and swear at you when they are asked to leave and attempt to become confrontational. Hilarious. I suppose I would be unhappy as well if I was as micro managed as their sales reps are and forced into attempting these awful sales techniques. What an atrocious company and awful way of doing business.

I bought a Kirby vacuum and did in house financing. They took payments from my account not on the days we agreed upon. They never answer their phone. They called me to schedule the last payment I gave them my card number told them to take it out on that Friday. They still havent taken the money. I cant get ahold of anyone to make this last payment. I have tried to even order new carpet shampoo and bags for the vacuum and again cant get ahold of anyone.

They completely lied about financing. They said we would be able to pay it off early avoid interest. Not true. They make you pay the entire interest amount even if you pay early. They are also very pushy.

Love the company. Sales people extremely professional.

This company is a scam, my roommate worked as a sale lady here and she sold 4 vacuums in a week! But she was only paid for selling one vacuum and it took them almost an entire month to pay her. Shes also trans and the owner shaun decided to tell people that she worked with that she was a man, promting her to quit in the first place. Good vacuums but that is all thats good. Transphobic closed minded theaf of an owner who loves to scam.

Awful experience, just like the many other reviews. I do not appreciate your pushy salesman knocking on my door at 9:00 pm and interrupting family time. Who in there right mind would allow for a pushy salesman in to their home to complete a product demo late at night? When I confronted your associate regarding our no soliciting policy for our neighborhood, he laughed and went on to say that he is not soliciting, he is advertising! Really? This is not a way to make your business successful.

Two dudes came and knocked on my door. One started this whole salesman speech and I cut him off. After eating some reviews on here, seems like the right move. Coming and soliciting on private property is extremely sketchy, especially considering Im in a complex in a really far back building.

This Company is shady as hell, They give you the guarantee of $500/week however they mislead you into believing that it is guaranteed when in fact you have to sell at least 3 (three) kirby vacuum systems at the outrageous price of $3,200 in a struggling economy. Also they tell you that all you have to do is just demonstrate the system and thats also false, They have you do canvassing and direct sales pitching. WARNING: DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND MISLEADING. P.S THERE IS ALSO SEXUAL MISCONDUCT MAKING FOR A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT!

We were okay with the price they came down to for the vaccum but they completely scam you with the financing. Not once did the sales guy say there was a huge finance charge to finance through them!! He just said vaccum cost and monthly payments. Extremely disappointed because the salesman were nice even though they were fairly pushy. Will not be recommending kirby due to their shady practices.

Had to call the cops on them. 4 or 5 showed up at my door after I said no and threw a man out who just refused to leave. I asked many times. I gave them an hour of my time and they couldnt take no for an answer. IGNORE THE KNOCK AT YOUR DOOR.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME.

I am very disappointed in this company. They are unbelievably pushy when trying to provide services to my residents. When I called to talk to the office staff regarding this, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. A.C.T is banned from Soliciting SkyeCrest Apartments, and if they are seen on this property, please call the cops immediately.
