Crossville studios Colorado Springs is the best place to visit for all of your tile and natural stone needs. We’ve worked with this location for years and we can’t say enough about Joe, Theresa, Paige and Kristin. The customer service is unmatched by anywhere else in the Springs. We can’t sing their praises enough!

We showed up and did not realize that we needed a appointment. Kristin F. saw me at the door and unlocked the door and helped me anyways. She went above the call of duty and I greatly appreciate!

I visited the store this morning and upon entering the display area was pleasantly greeted by Amanda and Teresa. I was treated very kindly and every question was answered in a very professional and respectful manner. I was a bit overwhelmed by the vast selection of product on display. My comfort level was quickly established by the care these ladies provided.

Crossville Studios as a whole has been a joy to work with. As a showroom, they are always willing to go the extra mile in fixing any and all problems. They have some really classy tile!

Although they had a rather large selection of tile, not one person stopped to say hello, nor did they offer to help me in any way. Only one other person was in the store. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere, not that they noticed.
